This store is beyond unprofessional. Whoever the manager is does not know what they are doing at all because their associates are rude. There were some helpful associates but they are all rude and smother you when you walk around. Sometimes, I like to just look around and smell the new smells. But they always want you to buy something, I could definitely tell that all they care about is money, want you in and out, not to have a decent experience . I am a person who likes to look, I will never be returning to this store again. Horrible service.

If you love candles this is the place to go! Large variety of candles, hand soaps, lotions and other unique items in every scent you can imagine. They have display samples you can try out before purchasing. Never visited this store when the Customer Service was bad. Customer Service Reps are always friendly, courteous and helpful.

As a guy I seldom accompany my wife to bath and body works. On this trip I was surprised at the top notch customer service by the young lady at the door . I feel so bad that I have forgotten her name but she was a older lady who knew her stuff. She took her time at showing us the different colors and body sprays for men, and I must admit it was a delight. This is a great place to shop for all of your specialty candles,body lotions, and hand creams for both men and women.

They had a sale going on and I was able to purchase some items.

Its a Bath and Body Works but Im not impressed with it in as far as the merchandise offered when compared to other stores that are just as close to me. I love B&BW but this store is very basic but meets the need. Customer service is good and this store is a participating location for the rewards program which I absolutely love especially since I live in a rural area! This is my closest rewards location. The store is small and they maintain the social distancing rules as well as face masks. Last week (especially Thanksgiving week) there was quite a wait to visit the store especially with people cutting line but I got enough until my next visit at another store. End comment, this place will suffice.

Whats not to love at Bath and Body Works!!

This store is clearly designed to appeal to women, but it doesnt take much to become a guys indulgence! Thats because theres so many nice things here for home and pampering. If you like nice things...keep a clean house and cherish yourself, it doesnt matter who you are; B&BW is for you. I love the sales, too.

One person helpful and informative...others havent a clue. No one is friendly anymore and everything comes with a slice of attitude. The store has become a bit overwhelming with all the products and it is hard to differentiate old scents from new scented products. Need more selection in air freshener visor clips.

Exchanged some lotions for body wash and spray. Cost a little more. Staff was helpful.

Lots of variety in products & scents.. Generally helpful sales clerks.. Neat, clean & brightly-lit displays with several options at each for Sampling. Lots of bundles with special pricing & a Clearance Section, as well.
