I have shopped here for years. I was treated so rudely today by a cashier that I will never shop here again. They would not tell me where I could make a complaint. They all told me they were managers.

I always like to stop and Family Dollars in different areas always have different things and exactly what I needed always a good place to go and the lady there was really nice

Store never opens on time which is very inconvenience if it says 8am I incorporate it in my day so for me to beat the employees here and still have to wait 30 min is absurd needs better management this is unacceptable

I shop at family dollar in danbury today, things was a bit easier to find. The store look set in order, the atmosphere is also clean and inviting. Workers are friendly and doing their job. The store are also children friendly, the bus stop is just a few steps away from the store. Not a bad store, a lot of different varieties of goods and products. It have been one of my favorite store for three years

Do not like the Family Dollar store on Main Street in Danbury I need a new manager there

I shop here because I work around the corner. A new manager came in a few months ago and has done a good job cleaning up the store and keeping stuff in stock, so the shopping experience is definitely better than what it used to be. Competitive prices on most stuff, versus not only the small markets in the area but also even Target and Wal-Mart across town.

Family dollar in danbury is very clean, nice prices, coupons, and every thing in order. Family dollar is one of my shopping place i really like family dollar. Good job family dollar.

Very messy and drity most clothes are on the floor and very long lines most of the time. But I do buy most my things here like snacks and candy but overall not to bad.

On a recent visit I found the store to be in complete disarray and quite frankly a disaster. This was during the early morning hours (8:30am) so I found it odd that the store could be such a mess. Piles of merchandise in the aisles, clothing all over the floor, which by the way was absolutely filthy and most definitely has not been mopped in quite sometime. Items were literally strewn all over the place. I went down several aisles and each one was worse than the previous one. I used to shop here often but after this visit, I will NEVER go in there again!!!!! If it was possible to give NO stars I would have done so.

Manager is great but some of the workers needs to stop being rude to the customers.
