I always loved the clothes from this industry, and every time I go the employees are very kind, I always receive help from Jennifer she’s the best, they have amazing deals and I will definitely be coming back!!!!

The staff here is honestly awful with customers and the customer service we received was terrible. Today we waited in a line with 4 groups of people in front of us and there was no cashier to be found. Instead a group of the employees were all chatting at the front of the store with one another until a girl from the back room ran out to help several minutes later. Everyone in line was annoyed to be getting ignored… The girl that was supposed to be at the dressing rooms had an extremely inappropriate outfit on for work, her whole a$$ was hanging out, how could this possibly be ok with management??? We waited in line to buy one tshirt for 10+ minutes and one employee was being so rude that she wouldnt step away from folding shirts to come help ring. It seems like all the employees had so much drama going on between them the way they were gossiping and being rude to one another. Extremely Unprofessional.

Always rad gear in stock. Staff always is helpful. They could probably have more fitting rooms but thats my only complaint.

Received damaged belt. Contacted customer service multiple times. No response. No resolution. Terrible customer service.

Went to the mall just to go to this store but when I haven’t been there in what seems like forever so I was really excited. When I walked up to the store they had a waiting list and we were told we had to wait a half hour to get in. I came just for this store and they wouldn’t even let me in. I left immediately because i didnt have anywhere else to go. This is not a necessary policy because i’ve been to stores smaller than this with no wait time. I was truly aggravated.

Rude employees and rude managers. no care for customer service

Would rate lower if possible. This store utilizes the most deceptive signage possible. All over the store is 50% Off but look closer and in small, faded writing is: Get 2nd for 50% Off. But WORSE IS, THESE SIGNS ARE PLACED OVER ALL OVER THE STORE BUT ONLY SOME THINGS RELATE TO THE SALE. When I was charged full price for two pairs of jean shorts, the pierced idiot at the register said oh, the exceptions to the sale are in writing on the tables even though the 50 % Off sign was RIGHT ABOVE the shorts I bought. No one sees the writing on the table which is what they expect so that they can screw their customers. What a scam. This company is the lowest of the low. Will NEVER let my daughter shop here again. I hope they go out of business.

Although they can get messy, the workers are so wonderful and have really good customer management skills.

I really just went into the store to buy an outfit for my first day of class, and I will never shop there again (unless it is online). Poor customer service, unorganized salesfloor, and they dont inform customers, nor even ask, about ones knowledge towards their return policy/process. This store unsatisified me up to the point of me deciding to write my first review ever.

This store sucks! there was a sign abt buying one getting one free and the guy said no it’s full but price! i was told by one of the store worriers that i was allowed to mix and match by one get one free and when i went to the frount to get that deal the guy was VERY rude and said no!very disappointed in this store and their staff
