It sucked. Had at least $30 worth of stuff to buy but the line had at least 10 people in it with about as much stuff as us. I went to the front to ask if they were going to open another register, and the manager, rude as hell stated NO I have no one. I understand being short staffed I know alot of places are. However there is no reason to be rude like that to customers. I have worked in retail all my life and I am always understanding. But I would never be rude to people the way he was. Wont be shopping this store again.

The pet supplies are a nice addition, similar toys, bowls, etc like you get at a Pet store but at a much lower price. Small selection like most pet stores, but makes pets & pet owners happy.Also go to place for greeting cards like most dollar trees. Why pay more for similar quality & message?Always a dollar for everything ☺️

Organized, well stocked shelves, clean. Above average compared to other Dollar Tree locations Ive shopped at in the past. They open another register routinely when line gets lengthy which keeps me coming back!

Love coming to the store on a weekday.. not too many people. Fairly stocked and organized.

Great products for $1. They seem to be running a bit short staffed. I suggest going early.

Store is well stocked but kind of messy. Staff was very pleasant.

I went to the Newtown Rd. Store in Danbury. The store is not following the facial mask Executive Order in CT. Sign @ front of store limiting # of people, but people in store without facial mask. I asked the cashier about this and she told me it was company policy that they dont have to enforce use of facial masks. Guess Dollar Tree cares more about $$$ than safety and spread of the COVID virus. Thanks Dollar Tree - this is an example of why the # of COVID + cases continues to rise in CT. SHAME on the management of this company!

I think that dollar tree was amazing because they have so many name branded just for 1 dollar. Also they were selling grade a eggs for 1 dollar that is so great!

In the midst of a pre-Christmas panic attack over not getting mugs I needed for Christmas gifts in time, I called in on my lunch break and spoke to Donald. He was super helpful and friendly on the phone, and then when I went to pick up my items, he knew exactly who I was as soon as I said my name, and walked over to help me gather all the mugs I needed. He was extremely pleasant and very helpful, which is always nice especially when everything else gets crazy around the holidays. Thank you so much for all your help, Donald!

The floor looks dirty and the fridge looks dirty. But store is great and has all you need.....

This location can be really hit or miss. Today it was great. Boxes picked up so the aisles were clear, good selection in the shelves.

Dollar Tree on Newtown rd. Great group of people there.

This store definitely needs someone to manage it, its one of the messiest Dollar Tree I been at, The Dollar Tree on Panadaram Rd is much more organized and has a larger selection, this Dollar Tree has competition down the road I would try harder if I were the manager, your sells could definitely increase if customers are able to quickly grab their items and go instead of digging through the mess.

Great place to shop for all your favors and supplies. I get weak in the dollar store and always shop for more than what i plan for but one of the cashiers got my sick by using her saliva to grab and open packing bags. I think thats so disgusting and will cause spreading of germs/ flu, comment colds and such. What happened to a small bowl of water or hand sanitizer for a moist grip? I asked kindly to not use her saliva and to sanitized her hands please. This cashier tells me that hand sanitizer is 99 cents. I picked up my stuff and went over to another line because its obvious that she nasty and doesnt want to understand me.

This store is always a mess. Never any staff to help find anything. The lines are always long. There isn’t a big selection of items. I usually walk out empty handed unable to find what I was looking for.
