Great coffee ..wish they still had sweet n low but obviously Im not in the general consensus on that

Today I was visiting the store and surprised me how clean and organized. The morning manager she was amazing and pleasant to talk and also her team. They when above and beyond!!! Thank you!!!

As such, its always a pleasure when we find a location that not only caters to a plant-based lifestyle but also provides such high attention to detail.

This Starbucks wait is TERRIBLE!!! I waited 45 minutes in the drive-through for one drink… And there were only five cars ahead of me. If you’re going to be a busy Starbucks right near the interstate, you HAVE to be more efficient!! I did not have an extra 45 minutes to an hour to waste on my road trip to stop for this. RIDICULOUS.

I was just in your drive-thru this morning at 9:40 a.m. On September 27th 2021. I didnt get the mans name at the window. He had a beanie on. For a Monday morning he was very positive and nice and on a Monday that is very much needed. I always come to this location because of the efficient way they run this Starbucks. His positivity inspired me to pay for the patron behind me. Just wanted to take a moment and applaud that drive thru man and this location.

The drive thru lady (I didnt catch her name) was so pleasant! We were at the window waiting for them to finish our last drink and she made it priority to ask is about our day and conversate with us. Once we got our last drink, she wished us safe travels. Top notch customer service

Lauren was super accommodating to my boyfriend’s severe peanut allergy and washed the blender for us! They engaged a conversation while we waited on our drinks, and the drinks were AMAZING!!! 20/10 recommend

They are always polite, kind, and super fast at this location. It’s like Chick-fil-A on espresso. I fell in love with the chocolate oat milk shaken espresso! It’s my new favorite. Add whip and an extra shot for an even better taste.

BEWARE!!!! I used their drive through to order a cookie crumble frap. The person who prepared my drink must have not washed their filthy hands because about 15 min later after drinking my beverage I got extremely sick to my stomach had nothing else but that, FOOD POISONING IS SOMETHING EVERY EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE TAUGHT!!! JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE WEARING GLOVES WHAT GOOD ARE THEY IF YOU ARE TOUCHING DIRTY SURFACES AND OR MONEY AND DIRTY MONEY CARDS NOT JUST FOOD OR PUTTING THEM ON WITHOUT WASHING YOUR HANDS FIRST!!!!! 1. i dont usually go inside Starbucks but from the few times the baristas are super friendly and easy to talk to as well as they are through the drive-thru.2. sometimes the line takes a while, i would suggest going there in the afternoon or really early in the morning. like for real, it would be all the way out in Ocharlys parking lot.3. it also depends whos working. example, ill order my drink and sometimes it would have more mocha in it then i would have liked. all good though.

I know theyre almost every morning I love it they know of me they say hello to me they know exactly what I get every day very friendly and I would say about once a week they give me a free coffee

Staff members Sofa and Merle were very helpful! They both treated me with respect and helped me solve a tough issue. I had a generally amazing experience. The boy with the upside down name tag (blakely) was RUDE!!!

Great customer service, fast paced and perfect beverage. I mobile ordered because they were a bit busy and it did not take long to receive. Jared was as t the front bar and had the perfect connections with every guest he encountered while I waited. Will visit again!

So glad they were open since the Spanish Fort one is always hit or miss. I never know when theyre going to be opened or not. I love my app and although I dont frequent Starbucks its nice to drivethru on occasion. Staff was wonderful and it was quick service.

Took TOO long for a cup of coffee. Their system of filling orders was chaos! They seemed to fill all the online orders for people who werent even there before customers waiting in person and they didnt fill orders all at once. One girl ordered 4 different drinks and would get one drink, then the barista would fill another order and come back to her second drink, then fill someones elses order and come back to her third drink, etc. Poor girl waited over 30min.

I enjoyed this particular visit...the cashier was very nice...very efficient...Trey was his name...Ill definitely go back to this Starbucks...

Everytime I come here there’s an issue with my drink and the employees are typically rude and seem to not care if they make the drinks correctly. No matter how in depth I try to say “extra half and half I like extra cream” and I always seem to get milk put in it here, while being charged the extra for cream. If I pay 5-7$ for a cup of coffee if should be made how I’ve asked politely. Never have this issue ordering the same drink any other Starbucks in Baldwin or mobile county.

Morning crew is awesome! Quick and happy to help with anything.Rush hour seems to be around 7am-10am and they can get backed up. Sometimes the EasternShore/Malbis Mall store closes and the customers, esp the mobilepay orders, are sent here to the Jubilee store. Theyre a great team of baristas.Thanks Jubilee Starbucks!

The service has gotten ridiculously slow in the last few months considering that there are not inside customers to serve other than app orders. The drive thru wait is normally 15-20 minutes. Maybe the people who run the drive thru at Chik-fil-a could give them some pointers on efficiency. And since this is the only other Starbucks nearby that is open other than the one inside of Target, were dont really have any other options but to sit and wait...

Just your local Starbucks, very good drinks and vibes. I got a Chai Tea Latte after a friend recommended, tasted like spicy pumpkin milk, but I guess thats what people like these days. Good coffee.

We tried the mobile ordering the last time we went and it was so easy. Walked in and my drinks were right there and they were made correctly! Super easy.

Love how friendly the Baristas are and they are so good about getting my drink out quick. Very friendly employees and the atmosphere is very laid back. Perfect place to do work on your laptop or to sit and read a good book.

Great store, they almost always get the order right. They dont always do the full pumps of syrup and that can ruin a drink, which is what happened today but other than excellent service.

The staff here are always greeting me and giving the best treatment. Drinks and food are always made properly and I love how clean the store is. Holiday time is their busiest time of the year and they still manage to smile and greet even when they’re slammed busy. Wonderful staff, awesome management.

I was held at the window while a manager rudely explained to me that they do not take 50$ in payment only 20s and smaller. I only had half my order so I had to listen to get it.I honestly was confused that they would not take a 50 dollar bill and I tried to pay with a debit card but they refused my money but gave me free and a very rude lesson on how I should not try and put them in a position to get robbed by paying with cash.

Drive thru was long (15+ cars) so I went inside. No line and quick service. Staff was friendly and coffee was as expected.

I love this location. The coffee is always good but the service is awesome. From the manager to the crew.I’ve Never had a bad experience here and I’ll drive the extra distance to go to this Starbucks.

Always great and always super nice to my pooch. The Starbucks here both seem to stay pretty busy. The lines can be really long and sometimes pretty slow. If you see a long line, avoid it. If you arent in any hurry, have a go.

Absolutely love this location and its employees. They are a very busy location being right off the interstate. They are very friendly and treat you like family. This makes up for the wait. Every time I go in they greet me by name . If I ever have a issue with my coffee they have no problem fixing it. They keep the store very clean . I drive the extra 10 mins to this location rather than the one closest to my house because of their great service and friendly faces.

Absolutely great service ANYTIME I go in. I understand Starbucks (just like any other business) gets busy but they ALWAYS make time for me and the people I bring along. They are absolutely cleaner and friendly than most of the Starbucks I’ve been to. Unfortunately this location has a lot of regulars and customers that I feel take advantage of the workers and make it extremely hard for them. They are extremely rude and expect the most from them. Not understanding their job. The ratings on this Starbucks should be higher because they truly go above and beyond for anyone.

I always go to this Starbucks and love it! Today was the best day I went. My son was screaming in the back when I was paying at the window. The young gentleman asked me if he can have sweets later in the day and I said yes. He brought my toddler a little cup of whipped cream and caramel. My son was excited and thought it was his own coffee, and it made the ride home very peaceful. Glad this is my home Starbucks:)

One of my favorite Starbucks! Its always super busy but I live 1 hour away so when I drive over its worth the extra wait. Used the app to order ahead & its ready when I get there!

Update November 2019:This location has shown big improvements over the past 2 years. I have brought it from 2 to 4 stars. The customer service, order accuracy, and vibe have all improved.They never seem to get my order right and IF they do, its not made correctly. Ratios all wrong. I have problems here every time. Really disappointing for Starbucks.

Needed some herbal tea for my upset tummy...too much holiday cheer 🙄.

Unfortunately this Starbucks is hit or miss. I’ve had fantastic service and amazing drinks, then I’ve had burnt coffee, orders wrong and barely an apology. I love how convenient it is location wise, but I find myself traveling further away for a coffee and experience I know I’ll be satisfied with.

Today was a bad experience. Door says open at 5:30, website says open at 5:30, google says open at 530, and it appears employees are actually inside at 6:15. Sat in drive thru for 5 min at the order sign with nothing but crickets. Pulled around and sat again thinking maybe the headset alarm didn’t go off. Nope... still crickets. Guess they just don’t want my money...

Ordered a drink today that I had to have remade twice because it was missing a particular syrup. All three times the drink was wrong even though the receipt was printed correctly. Came back and ordered a cookie and the girl at the window tried to give me someone elses drink. Every other visit to this Starbucks has been less than satisfactory also. Would only recommend if you dont care that you dont get what you pay for.

For the 3rd time visiting this place and they got my order wrong again. On last visit ordered a Carmel macchiato with extra Carmel. After it cooled down a bit I took a sip and there was no Carmel and barely any coffee. When I drove back to have them fix it, the girl just added Carmel. I asked if they could remake the whole thing. She seemed very annoyed by this. They remade it and used the same cup which would have been fine but they spilled Carmel and coffee all down the outside of the cup. Also there was never and apology for all of it. On a previous visit my coffee had chunks in it that appeared to be spoiled milk. Stay away from this Starbucks!!!

They refused to give us our other coffee and caught a attitude with us and through our food in the bag all messed up

Stopped in yesterday around 3:30 to get in on the Holiday Coffee Drink Special. The whole place was covered up, Drive thru wrapped around the building then some, every table full inside. It was so refreshing to have such a wonder lady taking our order, she was extremely pleasant,knowledgeable of the products and very professional even in the middle of the chaos. Just wish I would have gotten her name so I could personally thank her for such a great experience in my stressful day!

Alllmmoosstt my fave Starbucks, but every now and then they lose a few brownie points (like that time you ran out of practically everything! Yes, you helped by suggesting other items, but those moments really suck) That said, I rarely have those days here any more anyway! I absolutely LOVE getting some of the nicest, funniest greetings at your drive through. Even our pups are new fans! They got their first Puppuccino the other day and now they love you guys too ♡ We will be back soon, always are!

This is my FAVORITE Starbucks to visit. Always great service, sweet employees and, they never mess my order up. I am severely lactose intolerant and I have had a problem at other stores with them adding milk or cream to my drinks.
