Good store to get sneakers not found elsewhere as well as hip sports apparel.

Good service but i bought Air Force 1s but only one of them was very creased so I’m assuming it’s used but the other shoe looked new

I went in this store today inquiring about an online order thats been lost for 4 weeks now. The young lady was very pleasant ( im sorry i didnt get her name) and went and got her manager Alex who was also very nice. They couldn’t really help me because i didnt make the purchase in store and nothing was showing up on their computer. However, he did give me another customer service number i could call and reassured me i would get a refund. As i left the store the young lady came out to call me back in. Alex took the time out after i left to look at their orders in the back and sure enough there was my order. Instead of Fed Ex deliver to my house they delivered to store. I have been stressed since Dec 10 looking for my order and Champs staff just made my day. They really deserve a raise! Shout out to Champs in Danbury Fair Mall for doing their job to perfection and being so Honest and devoted to their store. If this was any store in the city of New York where im from i would of never seen my item or money! Im a Happy Camper today!!!!!!!!❤️

While shopping for Christmas tonight I stopped into gaze at the new sneakers. The staff in this store is truly amazing. I was the guy in the wheelchair and everyone was over the top amazing. Stuff like that makes the holidays nthat much better. Happy holidays and thanks for great conversation. To the young lady that works at abilities beyond, keep going.
