I went into the Daphne, Alabama store and told Mr Owens what I was looking for and actually we both had bad backs and he told me to let’s start here. He showed me the difference in the mattresses and then explained about Tempur-pedic mattresses and I tried a couple of them as he explained each ones difference to me. Then, I laid on the Tempur-pedic Lux and fell in love with the adjustable base it was perfect and took all of the pressure off of my back, it felt like heaven.Mr Gary Owens went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with that bed. He is a great sales man and I think not your typical run of the mill sales person he took time and really listened to what I needed. If this company gives awards for a great salesman he should get the award and be recognized for his ability to help people find what they truly need in a mattress for a good nights sleep and a great morning start the next day. We enjoyed onur experience at Bedzzz express in Daphne Al. . Gary was very informative and helpful as we were trying to decide what we wanted in a new bed, we decided on a Lux Breeze Soft Tempurpedic Bed which is a Soft cooling model mattress . My wife and I love the way it felt to lay on in the showroom so I’m hoping it will stay that way after it’s delivered this Sat. There is a lengthy time period we have to try this out and return if if we don’t like it but I don’t see that happening at least I hope not. As far as my review I think Gary was a Great representative for Bedzzz express and we became friends while we were shopping .I would recommend Bedzzz express to anyone to at least go and talk to Gary, he is very knowledgable and can help you with information, and he’s very pleasant to talk with !!!!!

This was our first and last stop! Brenda Miller was amazing! What a nice, enthusiastic lady and what great customer service! We told her what we were looking for and in what price range. She showed us several options and encouraged us to try them out. The quality and pricing were unbeatable! After purchasing, the mattresses were delivered by a very professional team at the date and time promised. I could not have asked for more from Brenda or her staff. I highly recommend them!!

Brenda was awesome. She was very helpful and helped me choose my mattress and what I needed extra (frame, cover etc). She worked with me and got me a great deal. She even helped me to get it delivered earlier. I appreciate her help and will buy another mattress in the future at her store.

Please excuse me if I posted before. I purchased a Nectar mattress from Allison in the store on Highway 90 in Daphne the other week. Allison was great to work with and very knowledgable about her product. A pleasure to work with. Delivery was great as well. I stopped by the store a few weeks later to tell them thanks for sleep again. I met Taylor while there. Do you only hire the best employees? He was fantastic. I think i need to come to work there.

In this case Gary Owens, was so over the top in his presentation /knowledge/question/answer that I m making an exception.During all our investigations of his different products was such an outpouring of not only,, what,, but why this one would work better or less. He did not push us toward any particular product. Told us factual,, usable info,, you decide.At point of sale,, explained in detail,, how Bedzzz gave you many options to make doubledog sure you are satisfied. Even extends up to 3 years. We bought,,,glad we did,, one of best buying exchanges we have done in a long time.Use these folks if you can as they are serious business.

Went to one location Bedzzz Express and we didnt have to look anywhere else. Brenda did an amazing job in helping us select a new mattress. I would have provided 5 stars, but the delivery process was a bit unprofessional utilizing a rental truck and inexperienced delivery workers.

Like the bed, but installation left something to be desired. the installers were very nice young men but untrained in how to adapt to existing headboard.
