Great Staff, always has the Parts/Tools I need!!

Went here to look at complete shower bath and vanity faucets. They have a great selection and are very knowledgeable.

They carry just about everything (except what I needed) .... The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 stars is when I was waiting for the customer ahead of me (there was only the one guy that was working the counter) but no one acknowledges you until you are next. It was about a 15 min wait. I personally think that even saying, we will be with you as soon as possible or just a good morning would work. No big deal.... Just a pet peeve, I guess.

Great customer service. Jacob stuck around after hours to help me make sure I had everything I needed for my hot water heater installation. Highly recommended! Thanks to Jacob and his team at Ferguson.

If you buy an appliance from this place they wont service it. They tell you to call the mfg. Better places to buy same products that svc them too.
