Went to Tameron Chrysler to have a recall completed, came out with the recall done and an estimate for over $4000 worth of work my car just has to have done. Over the phone they tried to convince me my brakes didnt work, my transmission case was cracked, that the under side of my car was nothing but rust and leaking fluids, and my oil pan and all parts needed replacing. What a scam! They are like a living breathing 60 Minutes Special.As I told them if I have so many leaks why does my driveway not have any pools of oil under the car. Before picking up my car I called and spoke with the Service Manager about the scam and magically when I got my car and the repair quotes there was nothing about the transmission, but they wanted $2500 to replace my brakes. Wont ever use them again and will definitely advise people to go to Foley if they want quality work with no scams!

Worst company ever. Scammers. I took my car to this dealership because my brake, traction, & ABS light came on and I heard a rattling noise. I told the guy in the service center that I wanted to know if the problem could fixed at a decent amount before I agree to have put a lot of money into the car. I was told a whole list of items that was supposedly needed. Even something that I had just had done two month prior. I asked again if I have this done will this fix the problem that I came in for & I was told yes. After paying $4,000.00 and having my car almost two weeks I pick my car up & I was having the exact same problems as when I first went in. I took the car back & after they had it a day I had to call them to find out that oh its something else that would be another $1,000.00 but its on backorder for about 6 months but you have to pay for it now to order it. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

Tameron Jeep was an overall great experience. I was able to do most of the shopping online and came in for the final closure of all paperwork. Chad Daigle was especially helpful during the purchase process and helped me get the deal I was comfortable with. Everyone from sales to finance was great. Terrible service center. Brought my Chrysler hybrid Pacifica to get a “service hybrid system” alert repaired. I had to make an appointment to drop off and still wait days to get an answer on what was wrong with my car. After multiple phone calls there with no answer- I was told it was ready to pick up. When I picked up my car and asked what service/updates were performed and what the codes on my invoice meant he said he didn’t know and to call back tomorrow.$275 and 2 days later the same alert is still showing on my car.This service center is very disorganized and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend
They can never find the parts for my grand cherokee that i want and they quoted my wife $200 to install front mud guards even though she supplied the Jeep original mud guards for our year and trim.... remember they cant find the parts for my jeep in their system..............The reviews wont allow me to reply to the dealer so i have edited this post to reflect my reply..............Although i appreciate you reaching out, i dont want nor do i need special treatment because of my review. I just want to be treated properly and fairly when and if i or my wife decide to go back to service our jeep in the future
Excellent company to work with. I sold my vehicle to them without buying a new one. Easy process, fair offer and a generally pleasant experience. I would highly recommendEdit: I wish I could say I recommend them but I no longer can. I sold my vehicle to them 26 days ago and was told I would be paid for my vehicle within 7-10 days and yet almost a month later I have yet to receive payment. I call daily and get transferred to an extension no one ever answers and no one ever calls me back after I leave a message. This in my opinion is an unprofessional business practice.
Dave was my service manager and was great to work with. His team did a good job with diagnosis and repair. I was about to move my family cross country and he helped me get on the road quickly. I’ve gone in for two repairs and both were done correctly the first timeThe reason for 4 stars is their labor rate is high and they can take a little while do to the high volume of cars in for repair.

After 4 trips to the shop and a cost of $2900 the ac in my 2013 Fiat with 50,000 miles might be fixed this time. It was like every trip they picked a different part to replace, hoping that would be the part to fix it. Probably the real question should be why are so many ac parts going bad in a car with such low miles. Probably a defect, but sure they would not admit that.**I had to take my Fiat back to the shop, trip 5,, fan motor. So over $3500 out of pocket cost, all ac issues.I WOULD SUGGEST TRYING BAY MINETTE DEALERSHIP!!

Found this dealership/car through TruCar used car listings service. They had the exact vehicle i was looking for with the right options and the right price. Working with Tyler Conley as the salesman and Jimmy Warren as the Sales Manager was a breeze. Tyler called me after my initial look into the vehicle, and we worked everything out over the phone and through mail. This vehicle was located in AL and i live in GA, so everything sort of needed to be done through next day delivery for paperwork and email/phone. I was getting a loan through my Credit Union, and Jimmy and Tyler worked with them as well to secure the funds. I had them drive the vehicle to me as well, so I never had to even go to the lot, which was perfect for me. 100% online used car purchase with 100% satisfaction. The title paperwork was sent to my local tag office, and I got my plate the day after receiving the vehicle. Vehicle drives smooth and am loving it. Only negative was the tires were underinflated by about 5-6 psi which was causing 4WD service lights to come on intermittently. After I inflated all tires to correct psi, everything is working as expected. 100% totally satisfied with this purchase and would do business with them, again.

We were on our 41st wedding anniversary and decided to ride around on Labor Day and look at vehicles. We drove to Tameron GMC in Daphane. We were met by the kindness and nicest sales person McKenzie Moorer. She was very professional and knowledgeable. We ended coming back Wednesday and finalized the deal. We would recommend shopping at Tameron and especially asking for McKenzie.

We made an appointment for this morning to have an oil change and fuel filters changed on the truck. Since the truck is still under warranty we use dealerships for service. The truck was dropped off at 8:30 am. We received a call at 11:45 stating it was ready. I went to pick it up at 12:10 only to find out there was a mix up and the truck was not ready. I left there at 12:50 pm. They apologized and discounted the oil change off the ticket. That was much appreciated. So instead of $525 they only charged $400!!!! OMG! On top of that we told them not to rotate the tires! What did they do.....rotated the tires! Im done! We are in the market for a new work truck can you guess where we wont be buying from!

1st time I visited, i walked around for about an hour inside the building and around the parking lot with my 2sons. i even had an appointment and no one would help us. we walked from one end of the lot to the other. no one came out to speak with us. i even tried calling the sales person nothing. finally made contact with the sales person after leaving agreed to try it again the next day. I showed up on time and we tested the trucks we were interested in and i made them an offer and they sent me and my 75,000. cash packing they basically told me they can get what they want for their trucks . it was a 1st for me to leave a car dealership with 75,000. in My pocket and no truck. guess Ill keep shopping. if you go to tameron dodge in Daphne, dont ask just pay what they tell you if you want one of their vehicles.

To start with we were in the process of getting paperwork and finalizing all the financial documents and we received a call from Rick because we live 4hrs away who said that they had sold the truck that we had been working on for a day. Needless to say I was very angry because I spent my time trying to get everything in line. Spoke to manager and he said that it was more about supply and demand than customer service. We will never use them or recommend them to anyone We will turn them away from going to Chris Myers Dodge. We actually found a better priced and newer vehicle at the Dothan Dodge dealership. The customer service at that dealership was immaculate and the friendliness was above and beyond.

Took my Grand Cherokee in for issues with navigation system. Turns out the radio needed to be replaced (for the 2nd time). Garret was very professional and assured me that the replacement was covered by warranty. He ordered me a replacement and installed it when it came in. Very satisfied with the service.

The salespeople at Chris Myers are salaried employees, relieving me from the stress of a high pressure salesman who needs to make a sale. Instead, Chad & Harrison were focused on providing me an excellent buying experience. Usually the sales managers are hard to deal wanting to go back and forth over a few dollars, not the case with Adrian, he was straight to point (which I like) not wasting my valuable time. Ken in financing also provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from these gentleman.

Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. My wife and I have visited 4 times, bought a vehicles 4 times, just not from this dealer. They refuse to budge on price whereas the next dealer will negotiate. Each time, I have gotten the vehicle I wanted somewhere else for less than the Chris Myers firm, non negotiable sticker price. Its as if they feel they can charge what they want and folks will pay. We wont be back again.

From Kansas on our way back home from Pensacola when we had service lights come on. Called dealership and they said they would get us in as soon as we got there. Unfortunately the part we needed wouldn’t be in til today staff got us a car to drive, was very friendly, very accommodating! Called this morning they will have us back on the road this afternoon! Being from out of state and traveling we couldn’t be happier with the service we have received! The only problem we have is that we aren’t closer to bring our business to them on a regular basis! Before going to Chris Myers I visited other dealerships who were pushy, shady and you can tell they were just trying to make a sale with no interest of helping you find a reliable vehicle and did not care if they ripped you off! We know dealerships are about making their money as well as everyone else but the salesman/women at this company are so calm and understanding and really helped my every step of the way when purchasing my vehicle! The sales manager is very relaxed and speaks to you with an understanding of what his customer is looking for! You can tell they want you to have what you want but can really feel they have the best interest of their customers in mind!!! My purchase process was a little bumpy being I did not have everything I needed with me at the time because of being a first time buyer, but with the help and understanding of their employees it was less stressful than it could have been! I will definitely be returning to Chris Myers for future purchases!!! These people do not make you feel like you are a waste of time and only want your dollar!! Excellent service. I noticed I had to add air to my front left tire lately. When they did my tire rotation they noticed a small nail and repaired it.
Had several reminders for my first scheduled basic service at 10am Friday 26th June. You know oil change, tire rotation etc. Checked in, drove all the way from Gautier, MS to Daphne, AL with my husband to be told its going to be at least 90 minutes before its even started! We decided to wait anyway, then an hour later were told that its going to be at least another extra hour and that they havent even touched it yet. We asked what was going on and were told that they are having staffing issues. We asked why are they scheduling appointments then and were told that 3 other people were given the same appointment time as I was, even though they knew they didnt have the staff to do the jobs! This was my first annual service here at Chris Myers and Im really not impressed whatsoever. My appointment was at 10am, we finally left there at 1.30pm. Nice people, but it needs to be better for sure.

On the service side of the house: I was excited about the possibility of finding a Jeep dealership to be proud of, we just moved to town and the welcome emails had been coming for weeks. Let’s just say the emails were much more inviting than real life. Once I was finally acknowledged by one of the Service Writers he was informative and willing but overall it could be so much more. The waiting room customers looked miserable and the atmosphere in general seemed lack luster. Management needs to find out how to bring energy and life back in to the department. When I accidentally walked in to the service department next door, they were actually more welcoming than the guys at my scheduled appointment.

This company is very money hungry! They smile in your face and then throw ridiculous prices at you... I got told I got 1 hour FREE of them looking at my car. The serviceman came back to me within 30 minutes and said hey we know what’s wrong with your car but the piece won’t be in until Tuesday oh also we’re gonna charge you the $250 for an extra hour of looking and then the part is another $250. Then got a quote for struts and two tires...$2000. Completely price gouged. If you have money to throw at a name brand rather than fair prices and honest people then go for it

My husband and I took out the extended warranty when we purchased our vehicle a few months ago. I brought our 2017 chev. diesel truck end on a Sat. with appt. for the first time. I don’t think I have ever been talked to and mistreated by a gentleman as I was that morning. He was so ugly and rude to me from the very second I stepped out of my vehicle. The sad part is I was not the only customer that day he was rude to. I sat there well over 3 hours and finally had to go and ask about my vehicle. Needless to say if we had not already bought the extended warranty I would never go back there again. I want be my husband will be taking it next time. There is know reason anyone should be treated like I was that day along with others also. On top of waiting so long I get half way home lights come on and say low tire pressure they had rotated the tires and all the tire pressure was low for some reason. Not happy at all with customer service or service depart.

The entire dealership, management included, made my car buying seem as if it was as important to them as it was to me. Recently retired and had been driving company vehicles for the last 10 years. Wanted something a little different and fun to drive. Sales Rep Alex Morgan located that vehicle for me. He set up and handled all the paperwork in a very timely manner. Met his manager Luke Golden and it is easy to see why Alex was so professional. We met with the finance Manager Ken and he went into great detail about all our options answering every question. Couple days later followed up with Title Clerk Tammy and she knew my name before i gave it to her. This Group at Chris Myers is very professional and fun to do business with right up to the receptionist Britney. In years and dealers past, driving up to the service department was much like approaching the dentists office: I was overwhelmed by fear. Thanks to Chris Myers awesome staff (service department, mechanics, sales people) making an appointment, arriving for the appointment, and leaving have been easy and awesome. One is always greeted when arriving. The lounge area is comfortable, and an added bonus, I always meet a great, new person. Service ranges from 30 minutes to an hour tops for an oil change and check up (mid day is the busiest). I leave with confidence knowing my car is ready for the road. I am overjoyed we purchased our used vehicle and extended warranty from Chris Myers.
Let me just tell you, if youre in search of a new vehicle, Chris Myers Automall has it. When I arrived, I had noticed a gentleman walking out with a new couch! Theyll literally sell you anything you need/want! I had already been viewing a pre-owned Ram online. I got there, did a test drive, and the truck drove like it had been bottle fed and pampered since day 1 off the assembly line. Tim The Credit Doctor Longman handled my paperwork with the assistance of the legend himself, Dennis Gogel. Once all this was said and done, I was put into the finance office with Ken Guy who knew exactly what to do and when to do it! While all this took place, the detail shop cleaned the truck so well, I could see my reflection in the carpet! Brandon Greenwood can physical wax carpet and has the internet baffled on how its even done! I was in and out in no time and now Im owning the streets in my new Ram!
Brought my car in for a recall and this service department had it finished in a few hours. I am very impressed. Would definitely recommend if you need service for a Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, GMC etc.

I waited a few days to write this hoping for a positive response from the dealer group. To start off, Im very sensitive to dealership customer service as a senior consultant in the industry focusing on dealership wealth and customer service.I recently had my 2016 Ram 2500 in for an oil change, fuel filter replacement, 2 open recalls, rotate tires, and repair a faulty tire pressure monitor. Seems pretty simple overall. I dropped the vehicle off on a Sunday evening as I travel for a living and would not be back till Saturday to pick the vehicle up. Upon vehicle pickup, I was given an invoice for $336 for the tire rotation and fuel filter changes. As a prior, Diesel Tech, Service Manager and Director, I was surprised at the excessive $110 labor to spin on and drop in 2 fuel filter (Maybe 20 mins Labor) The national average for this repair in .5 hrs. I questioned the Service Advisor to be told We have to make money somewhere. not a great response in my opinion. I paid the invoice and left. Driving home, I noticed the fuel filter reminder was not reset...no big deal. I then noticed my vehicle has been driven more than 98 miles while at the dealer and a quarter tank of fuel has been used. This is not expectable! Upon arriving home and upon further inspection, I found the oil dipstick to be hanging out more than 6 inches, the vehicle was extremely dirty, and had finger prints all over the rims. All items you would NOT expect from a Dealership! I left a message for the Service Manager at this time. (No response from the Dealership for several days I might add) I had not driven the vehicle till Sunday, to say the tires are out of balance is an understatement. The dealership had to replace 2 tire pressure sensors to repair the monitor system. I had the unfortunate experience to have to drive to Atlanta Monday at 4:30 AM for a meeting. I was physically sick by the time I arrived (350 miles). I even managed to take video footage of my passenger seat shacking so violently it sounded like it was going to break off its mounts. At this point I had made several attempts at contacting the GM, Director, Service Manager, Etc. I received my first unprofessional phone call from the Service Manager who basically took zero ownership and denied the 98 miles and balancing issue. I have since made a complaint with Chrysler but still have had zero response. I have to drive back to Fairhope next Thursday and am seriously dreading the drive! I believe they should arrange to have my vehicle fixed while in Atlanta at this point. I still have not heard from the Service Director or GM as promised.Im at a loss that a dealership group of this size can be so unprofessional and not take care of the customer. Sales is suppose to sell the first vehicle but service sells the rest. We need to create raving fans. Seriously disappointed to say the least!4/7/2018 - UpdateVisited the dealership yesterday to have my concerns addressed. They absolutely went above and beyond to correct any short comings. The tire balance issue was largely a manufacture flaw as it turns out. I was pleased with the engagement and professionalism the Service Manager (Jason) exhibited. They went above the call of duty to document and assist me in contacting the tire manufacturer to start the warranty process. I hope they can keep this level of customer service as it will clearly create great success for the dealership. Truly appreciate your help and thank you for making it right.
We Rogers had driven past Chris Myers dealership and seen several cars we had interest but did not have time to speak to a salesman during those occasions. Buying a car can eat up a lot of time anyway from past experiences. Tim was in the parking lot the day we drove in and was good at listening to pur needs therefore matching client to car without taking up so much of our time. As example; consideration of the size of persons driving, a set budget, and providing us the past history via CarFax and Owners manual. We felt Tim and Anthony and other employees professional. Chris Myers service was very helpful, fair and saved us time. We enjoy our car we bought from you.
I had a terrible experience with my recent service. Most likely I will never come back there again. I came in Friday to get my jeep serviced with an oil change, and tire rotation, and to get some dash lights diagnosed. Last time I came in when I left my ABS light was on as well as another dash light. I have been driving around for 3,000 miles now with those lights on that were not on before my last service. Additionally my wife had purchased a package including car washes. Last time I did not have time to get my car washed, so I said I wanted to use my last wash this time. The tech said that was fine. 10 minutes after dropping my car, he called me and said I did not have any car washes left. I informed him I did, and he said he saw it and it would not be a problem. That night, I received a call that there was a speed sensor out and it would be $250 to put on the $50 part. I declined that, and said I would do it myself, and would pick the jeep up in the morning. When I get there the next morning, my Jeep is not washed after having it for 24 hours. I made a specific point about the wash, and he called me about the wash and it still was not washed. I did not have time to wait, so I still have a dirty Jeep.So to summarize, I came to get service, the service caused my dash lights to come on. I come back for my next service and you guys want $250 to replace the part causing the lights to come on. My Jeep was not washed like I asked. Then I go online and find the part for $30, that you want $250 to put on. And I paid $60 for an oil change. I wont be coming back to Chris Myers, I will go elsewhere to get service and somewhere that will actually do what I ask them to do.Edit - My mistake I drove around for 9,400 miles not 3,000 with the dash lights on. How did you try to contact me? I dont have any emails or calls?
Best car buying experience Ive ever had. Rick, our sales person was very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. I went there to see two different type of cars and they were ready for me to test drive. Even that I came on Memorial Day Weekend and they were very busy, Rick and the staff took their time to show me the two options that I was going for. The process was quick and easy and I got a great value for my trade in. While waiting, I was offered snacks and water and was seated in a comfortable sofa. Also, the dealership was exceptionally clean and well maintained. I will definitely recommend Chris Myers to anyone looking to purchase a car.
