First and foremost, Mr. Gary, was an exceptional salesman. Not only was he polite but was willing to work with me so I could allocate the bike the next day. I never felt pressured and as far as accessories, he continuously asked on what my requirements were and navigated me to the proper accessories. In other words, he didnt try to up-sell me the most expensive equipment. Furthermore, he didnt pressure me into purchasing anything. He spent an entire hour explaining all questions I had. While I was putting the bicycle in my truck, he noticed I didnt have a bed liner to protect the bike from scratches or dings. He offered me some cardboard and cut it so I could put it under my bike for the ride home. I had to drive 140 miles to Infinity Bikes Daphne. What I purchase again from Infinity Bikes? Absolutely. Best bike shop I ever been to. Lastly, the entire staff at Infinity Bicycles was very courteous and welcoming.

The woman helping me find a bike was very sweet, knowledgeable, and had great energy. The other guys were assembling bicycles, but stopped what they were doing to answer any questions I had. Was given opportunity to test ride an electric bike because I had never been on one before. Honest, helpful, enthusiastic, good people that made it a very positive experience. Can’t wait to pick up my new bike.

I had the pleasure of working with Audrey at the Daphne location when I was there visiting. She was absolutely WONDERFUL! She not only helped me pick out a bike to rent(over the phone) but she contacted as soon as she realized that bike already had a prior reservation. We switched bikes and she was great during the entire process. The store was very busy when I arrived but she never appeared flustered, I could tell great customer service was a priority there.I’ll definitely use them with future visits!

I needed a stem extender for a threadless stem to raise the handlebars on my daughters mountain bike. They were just too low for her! I called Infinity Bicycles to check what they had. The call was friendly, the salesman was courteous and helpful, and I went there and bought the part before they closed that day. While there, the salesman was very helpful and courteous! Love the bike so far. I just want to give kudos to Katherine at the Daphne shop who helped me set the bike up, and worked with me, explaining why changing the seat geometry does what it does and how to feel it and figure it out. She also helped me pick out some pedals and grips, which were the perfect addition to the bike. When she made adjustments, she explained what she was doing. I could tell she took care to make the adjustments precisely and was careful around the paint of the bike, all with finesse and speed. Impressive! I never felt like she was bothered to help, in fact, quite the opposite and seemed to share in my excitement of my new purchase.

They have a horrible concept of how the service industry should be run. It is simple if you buy a part from a place, and have that place install that part. Then their mechanic over torques the part and brakes it. The company should replace the part at the very least. If you need Trek bike parts and do not want to buy online, you’ll have to go here. However, you should go to other bike shops in the area for the install and knowledge of parts.

I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT HOW THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO GOOD, BUT I NEED TO RIDE. I was never comfortable on my old bike. I went into the store and Katherine had me fit for a new bike and I can ride for hours now! The fit room was beautiful and she walked me through step by step what she was adjusting and showed me what was happening while I was riding with their camera system. She was obviously very knowledgeable and now Im riding better than I have in years!

Infinity has serviced our bikes, even if they werent Treks. Yet, in the last go around, we decided it best to buy our youngest boy a Trek 820 as the department bike had been in the shop a couple times over the last couple months. Zach, Lead Mechanic, explained the differences between a department store and Trek bike without any pressure to buy in-house, but convincingly nonetheless. Our oldest boy loves his Trek X-Caliber and we as parents appreciate the good Mainteneance program. Thank you!

I do NOT recommend Infinity Bicycles to anyone-terrible customer service, particularly from the owner Katherine, and no experienced mechanic on staff. I bought a high end Trek bike because of the Project One option and because Trek makes a good product, however had a terrible experience once my bike was delivered; having issues with improper assembly, fit, mechanical and even frame size. After issues not being addressed with multiple attempts at this shop, I had to go elsewhere and spend hundreds more to address everything Infinity would not and/or could not. I know many other athletes who have had similar or worse experiences, and the shop has lost business from a lot of people who were very involved with the group rides. It would seem that if a shop sells high end/high dollar bikes they should be equipped to properly handle them and care about customer satisfaction. Maybe a negative review will inspire Infinity to improve so future customers dont have similar experiences.

Over the past year or so, I have purchased two, bikes, various parts and pieces, and had an ancient mountain bike tuned up. Each time, Infinitys service has been wonderful. The repairs to my old bike were quick and solid. And rather than simply selling bikes, Infinity seems to be taking an earnest interest in growing the areas cycling culture.

If you are looking for a knowledge and friendly place, this one is it! The staff will help you figure out what it is you need and set you up with the proper bike and equipment. Mr Zach Mullins and everyone else I have dealt with at Infinity Cycles have been VERY PROFESSIONAL & COURTEOUS! I was in the market to upgrade from my 10 year old bicycle. So I did some online research and picked out a model I liked. After entering the store on Monday, June 18, 2018 to pursue purchasing what I had researched online. Zach showed me the model I had decided on. I asked about a few of the cycles adjacent to the one I had researched. Zach, very knowledgeably, introduced me to those models and the differences. I actually changed my mind and decided to go with the Trek DOMANE ALR 4. I took possession of it on Wednesday, June 20, 2018. I have only been riding for two weeks after a 6 year hiatus due to a back injury. I have been doing 20-25 mile rides these past two weeks! My first ride on my new bicycle was 41.9 miles with an average speed of 14 mph and I felt AMAZING! Thank you Mr Zach Mullins and Infinity Cycles! I love my new Trek DOMANE ALR 4!!!!!!
