First off all, we didnt visit the store in person. We worked through Tyler over the phone, and that experience was fantastic. We have been sleeping on a Sleep Number for years and decided it was time to move up from a Queen with a flat base to a Split King with a Flexfit 2 base. My health has changed over the past few years and a flat bed just doesnt work for me, and I was tired of sleeping in my recliner. Now were looking forward to getting the bed and changing our sleeping habits for the better.

Tyler and the gang were knowledgeable and put us at ease. No high pressure, just solid presentation of information, clear answers to questions and quick to respond to both my wife and I. Financing plan was excellent, too. Ordered the bed we wanted and look forward to getting our second Sleep Number bed. The last one lasted 13 years. Price was excellent and we opted for adding the mattress encasement to seal out bedbugs, dust mites and other pests. Merry Christmas Honey.

Our service was really good. The sales person was not pushy, very attentive, helped us out a lot, explained everything very thoroughly. The place was nice and clean. The bathroom is clean which is a plus.

Staff was really cool and showed me all the merch even tho I couldnt afford it now. That gives me the consumer confidence to come back to Sleep Number when my pockets are a little deeper.
