Buyer Beware. I bought a Denali from them in September. The experience has been terrible. It started with messing up my title work which has taken months to fix. The truck had several scratches on it new and took 3 trips to the shop to fix as the first time it looked like they did it with a belt sander.The computer went out on the truck at around 3000 miles, it took them 2 weeks to get it running and its still not fixed. During the process they messed up the dash so I had to take it back to them to replace. During that they messed up the instrument cluster and it had to go back into the shop to replace that. Now the buttons that control the display wont work.They dont care about service. Theyre unresponsive, I cant even get a call back from management after dropping 70 k on a truck that they continue to mess up. Id never buy another vehicle from them.
Great vehicle good salesman but the managers are pushy and treated my wife and I like we where in the way even though we payed cash they didn’t make a killing off of us so we were nobody attitude had to call back 3 days after I got the truck to speak to a manager I had a question and still haven’t got a call back and it’s November never AGAIN!!!!

I well respected Author and former fighter pilot posted a blog about this place. The video started out as a truck buying blog but quickly turned into how a dealer will try to cheat and scam you. Everyone thinking about going to this place should look up that video. The gentleman is nothing more than polite and respected. Glad he walked away from this dealer!
After being initially disappointed with my experience at Chris Myers I was contacted by the Sales Manager Jimmy Warren to talk about what had happened. He explained to me in great detail the steps that fell in place that lead to us not having the best shopping experience. He apologized for a couple of gaps on their end that they met as a team to correct and ensured me that they still wanted our business. He was able to offer us a deal that my wife and I agreed to and expedited it to make it happen. To finish the deal we met with Salesman Kelly Franklin who went all out to make sure the sale was completed in a professional manner. My wife and myself are now completely satisfied with our Chris Myers experience and we now highly recommend the team of Jimmy Warren and Kelly Franklin at Chris Myers because they will truly go the extra mile to make your auto purchase a pleasant one.
This is the absolute worst place. Today is my husbands birthday. He saw a corvette he wanted to buy. So we called 4 times! Twice before we left home, which is an hour and a half away and 2 extra times, the last time being 20 minutes before we arrived and 5:45!!!! When we get there, they apologize but the car is in the shop, but was quick to say hey here is another one!! When asked, could we see it? They said no, the shop is closed...at 5:45, and clearly you can see their shop doors wide opened. We wasted 3 hours of our evening, all because Linda was an ill informed employee that doesnt even handle sales. These people are 100% why most DO NOT LIKE CAR SALESMAN!! What a waste of space😒

Insulting low offer on trade in. Much lower than other dealerships with proof. They want to lowball you to death. They have nice vehicles and a few are reasonably priced, just dont trade anything in with them.
We just purchased a brand new 2021 Yukon from Heath and had the best experience. He was extremely friendly and clear through the entire transaction. We couldn’t be happier with the car and service with Heath.

Just watched a video on YouTube of an author that’s really well respected! Treated them very badly, made them drive 2 hours for a truck that was agreed to online. Get there and back out if it because of tires and want 1,200 bucks for new tires. There is no way those tires cost that much.

I went there to speak with a Sells Rep his name was Stanley and I felt like I was treated poorly. I live 45 mins away and traffic was terrible so the 45 min drive lasted more like a hour and a half so I get there and the sells rep was incredibly rude he seemed to act as if he didn’t want to deal with me because of my young age which is understandable on some level but at the same time I’m still a customer who’s willing to make a huge purchase. Before I even had the chance to explain my ways of income he tells me it’s impossible for me to get the car I was looking at he told me that there was no way he could sell a car to me and I refused to sign for a credit application for the simple fact that I wouldn’t feel comfortable because he said there was absolutely no way I could get anything it’s impossible. I will be taking my business else where I already found another dealership willing to work with me and I’ve been approved for that exact same car same year in a different color I just chose to keep looking because this dealership was closer to me but I will stick with the dealership I’ve been dealing with thank you very much. Do not give this place your business I was told on the phone by a woman that they were willing to work with me just to take the drive and get treated poorly and told he could do nothing for me
I was very excited to receive our new truck that we custom ordered through Chris Myers Dodge Ram. I was extremely disappointed when it arrived without 2 of the specifications I had asked for and it was damaged! Not only that, but they have kept it in their service and body shop since last Thursday and are not able to return our truck until next week. I cant believe they dont run their service department and body shop more efficiently. It seems ridiculous to sell somebody a brand new damaged truck and then not fall over yourself to make it right in a timely manner.

Tried to buy a used Mercedes AMG 43 GLC. I contacted them on 3 different days to speak with a sales associate. I still have not received a call or email back.I’ll take my money elsewhere.
They will do there best to get out of signed cash deals over the internet. Had I signed deal over my 2017 Tahoe but they back out over tires. I had brand new tires (just 3 months old) when they took my keys to drive my Tahoe the sales manager came back and said they cannot do the deal because my tires where at 4/32 when in all actuality my tires are just 6 thousand miles on them. The whole deal is they didnt want to pay what they offered me when I was buying a 2021 GMC DIESEL 3500. To break it down, they back out of a SIGNED CONTRACT FOR JUST $1000.00. Just watch out and NEVER DEAL on INTERNET DEALS and what its really all about is that Im military and I get some money or about $1000.00 (this deal) I had a cashiers check in hand and buying a $80k dollar vehicle and they back out. Just watch out when you deal with this company as they are SNEAKY SNEAKY!!

Well my girlfriend and i went to get a gmc acadia back in February and she found the only gmc in the area she liked, unfortunately it was at chris meyers the team working to get her in her used vehicle were pushy and i didnt like that the fact that they quoted her one deal and came back with another was one reason but she really wanted the vehicle so we went ahead with the deal. Unbeknownst to us they dont do any real inspections on the cars they are selling or so tommy and his manager in service told us after the fact. Anyways the car had a faulty tail light issue that wasnt known to us until the first rain we got when the taillight filled with water and fried the led bulb, so we called in good faith that they would want to remedy the situation and make a customer happy, but that isnt the business they are in. So long story short we re paying more than what her credit score should have alotted we are paying for a 300 light bulb that with as much rain as we get in lower alabama they had to have known of the situation with the seal, and we will not refer anyone to them for shoddy business practices nor will we be going back in the future for any other vehicles from them and i would give the advice to anyone shop around a little more and find a better dealership because this isnt the one.
I enjoyed my experience with Chris Myers auto mall. Eventhough we couldnt make a deal, everyone was so friendly! Loved the atmosphere! I would not hesitate to make a deal when terms are feasible for both parties in the future! Give them a try, they make car buying fun!
Gave them two stars for selection of vehicles as they have plenty to chose from! However, they do not stand behind their used vehicles to the point of refusing to allow pre-purchase inspections. Ultimately, I did not buy the vehicle that I was looking at. Unless they change this policy, I will no longer consider buying vehicles from them in the future.

Just watched a video of how the dealership backed out of a deal. They let the customer drive 3 hours round trip and kept him waiting for hours. He had a signed purchase agreement and then backed out of the deal. Shady dealership, Beware!

We went to Chris Myers looking for a “new to us” used car. Devin Smith greeted us and listened to us when we told him what we wanted and needed. Devin showed us the cars we asked for and slipped in his pick based on what we said we needed. His pick was a perfect match. After driving it we knew it was what we wanted to buy. We couldnt agree on price that day and respectfully walked away. We appreciated that the sales manager didnt waste our day going back and forth when we were at a price impasse. We shopped two other dealerships in the region, neither had the car we wanted and neither was as efficient with their inventory or with our time as Chris Myers was. Our research proved that the price Devin offered us was fair and we bought the car a few days later. Devin has offered to help with any of the options on the car I may need assistance with. I stopped in the service department today and learned they price match on tires! Chris Myers earned our business this month. My fiancé and I scheduled an appointment with Donald to look at a car we were very interested in and potentially going to purchase if everything went well. We drove all the way from New Orleans for an appointment at 4pm. We arrived at 4:00 to find that Donald was actually off, and the vehicle we drove all the way to look at was in the process of being sold. The only thing we got in return was, “Y’all drove all the way in from New Orleans? That sucks.” I wouldn’t come back here if someone paid me.

I came in with no express intention of buying, but once I saw the car, that was it. Everything was smooth and quick. Within a short time, I was driving out.
Took my vehicle here the other day to have breaks and rotors replaced, not only were they able to get to it right away, they also gave myself and my children a ride to the movie theater while we waited! My experience was so wonderful that we came back the following weekend to buy my husband his new Dodge. Just an all around great place!

These people are crooks. Took my car to be serviced and they claimed I had a nail in my tire and it couldnt be fixed. They said I needed a new set of tires and that my brakes were shot. We took it to our local reputable tire dealer. There is no nail in the tire and our brakes are fine. They tried to make us spend almost 1000 dollars for nothing. Will never go there again!
After 10 years of doing business with the service department I am never going back. I paid to have my dash replaced along with 2 other items and went to pick it up and they cracked another part of my dash installing the new one. I have called and spoke to the Service manager and the General Sales manager and they said I would have to pay additional 276.00 to have it replaced. Im sorry but if you do the damage I do not see why I would have to pay anything. I have never written a Google review nor have I ever disputed charges to my credit card but there is always a first for everything. Be sure you inspect the work before pay the bill with these guys!

Where to begin? I suppose I need to start at the beginning. I’ve ALWAYS wanted a Jeep but have always settled for something more economical, more practical, more “my age” (whatever that means).. Fast forward to raising my kids, maybe having a smidgen of extra money and that little nagging for something extra! So the search began! I looked high and low.. Here and there.. Every dealership within driving distance of my home to no avail.. The either had the Jeep and we were miles apart on the deal or they didn’t have what I wanted and wasn’t concerned with finding it! I almost gave up on defeat.. I seen Chris Myer’s on the internet and knew they had the inventory.. On a whim my husband and I stopped by as we were passing through the area coming from visiting family in Florida (I didn’t even have my trade OR down payment with me)! I walked straight to my dream Jeep! Rick Trabal met us with a smile and I explained to him we were passing through and wasn’t prepared to buy to which he replied “why not?” He insisted I drive the Jeep and of course I feel in love instantly! Rick took us inside assisted us with all the paperwork helped strike a deal we could all agree on and they even got a driver to follow us back to Mississippi 80 miles to get my trade which they had not even laid eyes on! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from these guys again! Oh and the finance guy was super also! Top notch folks!! Rick even sent my personalized tag back to me that I left on my trade! Great guy!

They sold a vehicle right out from under me. I am at my credit union getting financed with my buy order IN HAND. We call to get a quote without my trade in and they already sold the vehicle I was about to buy!! Thats about as low down as you can get right there. Everyone told me I actually could take them to court over it, but I really just do not ever want to deal with these people again. The service manager is the rudest Ive ever met. I know everyone has bad days....i came real close to tears. I had to step back and pray for God to give me strength. I have never been treated that way. You never know what some people go through and just a smile might save a life but to insult someone is going WAY to far. Lousy service department and they treat you like youre less than.... Im saying they treat you lile they are better then you ever possibly could be. They are very condensending and rude after you purchase a car there but before you do actually purchase they miss your arse... I have several free full service oil changes there and I refuse to take my car back to them I would rather pay out of pocket, because 1. The way I get treated. 2. Everytime Ive had my vehicle serviced there one of my tires has went flat within hours or a couple days of being serviced. 3. They refuse to transfer my free oil changes to a closer Chris Myer Location stating, you have to use them where you bought the vehicle or lose them. Seeing I have such issues with the Daphne Service Center and them screwing my car up you would think it would be a customer service issue and they would transfer my oil changes to the other location.. 4. Last time I went they wanted me to pay for a 1,000.00 Service next time I came. I bought a GMC not a Harley Davidson....
Purchased a 22K dollar Silverado with an inoperable key fob and they would not replace it, even after repeated calls and emails. Currently cannot get a return call or email concerning the Takata Airbag in the Silverado. I am retaining legal counsel. Stay away from this place!!

We are still finding out things we were lied to about, problems with the truck they said they took care of, and spending thousands out of pocket to fix these things. I wish we could go back in time and get our money, time, and energy back. They need to be sued, please go anywhere else.
Found a truck in their website for $28k. It was also listed on auto trader so I know they still have it. They had it listed wrong apparently and wouldn’t honor the price they had on both websites. They took the the truck down online.
Horrible service, avoid at all costs
I had been trying for over a month to get a Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk at a dealership in Pensacola, FL, but they were submitting way too much to the lenders and were unwilling to work the numbers any lower. Mr. Wilson and Mr. Larson suggested I give them a try and it was worth the 3 hour round-trip. I arrived at 9:00am and Mr. Wilson starting working with Mr. Larson to get the numbers to work. I then test drove the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk (a lot of fun). It got to be almost 11:00am and Mr. Larson was still working the numbers. I informed Mr. Wilson I was hungry and he said lunch was on the way. At 1:00pm I found out I was approved for a lower payment and lower interest rate and out the door by 3:00pm in my New Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk.
They want way too much for a leftover 2017 GMC Sierra. About $8k off when you can get a 2018 for that...or even cheaper.Update: I asked Bob Murray for a quote on a 2019 GMC Canyon and he replied back with the Full sticker price!
Visited this dealer after getting out of the military a few years back to buy a Cadillac Escalade that had in inventory. First of all, when I arrived I was treated as a window shopper instead of a buyer. Customer service was dismissive at most. I wasnt allowed to test drive the vehicle. Instead, the manager had the salesman take us around the block, which was only 3/10 of a mile. I found out why after I purchased. I paid cash for the vehicle and notice it drove weird on the way back for a 150 mile drive. Went to Pep boys and determined they couldve gotten my wife, newborn son and myself killed as the front end control arms, bushings, linkage and etc was defective. Even pep boys couldnt believe it. I paid cash for this vehicle and they wouldnt even give me gas. Drove off the lot on empty. I WOULD NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN! SERVICE MEMBERS BEWARE!!! ALL CUSTOMERS BEWARE THESE SNAKEOIL SALESMAN!
I have no idea what is going on over there. I think they simply have to much staff and no one communicates with one another. My husband and I came in to see a 2017 acadia with a sales person. Well it turned out it just didnt work for us. however it didnt end there, we left and later that week I get a call from someone saying that our file had been passed to her because the previous sales lady quit. okay, well I explan the situation to her and she makes us another appointment to comein. I was very specific with her.. we live 45 minuets away and im not going to drive there for no apparent reason! later on in the day my husband gets a call from a sales associate saying he has our file and the acadia had been sold. okay??? this is all very weird. so I call the previous person back because we still have an appointmnet set with her. She verifys the acadia is gone. so what in the world are we coming there for ??? shes says well I just wanted to get you here to see if our manager could do something for you. she also tells me shes new ... what in the world are u going to be able to accomplish that the first person couldnt get done??? their bait and switch game is all over the place idk whats going on over there. I do know they are really interested in waisting your time.
