Friendly staff very helpful tending to my needs

Hands down the best and most helpful hardware store on the Eastern Shore. The folks there are actually so helpful I drive there pretty much every weekend from Mobile for something.It’s refreshing to have a place you can go where folks take time to actually help you. My go 2 guy there is Ridge. I have never had a single project he did not direct me in the right direction and tried to find the most cost effective option.I give these guys my highest recommendation5 ⭐️ Plus

Im in there a LOT. Their fastener section is better than the big chain stores.The only complaint I have is the guy at the register that asked me why I was wearing a mask, and I told him that I was in heart failure (I should have told him to mind his damn business) he then told me me that he had TWO heart transplants and his cardiologist told him NOT to wear a mask, as if to belittle me.Im not calling him a liar, but my Cardiologist sure wants to meet his doctor.

Stopped by Home Hardware in Daphne Sat but they were closed and walking out of the door to go home. I started to leave but Amanda stopped me and asked what I was needing. I told her and she said she would help me. What a great experience I had there and I thank them for going above and beyond. We are lucky to have them in Daphne.

The hours on Google state they are open at 7 am on Saturdays. At 7:06 the lights were off and the parking lot was empty. Theyve been open before at 7 am as Ive been there. Come 11 am I called and couldnt get anyone to answer a phone. A friend of mines business had a delivery scheduled from them today as well, and nobody showed up. I like dealing with small locally owned businesses, but the big box store got the money today simply for being open during their stated hours. This place seems to have gone downhill since changing ownership.

Great place to shop. Inventory compairs to big box stores. Sales associate always willing to help.

Good peoples who knew their stuff. Cheap prices on singles compared to anymore! Especially during all this bs.

The only good worker they had was Kerry. Now that she is gone, there isn’t one single motivated worker in the building. It’s a shame.

This place is full of attendants that are knowledgeable, but to lazy to take you and help find what you are looking for. Instead, they will listen to half of what you have to say, and then point you in a general direction to fend for yourself. Also, be prepared to pay a premium price if you are not a contractor.Go to Lowes where at least things are organized well enough that you can find them on your own, arent covered in dust, and cost half as much.

They always try to get me exactly what I need. Even made a special delivery for one piece of hard to find trim.

What a great store! Felton and Nat(?) went above and beyond giving superior customer service. Its nice to see old-fashioned HELP for a change!

Kerry was the best! Won’t be coming back if she not there.

I am not sure if the female that works as the cashier (red curly hair) is the owner, but that would be the only logical explanation why she is still there. She is probably holding the world record of the most unfriendly, rude and useless hardware store associate. Don’t dare ask her how she is doing - she will probably grunt at you and roll her eyes. Rumor is that one person saw her once with the smile. Just a rumor...

Visited this location because I was in a hurry to find some pvc parts and it was on my way home. I wasn’t greeted at the door, and couldn’t find anyone to help me. It looked like it had a nice variety and good prices, but the customer service was lacking.Visited for a second time after the managers wrote me on Facebook apologizing for my experience. Sadly, the same thing happened when I went in.

The most awful unfriendly downright wretched place I have ever attempted to do business with.. I even went back and tried 3 times thinking the first two may have just been bad days for the beyond homely slightly female in some characteristics, although too difficult to say for sure whether it was a man, woman, or some evil physical manifestation of a succubus. I can not understand for the life of me how they are still in business. Must be a sham front store for something else or they have too my foolish pride to consider closing the doors even if it would be step one by any professional who reviewed their service standards for 15 seconds. Oh and the prices are Beyond ridiculous! Do yourself a favor and keep driving for 10 minutes until you hit home depot and lowes. Only in this case would i recommend those big box stores over something local, but this case is far beyond extreme!

Went there to buy some something for a Big Green Egg. The prices were cheaper than the other place I went, and they had a lot of stuff there for it. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I needed help for buying the trailer hitch ball...first time buying this. I asked twice for the location of the item and I asked twice for help. Needless to say and dollars later I didnt get any help and I have to buy another ball. I had no idea who did or did not work there unless you are looking for tan, red, maybe blue shirts with some embroidery in top left corner of shirt.
