Mark, James and Terry are very knowledgeable and friendly. I like being able to send a picture or an order by text to James and know it will be right and ready when I arrive. If he doesnt have something, he orders it, or finds it locally and has it delivered to my job site. Keeping me working. I dont just feel like a dollar sign when going in, its like visiting friends. Great customer service. I rolled in at 4:55 looking like a schmoe and Katie provided excellent customer service. She processed my order with a great attitude even though I kept her there until 5:30. Great selection and prices to boot!

Customer service is great! Down side, our order that was suppose to arrive in three weeks actually took three months. Recommend purchasing in stock items if 90 day lead time doesnt fit your schedule.
