Difficult to get in and out of. A lot of Riff Raff around while I was there.

I live I Daphne and have been here 3 times. First time I was literally yelled at by a female clerk for grabbing a lighter while purchasing beer. It was on the inside side of the checkout counter. I said Im not a theif, Im actually here to buy things and I didnt appreciate the insinuation. Clearly she was OCD and was not afraid of insulting people with her disorder. Fast forward 6 months, the day after Sally hit Baldwin county on a Thursday about 630 AM. I was out early looking for anything that was open for food, ice and gas. There was a line of about 30 feet of people out the front door because that same lady wouldnt let more than 6 or 7 people in at a time. Are you kidding me, were sitting in the middle of a catastrophe that left 90% of all of Baldwin county without power. Even so that didnt phase little miss OCD. Today I was with my roommate and he was driving and pulled up to the Shell station. We went in and literally two smug, appear to be unhappy people were working. One of them was my favorite little clerk. Tried to be polite and start conversation and was completely ignored twice. The only thing one of the clerks said to me was you have to scan and bag your own items. She treated me like I was an idiot for not knowing that I had to do that. The truth is is this is the only gas station that I have been to that has required me to do that. I mean they can wear some gloves and actually put some kind of effort into taking care of customers. and if you dont feel like conversation with customers then at least not be rude and ignore them when theyre just trying to be nice.

This is the cleanest bathroom Ive ever been in at a store. The employees are very kind and professional! I can tell they take pride in the store. Great job!

Convenient place.

I like Shell and I get it because I can save 5 to 15 cents from T-Mobile Tuesday. Well I happen to get gas here and the station is decent. The thing that I liked about this place is Free Air and Water. I would have given it 5 Stars but it deserved because of different factors. Nonetheless the staff was friendly to answer my question. Not ALL gas stations offer free air or water.

Conveniently located self serve gas station. Reasonable prices for the area. Smaller convenient store than most so there are some things they do not have in stock there ever. Restrooms are located outside in back of store, have to get keys from clerk inside first.

The employees are okay, the one with the ripped pants and the switchblade scares me. There is this scary gut behind the store who has some sort of powder in a bag, he calls it fairy dust.

Bathroom clean was easy to get gas and had food near by.
