All in all you have a good variety of products but you need more cashiers and bag Packers because there was only two cashiers and they had to ring up and pasta bags

This store is very clean and well organized. Produce is fresh however some things are not priced competitively i.e. a single piece of loose garlic was .99 whereas most stores charge .99/lb. At the same time, broccoli rabe was on sale for .99/lb. A great price. Shop here but be a smart shopper.

Very very kind & helpful personnel. Unfortunately Stop & Shop stopped making my favorite bread their Natural sour dough seeded Jewish rye ! Big disappoint as it was the best! Still always a nice shopping experience. Good natural/organic selections

The store is ALWAYS clean and organized! The customer service is the best I have come across in any store in the area! If I can give 10 stars I definitely would! Great job everyone at stop & shop! Thank you for always going out of your way to serve our community during this pandemic!

Good ! Clean very organized great product, lottery machine self play very polite employees. Restroom up stairs no elevator. For handicap need to request help entry down level.

Terrible experience with the night manager Sharon, who fails to run and schedule a store as she slowly bags groceries while turning away paying customers away.She shut the entire store down to one register and then cut multiple customers off when they were in line trying to make a purchase before 10. I was told I couldnt make the purchase at literally 10:01. It is 10:06 as I write this. I explained I had been in line well before 10 and she did nothing and continued bagging groceries and her two entry. Level associates did all the work around her. I will not come back to this location and will continue going to either the.big Y or stop and shop on lake Ave. Sharon is not helping your business.

I liked it. The store was clean and they had filet mignon available for purchase.

This Stop & Shop has great produce, a fresh bakery and a huge selection of meats from their butcher. But what sets this particular store apart from the others is how completely neat, well organized and clean. Definitely my favorite Stop & Shop!

Still annoyed that they took away prime parking for the pre-ordered groceries. No offense, but if your employees are the ones bringing the groceries out, they can do it the next row over. Plus, the spots were taken away on the same side as the only open side because of covid. Would have been easier to have set aside the spots on the closed side and reserved those doors for the online order employees. Not rocket science.

Good, clean supermarket with a variety of goods and services. Within very close distance to other major outlets, restaurants and hotels. New deals/promotions typically come out on Friday morning.

This was the first time I had been in this Stop and Shop. I was very surprised by how the appearance of this was. It wasnt as clean as I have been accustomed to at other Stop and Shops Ive been in. Once entering the store I thought there was a unpleasant odor but dismissed it. Once I got by the meat and fish departments, the odor was nauseating. Something definitely went bad back there. The employees there must have become accustomed to it as they just kept working like nothing was amiss. It was an incredible disappointment and I couldnt get out of this store fast enough. I will never visit this store again, Ill just go to the Stop and Shop I usually go to.

Do not shop at this store. I was baffled to see that the manager of the deli was not wearing a mask and still serving. Face shields do not stop the spread of Covid it protects you from direct contact of infected mucus expelled from the mouth. Face shields do not stop people from breathing in the air you exhale.Very disappointed and absolutely unacceptable for grocery store.

Stop & Shop is one of those great grocery shop, to do your shopping of all kind. They have pharmacy bakery and most of all a bank you can just join. Then also a western union. I also get chicken gizzard something I do love. Not a bad place to shop, fresh fruit and vegetables and other varieties and goods, western union as well, clean environment. Their nature promises is doing a good job as well. Nice store.

I love this Store. I can find every thing easier. They have good prices. All the employees are exceptional people. Their Customer service is excellent. I also buy my Ct lottery tickets here and the Customer service clerks are very nice, kind and professional.

Went in they have a great selection of what I wanted which was salad mixes and I was very happy

I had a personal bad experience on the phone with a man from groceries, but when I went to the store to pick up what I was looking for i spoke with a manager and she was very respectful about my complaint, apologizing profusely and said that she would speak with the person from the phone call

This Stop and shop is stocked way better then the 9ne in New Milford. It is a longer drive but you have a better Walmart, Aldis and dollar tree then New Milford. Definitely worth the drive.

Really hard review for me - the overall experience was good.They had what I needed and wanted, and the store was clean and very well lit. The staff was great (and I needed help finding an item).But the prices were so much higher than my local grocer, that I have to believe this would be a One and Done quick grab place for me.

Good selection. You can find almost anything here.In the Summer, they partner with local farms to bring a wider assortment of produce. Last time I went they had about 9 different kinds of hot peppers there and I made a chili that is out of this world! Get em while they last!

We have several Stop and Shop stores in our area, and this one just doesnt stack up to the others. The selection is extremely limited, and worse than that, they only seem to carry one variety of a given item. Even though there seems to be plenty of room to carry a variety of flavors or types of item, there are 3 or 4 rows of just one variety. Also, they only seem to carry basic groceries. Im often frustrated when I go there for a specific recipe item, they dont have it.the other stop & shop stores close by are not like this at all, so I dont understand why this store in particular is so poor. I probably wouldnt go there at all except its okay if I need something very basic and very quick since its at the bottom of the hill from where I live.

Stop in shop is very fresh in clean,but way to over priced. The cashiers at night time are super unfriendly. I get it,its long hours in they been there for years, but there not welcoming. May- be the job itself should show them more credit in turn there frown upside down. I usally do my shopping else Where, I use stop shop as last resort mostly cause of its open late.. If you have high pricing, have people there who will welcome you to make like your spent your moneys worth wisely.

Love this place for fresh produce. Excellent quality. Slightly higher price but worth buying here.

I just love this store! Ive been shopping here for years and I always have a positive experience.Not only are the employees knowledgeable & friendly; so are the customers. I have difficulty walking and the woman on line behind me knew this. When she heard that I didnt put something in my cart that I needed - SHE ACTUALLY LEFT THE QUEUE TO GO GET IT FOR ME! Amazing!

Pleasantly surprised how well stocked, clean, and orderly this store was. They sell both healthier options I would normally find in a health food store, and mainstream items. Their produce dept is pretty impressive. Enjoyed going there.

Horrible place to shop .

The store off route 6 is clean and well stocked.. Just b careful about buying the prepared food the have on sale.. $5.. I bought wings in a $5 container and I had to thru them out. Dry as a bone!!

Everything was where it was supposed to be.

Conveniently located on U.S. route 6 (Newtown road). Easy_off_easy_on exit 8 of interstate 84. Plenty of parking including handicapped spaces and handicap entrance. Plenty of other shopping available around on this very busy thoroughfare, service road for interstate 84. Male and female restrooms available as they are at all their stores, great company to do business with; world_ class company for sure.

I shop here occasionally but use the pharmacy regularly for my prescriptions.

Prices are more expensive than other stores. I find that I spend a lot more here than anywhere else. Good for a quick stop on the way home. Staff can be overly friendly especially the male staff. Produce doesn’t seem very fresh.

This is my regular grocery store. Love the staff, everyones so nice especially the self- checkout folks. Produce is fresh and I love the discount gas program with Shell. Been going there for years and intend to keep shopping there for years to come!

Not the best Stop & Shop Ive been to, but not the worst either. Wide aisles, well stocked with all the basics, not usually crowded. Gets the job done.

Careful with prices. Make sure what you scan is what is posted. Checked out with half a dozen items that had a lower price posted and which then scanned higher. Manager argued with us about two of them. We didnt notice the rest until we got home. CT State law says we should have gotten the items that were mismarked for free. Managers never even suggested that.

This seems like a standard stop and shop. Aisles are clearly marked, and its easy to find what youre looking for. The staff rang me out quickly. The lines were not long at all. Overall, I would shop here in the future if Im in the area.

Still many shortages of meat and frozen and canned vegetables. Store is in disarray but to be expected. Hopefully things will settle down soon

Base prices are a little higher but theres always good deals available. Their meats, produce and deli have always been great, and the service is good.

Would give 5 starts but the bag your own section is very small and there are barely any cashiers no matter when you go.

Nice placw to do your shopping, fresh fruits and vegetables, nice atmosphere good parkings children and elderly friendly. Handicap parking, child parking, its all wonderful, flowers, western union, bank, good place to shop.

Nice selection of foods,just keep treating your employees with dignity and respect!

The New Reserved Parking for Online Orders is ridiculous, there is now no convenient parking at all especially for the elderly or injured.

I go between stop and shop and aldi for the best deals close to home.

I was with my daughter and her boyfriend and Tim at the service desk actually said we couldn’t take a FREE fruit that gets thrown out the same night and said it’s for kids 10 and under. Little does he know it was for my 5 year old niece. Absolutely pathetic. Now every time I go in there he watches me and my daughter like we’re “STEALING.” Plus the deli always smells and the food there is never fresh. Once there were flies flying all over the food. Also not enough help at the registers and huge lines. I would give this no stars if I could.

Ok, so you have upscale/boutique stores like TJ/WF; local folksy; local warehouse; big warehouse like C/BJ/SC/W; and your basic supermarket.S&S is the latter and among the better.Clean, good selection, specialty stores in a store, bank & ATM, prepared food, large ethnic and organic sections. Recently upgraded self scan registers. Good staff. Modest prices.Special? Not so much. What you want and need? Very much.Bottom line - a good place to shop.
