This is the only Hyundai dealership I will ever go to. Palmer Hyundai and Palmer Toyota will rip you off and laugh at you while doing it. Everyone at eastern shore Hyundai have always been polite, well mannered, listened and helpful. The last 2 times I have been here the same wonderfully awesome service man has taken care of me and my Sonata. Van Eric Peterson. He has kept me aware of the cost and everything every step of the way. He goes into detail to explain everything. Awesome service compared to Palmers. I hate bridges and tunnels but will travel across the bayway just to get the best service from the very best Hyundai dealership. Also, the Toyota dealership next door has a small café in it and a complimentary car wash.

I contacted Eastern Shore Hyundai about a car advertised on their website. The salesman brought it to my office for a test drive, where I found the sticker price was higher than the advertised price. It was explained that this was only for their financing, but if I would sign that day, they would honor the price and let me use my bank. I agreed and emailed the signed offer letter and payment documentation from my bank. The next morning, I was unable to make arrangements to take delivery, because the dealership was demanding more money. If they were not willing to sell at that price, they should not have sent a signed offer letter. Lousy way to do business.

Took my car in here for a quick oil change while traveling. The service advisor was kind enough to work me into the schedule. The service was done quickly for a great price and the advisor told me about a warranty extension for an unrelated issue. To top it all off, they even vacuumed and washed the car for me. I wish I lived close to this dealership so I could return when I need service in the future.

Absolutely awful! Took all day for my daughter to buy her car with pre approved credit! Messed up her check approval! Would have thought company that has been in business for a long time would have made process easier!

Lack of professionalism, tried to blame car vibration on the road conditions. We drove the same path in our own vehicle and it was not an issue. Im looking for upfront honesty in a car dealer and found it at CarMax, not SEAM.

I like this place. I didnt agree with them telling me it was $100 to get an expedited title to my car, especially when I didnt go there to purchase a vehicle but I did, & there is no such thing. DMV doesnt expedite anyones title, so I thank God for knowing people at the DMV to call concerning this matter

None of the cars my mother looked at on line were in stock, they wrote down all the cars she wanted to look at when we first walked in, then tried to push the first one on her without letting her drive anything else. The only reason they even get 2 stars is because the salesman was friendly & they had a nice waiting area.
