Dear fellow boaters,In April 2019 I purchased a Jeanneau vessel from Intermarine, Dania Florida. Since the purchase, the vessel has been in disrepair 90% of the time with primarily engine problems the vessel has been taken to Intermargin 6 times since the 2019 purchase.In an attempt to correct the problems Intermarine modified the placement of the engines, changing props even having the manufacturer come out to inspect this issue and now most recently the engine quit with starter problems, spark plug issues, vessel view malfunctions not to mention running out of gas because of an inverted vessel view.Currently the vessel has been at Intermargin since early March the manager at Intermarine has stated that they will make this right by taking responsibility, I must say that Intermarine prides themselves with customer service and they certainly have been responsive to trying to solve these lemon type issues.Worst of all due to the Covid lockdown I have not been able to go out and enjoy the time with my family on the water. The added stress of having a boat with everything going on but being unable to go out has been a very frustrating experience considering that I lost the last boating season when I purchased the boat with unresolvable issues and this boating season is moving in the same direction.As a member of several boating forums and groups I hope to report back good news from Intermarine regarding this most troubling issue.Lou
