Great store. Everyone I encountered was friendly and willing to help someone like myself with very limited knowledge, but has the want to buy a bike to ride on some trails. Bought my bike in their Foley store 4 years ago. Store closed in Foley and now take up to there store in Eastern Shores. Still honor free service and I just buy the parts. Took up twice this year for service and they have been wonderful. Done within a couple hours. I would highly recommend. I ride about 50 to 75 miles a week on average. Only in the winter. Snowbirds. So service before we leave

Heres the truth!I guess if youre OLDER, you cant seriously be looking for a bike. I am restoring a 23 year old mongoose mgx mountain bike and looking for a new bike as well. I had the bike I am restoring with me at the time. Dont know the guys name I finally talked to but he seemed more interested in the computer than helping me . Felt very uncomfortable. Will NOT be going back. Other bicycle shops will get my business instead.

Fantastic fellows! I purchased a bicycle about a year ago. Phil and Bruce have helped me upgrade my components as my fitness level increased. They also helped me tweak my components when I was having odd muscle discomfort. Great guys and great products. They know their stuff.

We have been shopping at Eastern Shore Cycles since we found them in 2010 while my husband was on a business trip to the area. Anytime we were back in the area, we have made a point to stop by and do a little shopping. Over the course of the years, they had equipped us with everything but our bikes which we purchased in our hometown some 250 miles away. We have grown so comfortable with their outstanding service, we jumped in and purchased two bikes from them this month and a second bike rack. First, they are extremely knowledgable about their products and beyond patient with those of us that have lots of questions before making a purchase. Secondly, as I mentioned earlier, their service goes above and beyond to make sure the customer has a positive experience. It is this above and beyond service that made it make sense that we purchase our bikes from them and when we are in the area they can service our bikes. Lastly, what they dont have in stock, they can get in the store in short order. Do yourself a favor and give this fabulous bike shop a chance to win your business.
