I recently bought a used car from Honda north . I did have few issues, but they took care of it . Most of the sales team are youngsters. service reps and management are well experienced and so good . They monitor their customers and provide help where required. I would recommend to others to have trustful business with Honda North Denvers MA.
If I could give 0 stars, I would rather give that than 1 star. Ozzy (sales) and Stephanie (finance) at Honda North swindled my husband and me. They rushed us to sign all the paperwork and included three kinds of extra warranties that they never explained or gave us literature - just slapped it into the payment plans. Ozzy is very new and so I dont think he understood how to handle the sale. We never received a copy of any of our signed documentation. They didnt know what to do with our registration renewal which Ive now had to pay nearly $100 to have taken care of myself when I know its all included in my payment. They left us high and dry to deal with all of us. The only redeeming person at Honda North in my opinion is Jameel. He is helping to make this situation right but no one would have cared if I didnt call and start asking questions. Very unprofessional! And, to think they say they are haggle and hassle free. Nope.

Great experience at Honda north yesterday and today! Brought my 2003 crv in for a couple recalls was happy with this as one was my drivers side power window switch and it had been noticeably worse since I purchased the vehicle 2 years ago. I was given a loaner vehicle for the day as it would take a couple hours. I got a 2020 crv and loved it right away such a smooth ride great features on the ex model heated seats and a sunroof on these nice new England days was great! I was quickly informed that the window switch was on backorder and would be in the following day this was fine with me as I had the rental. Next morning I texted my service advisor and was notified my vehicle would be ready at 11pm. More then pleased with my experience here now my window works as it should and my passenger airbag is safe! Thanks again for the quality experience and vehicles Honda North Team!
Used to have an above average experience until recently. Took my 2 cars for servicing - the issue with the first remains unresolved and NO response from the Service Tech or Manager. The Service Assistants give a generic response - book an appointment to come back in. Come back in?? You guys know what the issue, why cant I get a call to discuss next steps?The second car had a multi inspection check, turns out that there was nothing wrong with the most expensive item listed to be fixed per 2 other mechanics I went to for a cheaper quote. Again this was brought to the attention of the Service Manager - NO response. Lastly, the Pilot was noted to have engine leaks during an appraisal, this is despite having a routine maintenance completed just before that. Again, no plausible explanation given.I got an email noting I would get a survey post service - NOTHING SEVERAL WEEKS later, despite having TWO cars fixed. Is that just lip service?
I was recommended by a close friend of mine to see Eduard Dake for my first car purchase and he was the absolute best sales person. He was straight forward and helpful no pressure or stress added on top he made it very simple. Also James from the finance office was helpful he made sure I got the best price possible! Inquired about a used car and went back and forth a few times via email with a sales guy. When I tried to schedule a time to see it I got bounced to someone else. They offered other times that didnt work for me and I asked to come another time and they never confirmed so I never went. In short, communication is awful. I sent over all info on my trade, including extensive pictures, all of my information for financing, etc. and I was told Ill be contacted when he hears something. Never heard from him again. I got a generated email from a sales manager so I reply and ask him if maybe he can be more helpful. He responded quickly and seemed as though I was going to get somewhere so I respond with my intentions and again, nothing. I emailed him back this morning to let him know I will take my business elsewhere. I work in the car industry myself and have never seen such lack of communication/sales effort.
I waited 2 weeks for an appointment for my car to be serviced I brought my car in on the day of service. I didnt hear back from them for 6 days with a diagnosis . Spoke to Ariel my service agent who told me i wouldnt have to pay more than a couple days for the courtesy car. I was notified my car was ready on the 11 th day of it being there . I went straight to the dealership after work I went over my service slip immediately complained about paying for half of the 11 days for the courtesy car $220. + I was told they couldnt adjust it that Ariel wasnt there and no management either the man told me if I want I can not pay and come back tomorrow and work it out. I replied ok will I have to pay for another day for the rental he replied of course not, then oh but you cant take the rental I need it for someone else . Yeah ok I can leave my car and what walk home . Ty soo much . Horrible service . There is more and I will be there with friends protesting there poor service and bad customer service
Had to find a good first car for my Nephew, he found a nice civic with low mileage we went down on a Friday and only spent 4 hours we test drove the vehicle got a great price and no hassle Evy Borges was the best! She was friendly, knowledgeable and did not pressure us♥️ From Kevin to Stephanie in the Financial office this experience was superb! Flawless to say the least! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My experience at the dealership was great, but ever since I have left it has been a mess. I bought my pre-owned pre-certified car in March of this year (2021). The first issue, I keep getting calls and emails in regards to someone elses car. I have called and emailed several times about this and it continuously happens. Didnt know it was so hard to contact the correct person about their car.I wish my issues with Honda North ended there. The biggest issue is in regards to cars battery. When I bought the car, I was told everything was fine. No issues. I went into the dealership for my oil change about a month or two after getting my car, and mechanic told me that I should think replacing the battery before winter. I thought it was odd since I had just bought the car and no one bothered me to mention anything about the battery, not even once. But seeing as it was a pre-owned pre-certified car, I was telling myself I should be lucky that the battery was the only issue. Plus the mechanic didnt make it seem like it was an immediate problem. Furthermore, my battery light never once came on I assumed if I replaced some point before the summer ended, I would be fine. Oh, was I wrong. This past week, my car battery died was I was backing out of a spot. Once again, the battery light never once came on nor was there any sign of the battery was about to kick the bucket. I called for roadside assistance and a mechanic was sent out to attempt to jump the battery so I could get home and replace it on my own. However, the mechanic showed up and gave my car battery a weird look. He asked me if I had been the one who installed the battery, and I said no. He pointed out to me that the battery was was too small for my car, was seven years old, and was no the kind battery you would put into a Honda. He even told me that he had never even once heard of the battery brand. He attempted to jump the battery to no avail. I had to buy a battery from him. Thank god he knew to install the correct battery and even gave a 5 year warranty.I assume it was the previous owner who installed the incorrect battery, but I can not believe Honda North would be so reckless with the lives of their customers that they would sell a car with the incorrect battery, that died barely 5 months after purchase. I also can not believe that the Honda mechanics that looked at my car battery and didnt once tell me it was the wrong battery.I will never go back to Honda North again. When it comes time to trade in my car, I will be taking my car elsewhere. I hope Honda North goes out of business.

If you own an older vehicle and are looking to trade it in, dont bother here. Upon inquiring about trading my 04 Nissan Murano with 140k miles in, that is also in GREAT condition I got an insultingly low offer of $350. It took them five different attempts of throwing me low ball offers followed by $650, $1000, $1300, then finally $1400. For reference, I inquired with a more local dealer closer to me that offered me $1400 for their FIRST offer and additionally gave me a free carfax report as well. I should have just walked right after the $350 offer instead of even wasting more of my time going back and fourth. Cant comment on the buying experience but if you are looking to trade in your older vehicle, especially if its been very well maintained, dont bother. Please know your vehicles worth and dont let these places throw you these low ball offers.

Hi there, I am hoping to get a response from either of your business managers as soon as possible. Ive left messages this week and finally got in touch with one yesterday. She said that she would look into the issue of my lease-end balance statement and call back but I have not heard back yet. I am happy to make an appointment to discuss in person. Im not sure if hours have changed for administrators or if we can get this resolved remotely given the circumstances. I called your dealership back on 10/9 to discuss renewal options since my lease was due that month. A gentleman gave me some information briefly and mentioned that my lease was due the following Friday. After discussing with my husband, we decided that it was best to turn the car in for now. We are both working from home for the time being so out of practicality, we figured that we would just end up leasing from your dealership in the Spring when we expected to commute to work more. I received the lease-end bill last week and to my surprise, it was drastically more than what I thought I still owed. After calling Honda Financial, they said that I actually signed a 38 month lease and not 36 months. I have been a client for the past 6 years and have leased 3 cars from your dealership by now. They are all 36 month leases. If for some reason this specific car was a 38 month lease why would your sales rep advise me to return it before its maturity date? Also why was nothing mentioned about an early lease termination fee when I dropped the car off? As a consumer, I believe that I was given misinformation, otherwise I would have just kept the car for another 2 months.

My recent car buying experience at Honda North was the first ever that was actually pleasurable. I was introduced upon my arrival to Chick Markham of the Sales Department. Chicks easy going personality and patience are certainly an asset, along with his knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in. Chick answered my many questions and I never felt any pressure at any time to make a purchase. The prices were very fair and I felt I received a good price on the vehicle I was trading in. If you are thinking of buying a car, giving Honda North a try is well worth your time! Chick would be the extra bonus to have as your sales representative!
So the guy that 1st welcomed me was extremely pleasant. I expressed I had an appointment. He said perfect. Leave the key in the car snd go in to see a tech. I did. The tech was a bit on the curt side but I think it was just his way. He told me 30-40. I was done in under 30. The guy that came out to review what had been done and cost and recommended next service steps was extremely pleasant. I wish I got his name to identify him here. All I can tell you was that he had a man bun. I’m hoping that is not an offensive way to identify him but that’s all i got! Lol I had been watching and listening to him with other customers before me and his demeanor was always the same.I’m taking the time to write this before I leave the lot because the service was that great!
I just recently got a car from here. I met with Joel he is amazing and very knowledgeable. I recommend meeting with him if you are interested in getting a car. I also met with Alex and John they are great as well and helped me get into my car. I appreciate all three of these men. It was my first time getting a car out of a lot and they made it very simple for me. Im truly greatful for the help they gave me.
I attempted to lease a vehicle from Honda North. My salesperson was obviously inexperienced, as he had to keep getting up and checking with the manager when asked a question. Their first quote was almost $200 higher than I was willing to pay. The price consistently changed, until we finally compromised on an amount. After we agreed, they backed down on the initial agreement ...which was that the final two payments on my present lease were to be incorporated...They then told me I was responsible for paying the remaining balance on my lease . When I reminded them that this was not the case..they agreed it was a misunderstanding and proceeded to increase my payment by almost $50. Needless to say, I stood up and told them I was all done playing their games...and I walked out. I have leased my vehicles for over 40 years, and have never been treated this way. I even emailed the general manager to inform him of my experience, and he never responded. Needless to say, I will never walk into that dealership again.
It has been a great experience working with Honda North. We just bought our second car from them and received a loyal customer discount. Also, they bought back our first car and gave us a great price even though it had 250,000 miles on it. We also use them for all our service because we are assured they use genuine honda parts. Many auto repair shops use cheap aftermarket parts and substandard oil/filters. Honda North has retained us as loyal customers because they do a great job!
Wow! You certainly won’t regret coming here. This place has won awards for a reason. I went to Honda North to shop for a car and I met Raphael who is the best!! He never made me feel rushed to make a decision, answered all of my questions thoughtfully and honestly, and was very patient with me in finding what I was looking for. Not only did Raphael help me buy a car, but I was so impressed by the service here that my sister bought a car with his help too. It has now been two weeks since I got my car and I came in for service. The people who worked with me were efficient and polite. They gave me the necessary information to know what’s happening with my car every step of the way. I purchased a 2019 Honda CR-V in January 2020. Last Friday a warning light came on saying Tire Pressures Low. I added air to my rear passenger tire and the next day the same message came up. I called the service department and they said I could bring it in to have it checked. I got there at 12:15 and was pulled right into a bay. The service tech told me he saw the issue, I had a nail in my tire and asked me to wait inside and he would have it fixed in 10-15 minutes. I waited 10 minutes and he came in and said it was all set. I asked him where I needed to go to check out and he told me I was all set and to have a good day. They did not charge me to plug the tire and I didn’t wait to be seen. This is my 3rd car with them and I will never buy a car anywhere else. The customer service cannot be beat!! Thank you for a great job

These people claim they are customer service super stars but yet I was denied by Ariel for a second free oil change with my used car purchase because notes werent updated. I live 35 minutes away which means I drove 2 hours total to go home grab my paperwork and come back. When I called they said I was all set! Let alone the fact that I was denied a wash the first visit because of my roof racks, which I just learned should not have happened. Now it just so happens thier wash is closed today and I lost out on two washes. Ive gotten just empty apologies with no one offering any real restitution. This is the whole reason why I have 0 trust for dealerships. Shady and disorganized. SO DISAPPOINTED.
I was very disappointed with my experience. I’m usually a regular customer for an oil change but I went to get my car detailed, I paid 200$ for the highest package and I called in advanced to warn them I forgot to take my seat covers off if they could please do it for me and the person on the phone assured me it was no problem and they would take care of it. After they had my car for the entire day I went to go pick up and the job was not finished. They never took off the front seat covers to remove stains. I had to come back the next day and have them finish the job which they then had to take my car again for half the day. I asked if I could be compensated in some way since the job was not finished, maybe a free wash and vacuum or slash off some of the 200$ I paid? The man agreed to tell them to wash my car and vacuum it up for me real quick once they finished the job that should’ve been done the first time but once I got my car back I could tell it was not washed or vacuumed and I was tired of having to come back so I didn’t even bother with the man. I usually love to come to Honda north for my services but I was very disappointed with the way they handled this detailing service in particular.
I purchased a new Honda Civic Hatchback in early March of 2020. I added the all weather mats for approximately $220. I realized about a week or two after purchasing that the cargo mat was missing, (was told it was included when purchased) but was unable to do anything about it since we went on lockdown due to the pandemic. Fast forward to the week of 7/27/2020 and I call and speak to Zach the sales manager. He tells me that this isn’t a problem and I need to call the parts department and tell them what happened and that Zach approved for me to come by and pick up the mat. I made another call and this was agreed to and confirmed by the parts department.I drive 45 minutes to pick up the mat and am told the exact opposite. Unfortunately Zach was gone so I had to deal with another guy. He stated that the cargo mat is a separate purchase and they won’t be providing one to me as previously stated.So they charged me over $220 for floor mats, lied to me that the cargo mat was included and then wasted an hour and a half of time.They were completely unapologetic and didn’t care that I had driven 45 minutes to pick this up.Rude.Edit: Honda North responded to this review asking that I call them. I called and was put back in touch with Zach. He assured me that if I returned that he would give me the cargo mat as previously stated. I went by yesterday, 8/10, and sure enough Zach was true to his word.There are trustworthy people at this organization. Start with Zach.I’m updating my review to 3 stars.

If I could give a zero I would, please remember that if you purchase a part in the parts counter then pay the cashier cash, then return said item the same or next day they Honda north will not give you your cash back because according to Paul the so called manager with an attitude and the cashier Honda north does not have the cash to pay me, there policy is check back only which means I have to wait days to receive a check then wait in the massive line at my back just to get my money back!!!! They should post signs that they will only refund you a check if youre paying cash but they dont!!!!
People working here are really unprofessional have me spoke with a heavy accent Russian sounding guy that guy was unprofessional had him transfer me to his sales manager and I speak with manager named kevin nice guy spoke to me very professional me and him discuss the vehicle I’m interested in and tell me he will call me back to confirm that he can sell me the vehicle gives me a call back a few minutes later and tells me yea that he can sell me the vehicle I would just have to come in person to pick the vehicle up and finish the paper work I say ok I’ll do my credit app now . Finish my app and let them know I finished. a few hours go by and I give them a call to get a update no answer tryed a few times nothing then I get a text messag say the gm no longer wants to sell the vehicle after I submitted my app just really unprofessional. Thought I met a honest dealership
I bought a preowned car a year ago from Honda North. There was an issue with the car from day 1 - which they sent to have fixed. Well that fix never actually fixed the issue. I went back to them and they told me to go back to Ford, where they originally sent it to to be fixed, so they can look into the issue again. I did that multiple times (each time they think they “fixed” the issue). Now the Ford service is saying the fix will cost $2,357. I went back to the manager at Honda North (Paul) and they told me $500 is “all they could do because it’s been so long”. I’ve only driven the car 5,000 miles and it’s an issue that’s happened since day 1! I’m not coming to them with an issue that is happening with the car after a year, that would be on me 100%. I just want them to fix this issue, the money should not come out of my pocket!!! You sold me this car with this issue!!!I put this on my personal FB page and I was surprised with the amount of people that came forward saying a similar situation happened to them at Honda North. Be aware!
Had a terrible potential car buying experience here. Made an appointment with a sales rep last night to come in this afternoon to purchase a car, at no point did he mention that they had no intention of holding the car until that sale. Id have made an appointment for opening in the morning if I knew that was the case...Then the sales rep called me this morning to tell me the car was sold and made sure to make the point several times this is my fault for waiting as long as I did, This is why i was telling you to make an appointment the day before, but you wanted to go home and think about it. Yeah I wanted to think about it, its a huge purchase.Im not upset that the car wasnt held for me, just that it was never communicated to me while I was literally booking an appointment to buy it and communicating that Im purchasing insurance for it (which Im still trying to cancel)

Purchased a certified preowned Pilot brought it back in for an oil change when we were told it needs new tires, after owning the car for less than 6 months. Buyers beware, bring your used cars to someone you trust to look them over before you purchase.
We went in and spoke to Chick. We looked at a car and it turns out it was the last on the lot. They mentioned it was slightly in demand. The paperwork was done and we were told we were good to go. Paid and everything was all set. Only for them to turn around and mention our credit was insufficient, despite everything being signed and paid for. John from financial said that he checked after. They “ran the credit” AFTER the deal and the paperwork and payment, which is just straight BS.This is not my first car purchase. Normally, they check the credit before they signed or agree to any price for that car. This is really bad customer service. All they said is that they will look to it Monday and see what they can do and I’m sure they will call us with a solid no.Please do not let me find out that you guys did it just to get a better sale and push a previous Honda customer out. The service at Honda North is always top notch. Went in for an oil change and inspection sticker. Using the Express Service I was in and out in just over an hour. The service people ore fantastic. They send a text with a contact name in case I need anything while Im there. Prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend this dealership for buying and service.
I had a fabulous experience working with Chick at Honda North. Id done my research before visiting and knew which vehicles and trims I was interested in. Chick was patient, communicative, and helpful as I weighed my options and did multiple test drives of each vehicle. There was no pressure to purchase and encouragement to take my time to ensure I was making the right decision.I ultimately wound up financing my vehicle, and the financing process was a breeze, too. All the staff at Honda North were more than accommodating and I feel I got a very competitive price for the vehicle I purchased.
I went to the service department today because my key for the ignition is not working I drove into the service department and a technician asked me if I was there to pick up a car and I said no and I explained to him why I was here. Then he started to yell at me and asked me if I had an appointment. Then I explain to them no I didn’t and I thought I could just drive up and when I said no I didn’t have appointment he said, “no I don’t have time for that”, very rudely. He was very loud with me and he said specifically I have a lot of problems and I don’t need to deal with this and that’s when the manager came out and said let’s talk outside and never apologize I’m never going back there again. The people they are very rude I’m not gonna ever go there again I was going to buy a new car now forget about it

Not a great experience with this dealership. Financing messed up the numbers on the paperwork so it looked like we took more out on the loan than we did, by about an additional $9,000. Then we had to wait for the title for the new vehicle to be mailed to the dealership, 3-5 day wait. No problem, did the paperwork that day and put down a $500 deposit to keep the process rolling. A week went by and we heard nothing about title or when we can pick up the car. Finally we are told we can pick up the car 9 days later. No inspection sticker or anything on the car and a couple other parts of the purchase were not included with the car either. We were told we had 7 days from purchase to get an inspection sticker, great except we bought the car 9 days ago. Now we cant drive the car. Also the batteries in the keys were both low. Now I have to chase down the dealership for the inspection and registration sticker, 2 hour wait at the dealership mid day for this. Also tire pressure light in car came on immediately after leaving lot.

God awful customer and sales service.I was trying to help my mother in law buy a car through them, and I told her all the questions to ask and what information/documents she would need to buy the car. Not once, but twice, I drove her to the dealer (1 hour away, both ways) to seal the deal and each time the dealer said we didnt have all the stuff we needed. This despite me asking more than 10 times in advance what we needed, and confirming what information we had.Completely inept and will waste your time and then dare to give you complete and unabashed attitude with ZERO remorse. Stay away.
I my experience buying a new car, I was treated with respect and never felt pressured. I had a good experience with the staff and came away with a great car and a fair price. I would definitely recommend Honda North to others.

After having a terrible experience at another dealership, I was dreading having to return my leased vehicle. I can’t be happier having chosen Honda North to be the new dealership for me. The salesman, Sean, as well as everyone else I interacted with were relaxed, pleasant, and professional. When I returned a few days later for my registration and inspection, the service associates were just as welcoming and professional. I can’t imagine going anywhere else and receiving the same level of service ! This is a company which clearly has good values and high standards.

I have always owned Honda vehciles as long as i can remember. Honda as always provided great quality service to their customers. I have recently had an exceptional experience at Honda north Danvers. I worked with Tyler in the service dept and he went above and beyond! what I would expect as good customer service. He made sure I was treated fairly and he even stayed until after close for me to pick up my car even though I was running late. So I wouldnt be confused about the services done. New lease not 2 wks old. Have questions been directed all around the dealership to ppl on phone, Ive left messages, and Ive talked to ppl that have decided to not get back to me either. Very confused at this point. Do everything to make the sale, then forget about any follow up?. Get those stars when I get a answer about the questions Ive asked about my new lease many times to sales and service and my sales associate. I think its a little absurd I have to feel this way with such a new car, I love the car but this is horrible customer service after sale. Ive been calling for a wk now. Next Ill be pulling into ur express garage to ask . Should not need to happen like this.
Matt Abbott is a great salesman. He must have gotten 5000 steps in just looking through the lot to find a CR-V Touring gem for me to test drive. Eric and John from the management side also treated me well.I got a great deal, was treated fairly and courteously. I could not ask for a better car buying experience.And they did everything they could to get the deal closed and the car in my possession the same day. I started the buying process a little after noon, and picked up my gorgeous new CR-V at 5:30pm.Ive spent the last month looking for a car. If there were a 0 star I would give it to this place, a week ago my boyfriend went there to look for a car, he did the paperwork but needed my signature so he could take the car home...two days after we went back to finish the paperwork so we could buy the car mind you the car was perfect when my sister and my boyfriend saw it. I’ve bought a car before so i trusted that this car would be perfect after 2 days, so I signed the paperwork without a problem, after we was done some guy name Ed told my boyfriend to go pick the car all the way on the back, and I thought that was so unprofessional since everywhere they would be happy to take pictures and so on... when my boyfriend brought the car there was scratch everywhere front,driver side and back. I got super mad told the guy who did my paperwork and he told that Ed would fixed today, when we arrived today they only paint one the scratch and when my boyfriend said something they give him a lot of attitude. I would never recommend this place we live 1:30 minutes away so we drive 3 times to get this car because theres no management in here. I’ve been to Honda on different locations before and deal with better management ...also don’t reply this with the msg to get in contact with you guys like yall be commenting on everyone’s complain because whoever runs the dealership should take the complaints more serious 😡😡😡😠😠😠
One of the worst customer service experience at this Honda dealership.I booked an appointment few days ago to see a certified used car. The dealership confirmed my appointment twice over phone and once over email include a phone call 1 hour before appointment time and when I get to the dealership they acted strangely mentioning they dont see any appointment under my name, kept me waiting for 40-45 minutes and then showed me a car I went to see.I really liked the car and they could see my interest from my communication. I also mentioned I have a car to trade in as an option IF ONLY I GET BETTER VALUATION ON IT. They valued my car $4700 and I get a valuation done @ KBB which is $11,600. Hence I refused to trade in my vehicle and shown interest to buy the certified used car with cash (personal check), initially they pushed me to go with the loan offered by dealership, I refused, then they pushed me to trade in my vehicle, which I already refused as an owner of that vehicle I was not getting value I wanted and again I offered to buy car without trade in and without loan and they refused to sell me the car and asked me to leave the showroom.I dont know if this is a Policy of Honda North dealership to treat customers like this or was I special in getting such treatment.
I had the WORST experience imaginable with the finance manager here. She lied throughout the entire process and snuck changes for oil/tire service (to the tune of $50 extra per month) into our paperwork hoping that we wouldn’t notice. When I called her on it she continued to lie and was so condescending that I almost walked out. Well, it’s a good thing that I didn’t purchase the oil/tire service that she tried to sneak in because you cannot make an appointment for an oil change here and every time I come it’s over an hour wait. The only good thing about this is that it has reinforced to me that I should not come back.
We have dealt with Honda North before (this is our 3rd Accord from them). We went initially with what we thought would be a major repair to an 8 yr old vehicle. They gave us an estimate of repairs needed and told us what we could expect in the future. We got an estimate of what the trade-in value would be and asked to speak to a sales person. Gus was terrific, pleasant, understanding, efficient and helpful. We test drove two certified used cars and chose a great 2012 model with very low mileage. The warranty they give is unbelievable. The price was amazingly good. We had done our web research before going in - so we knew what the inventory was like in the Boston area for similar cars. Honda North more than beat the competition on price and service. Peter worked with us on financing (a challenge these days) and was so proactive on our behalf.The service department was wonderful and because we were negotiating for another car they comped the charge for estimating all the repairs we would have needed.We will never buy a car from anyone other than Honda North.
Issue with the phones and short staffing but the owner responded to my review very quickly and got me in contact with the appropriate person so we can continue doing business. Great job

I had previously worked with Honda North on an Accord lease, with the lease period ending I was considering a new lease with a Pilot. After some back and forth with sales the final proposal which made the deal make sense for me was that my last lease payment on the Accord would be covered and nothing would be deducted on the payment due date 6 days away. Three people told me this sales team and the finance manager.Well the payment did in fact post, lucky had the cash in my account to cover it. I confirmed with my spouse who was there the entire time at the dealership personnel said that this final lease payment would not hit my checking account. I contacted the dealer and explained what had happened. I got the run around from the get go.The Sales manager said that the payment reversal would occur weeks/months latter but it was based on my bank. I explained that lease was thru Honda Finance, what did my bank have to do with anything and I did not want to wait at all as the payment should not have made in the first place. He then indicated that this was the way its done which contradicted everything that had been discussed on the negotiations for the new lease. He further said that I had been misinformed, but I said the people I worked with were senior members of the team so they would have known fully known the process. They lied to me to get the deal.So here I am almost three weeks later with the matter still unresolved after several attempts to clear this up. Shame on you Honda North! Your sales team lied to me to get me to sign a new lease and when I called you out on it blew me off. Great way to treat a repeat customer, I wont be again.
My wife has a car from Honda North as well as my daughter, and me. We could easily purchase a car from elsewhere, but one of the main reasons we stay with Honda North is because of its great customer service. All of your service personnel are excellent, but the one person who really stands out in my mind is Vic Gillespie. Vic is truly an exceptional and personable person and I trust Vics recommendations for car service/repair one hundred percent. Vic is truly an asset to Honda North and represents Honda North very well. Thank you!
Very good dealership! Great prices! They do everything needed for a cars registration/inspection, so you just drive away out of their office and dont have to worry about anything. I would like them to have free pastries/snack bars as other dealerships do

Disappointed in the whole buying experience. Have bought 4 cars from Honda North. 2 new and 2 used always had excellent service. My husband and I brought our daughter to buy her first car. Car had large scratches on the windshield out the drivers side. Mentioned to salesman “said this is what you get when you buy a used car!!??” “There is nothing we can do?” We had to go through insurance to get windshield replaced. Car had no manual, again salesman said I can’t order you one but we may have one lying around, but “I didn’t have time to look for you.” Very disappointed in her experience there. We are in the market for another car soon. Not sure we would return

He even was able to answer some questions I had 5 days after I had my new car and was very patient while I learned my new technology. Was looking to have an oil change. Called 12/6/19 at 3pm to see when they take the last vehicle for basic service. Female receptionist said 5:30pm. Arrived at 5:20pm. Service advisor Craig let the car in front of me have an oil change but told me they were closed and to come back another time. He said they had so many cars they could not accommodate me. I get it, they were busy. But, the receptionist should have told me it depends on how many cars are being serviced. Craig also should have realized that both the car in front of me and I arrived at the same time. He saw us pulling up. To let one car go and refuse the other is poor customer service.

We were able to agree on the price I was looking for within 1/2 hour. The pricing details and communication were transparent. Garret and Jonathan were friendly, helpful, handled my requests positively from the initial contact to the delivery of the vehicle. Great customer service and support!
Ed and Jameel were great to work with. The process was quick and easy. I love my 18 Honda Civic EX. The only uneasy thing for me was the large document fee. While I know every dealership has one, $600 for paperwork is offputting. My family has bought 3 hondas from this location and loved all of them. Thank you!

They couldnt diagnose the intermittent problems my car is suffering from. They did however confirm that the worse it could do was not dangerous (losing radio and or fan) to the utilization of the vehicle. They proposed a generic fixed if we wanted to, but discouraged us from moving forward unless it was really annoying us. We just wanted peace of mind with a possible solution. They delivered.
I have updated this review from 1 to 3 stars as a result of follow up from Honda North. While Paul Desrosier, General Sales Manager, was incredibly unhelpful, Zack Mzaouakk, a Sales Manager, and Joel Cartagena, our original salesperson, were fantastic. Joel sold us a car we love and Zack helped when we followed up on a floormat that was not included, as part of our floormat package. My advice for the buyer is to make sure that you are very clear on any add-ons that are included during the sales process. My advice for Honda North is that Zack should be promoted to General Sales Manager.
My 3rd time purchasing from Honda North. My first time buying a pre-owned. After lots of research, I got another stress free, fair deal! Stephen was so knowledgeable, and great to work with. Noticed a scratch on the door the day I picked it up, and the sales department went above and beyond. Got the scratch buffed out, and sent me home with touch up paint. Would confidently recommend this dealership!
I liked the fact that Honda North priced their certified Honda CR-V EXL more than $1500 below the average price and said their prices would not be beat. Works for me. Eduard was an awesome sales consultant and I was in and out of the dealership with my car in less than an hour.
Today I leased my third Honda. The process was painless and I cant say enough good things about Joel. He listened to my needs/wants and he made it happen. Ive had two CRVs and upgraded to a Honda Pilot for the space. I cannot wait to pick it up next week. You cant go wrong with this dealership. Top notch.

I was here for three things: oil change, state inspection, and airbag recall. All went fine until I was leaving the lot and my car stalled. I drove around for a few minutes then decided to leave as it didnt happen again. After driving for about five minutes and coming to a stop, it stalled again. I went directly back and the customer service rep was great. They got to the root of the matter quickly and I was on my way again - stall free
The service department is overly busy and crowded. I always feel rushed. Unfortunately, its the most convenient Honda dealership for me. I didnt buy my car here, but recently moved to the area. Because my car is only a year old and under warranty, I guess Ill just have to bite the bullet and come here for service. I also thought the charges were somewhat high.😒
The best customer service. The person that took care of me was mike deroiser. He was Very professional, funny, and polite. offered me water. He didn’t keep me waiting for hours Answered every question I asked. He knew what car was the best fit for me and my family on the LONG run. Came to this Honda Dealership 2 weeks ago and bought a Car I was looking for and signed papers without even bargaining without any glitches. Dealt with seemingly competent and pleasant people in Sales and Finance . Both led me to believe that I was going to be able to have my car 2-3 days down the road(It was Sat 01/25/2020. It in now 02/08/2020-no car.They cant locate title to this car.First, dont place a car for sale and take money for it if there is no title.Second, how long does it take to replace one if its lost for some odd reason? And third, and this is upsetting more than anything: please have the decency to return my calls, when you took 7 Grands upfront.Im still waiting for call and for a carThis was going to be our 4th Honda in the last 15 years and never had problems with dealers, service, or cars we owned but this was my First experience at this Dealership. Terribly frustrating!!!
