Had a great experience today with my delivery and set up of my bed. Many texts were sent to confirm the delivery and they were on time which is what I appreciate the most. The workers were pleasant, efficient and made sure to show me how to work the controls prior to leaving. Great bed and great service!!!My wife and I has excellent service pre-sale as well as post sale from Feby Sandiego. She was very helpful in helping us find the mattress that suited both of our sleeping styles. Upon delivery, we noticed that the bed we got (California king) was too thin. Worried that we were stuck with this bed, Feby helped us get a King Mattress to replace the California King. She was very responsive, even after hours once we had noticed that we needed a larger bed.

In a pinch, I called Mattress Firm with a specific request on behalf of my father who is coming to town in less than 48 hours. I hate shopping. However, I was in need of a platform bed or frame and box springs for my daughters new house. We walked the floor for an example then sat down to purchase what was needed. One of the best bed shopping experiences of my life. Colby, the manager, made it so easy and seamless in finding an adjustable base to my wife and I’s liking. We told him what are expectations were and he found the perfect one for us.

After purchased the Puffy mattress online and experienced the softness, we decided that we would need to upgrade to a firmer mattress to ease the pressure from the back pains. Therefore, we (wifey & I) went in to Mattress Firm Serramonte to try out some mattress since online purchase isnt realistic, just like buying shoes without trying them on. At least, shoes can be returned easily, but not mattress. Colby was the only person in store, when we walked in, he immediately greeted us and provided very friendly and helpful on assisting the mattress selection by asking our preference and introducing the firmer choices for us to try on, all of us worn masks and kept social distance at all time. I went into the store for the first time to look for a mattress and to see what the store had to offer. Alena approached my sister and I, and provided us with the best service. She is knowledgeable, and took her time in explaining the differences among the mattresses. She absolutely sold me!! Nice!!I chose the tempur-proadapt firm mattress queen prime and the ease adjustable base, supreme comfort queen bundle queen pillows.The mattress arrived but somehow it had a a tear. I immediately called Alena and she took care of everything, replacing the Matress with a new one within two days. I am now a proud owner of a nice beautiful mattress for my weary tired back.

The manager was extremely friendly and helpful, didnt feel like he was being salesman as much as him just wanting to help me find the perfect mattress within my budget! He gave me really good deals and I was sold! Spent less time here than I did at the other stores as he really listened to what I wanted - mattress and price wise - so we found the perfect fit quickly! Thank you!

I have been a customer of his since 2013. 4 mattresses, two stores, and many years later, he’s still just as helpful and lovely as when we I first came across him in SF van ness location. He’s more like a friend than a sales person. You are in good hand if he’s helping you. Just be transparent- tell him what you need and all your concerns. He will definitely find you something, or tell you his opinion if he doesn’t have what fits your need, which is unlikely.I trust him so much that I don’t need to go into the store. First time going here with the intent of window shopping, but ended up buying a bed by the end of my experience. Kenneth did an amazing job at showcasing several mattresses related to what I was looking for.

If I could give zero stars, I would.I ordered a mattress from Jeff to be delivered a week later. I scheduled the delivery date for the day I was moving, and threw away my old mattress instead of hauling it around.They called me the day before it was supposed to be delivered and said that they don’t actually have that bed in stock and wouldn’t until November. What? Why did you sell it to me?So then he said he’d send a similar mattress that was in stock the next day.I confirmed the deliver time, tracked my order all night, got a call at 9:45pm saying they didn’t have my mattress in the truck.What?I called the location the next day, no one took my calls all morning. Finally I called the San Mateo location and they said neither of those mattresses were in stock at the time I ordered and spoke with Jeff, and he wasn’t sure why they sold it to me or said I would get the second one.If you go to mattress firm, go to the San Mateo hillsdale location. DO NOT WORK WITH DALY CITY JEFF.

Sold a mattress to us and said to rotate every 30 days. Said they would do it for free the first time then charge $50.When I called to have it done, they informed me they no longer have that service. I am handicapped with a horrible back, can not lift over 5 pounds.What kind of people promise something and dont keep there word.

Our mattress was beginning to become quite uncomfortable, so after a lot of procrastination, my girlfriend and I decided to spend our weekend going mattress shopping. We stopped at a couple other places before coming to this Sleep Train. During our visit, we were greeted by Shannon, the store manager, who checked in on us to see how we were doing. At the time, I was really skeptical of her approaching us, thinking that she was going for the upsell. I couldnt have been more wrong. We shared our price range with her, and she encouraged us to really take our time and fully try out the mattresses in that range to see what fit our needs. There wasnt one time where she pushed us into getting an expensive model, or made us feel like she was just trying to close a deal. The entire time, she made us feel like she had our best interests in mind, and even went out of her way to explain what we should try to make sure we were choosing the right bed. After we picked one out, I was a bit concerned about the price, and I think she could tell. Then came the kicker: She ENCOURAGED us to go check out other mattress stores and see if we could find it cheaper there. If so, all we had to do was show her where we found it cheaper and she would price match it and knock another 5 percent off.So, we did -- we went to a competitors store and actually ended up finding the mattress and boxspring cheaper there. I received a quote for the price, and went home that day wondering if it would be worth it to go back to Sleep Train for the match.The next day I ended up heading back to Sleep Train, talked with Shannon again, and showed her the quote we received from her competitor. Not only did she match the price, she pointed out to us where the competitor had given us a sale price by including the incorrect boxspring #the boxspring was for another brand other than the one we were purchasing.# Turns out that if we were to purchase that boxspring and mattress together, we would have voided the warranty on our bed! She then price matched the boxspring AND the bed, full well knowing that the boxspring we needed was about twice the price as the one we were quoted.We ended up walking out with a new mattress and boxspring that was a couple hundred less than their retail price, which was absolutely amazing.I 100% recommend going to this Sleep Train. Not only is the staff knowledgeable, but they truly care about your experience and want you to walk out with the right mattress at your budget. Despite spending close to an hour and a half with us over the two days, she was patient, showed us everything we needed to know, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of. If I ever need to purchase a mattress again, I will definitely go back.
