I’d really appreciate it if the ups store on Hwy 98 in Daphne, AL opened up on time. It’s 7:38am and still NOT open...???? I understand life happens but this isn’t the first time the store isn’t open at 7:30am, like it states on their hours sign
The employees are so friendly, patient, and kind! Always in & out quick! I love this ups store!
So far whoever is supposed to open store is 10 minutes late! There are 4 people sitting waiting on them to open. This is ridiculous!

Needed to return generator to manufacturer who sent me a prepaid label and instructions to return via UPS store or find a driver and drop it with him or her. I did as instructed and drained all fuel and oil. (Generator died after one day thus the return). Brought to this Daphne store and at first it was accepted by clerk who gave me tracking number based on label presented. When asked if it had once had fuel in it, I said yes and the whole scene changed. Clerk called owner and was instructed to cancel my package and I was told UPS Store would not accept it bc of previous and now fully drained fuel. She THEN said she smelled gas. It was drained four weeks ago and cap was sealed on tank. I was warned if I did try to send it, UPS may discard my package. Except the manufacturer who deals with these all the time said it would be fine (assuming from years of experience). Not at this UPS store. The ironic part is, the UPS truck WAS THERE and the DRIVER said it would be fine and he would take my package. BUT THATS NOT ALL. Instead of letting me cart the box w a 94 lb generator another 20 feet to rear of store where UPS truck was waiting and driver was looking at me, I was told to go out the front door, around the shopping center and give it to the driver myself around back. I was already in the store lobby halfway to the truck. The only person who tried to be even halfway helpful was the driver. Thomas Wiggins and his staff should be ashamed of how they treated their client.
I spoke with a woman upon entering and told her I needed to return send an AT&T package. She asked for a return label and I continuously explained to her that AT&T said I didn’t need one that I just needed to bring it to a ups store she told me I needed to go to the Robertsdale store because she could not send it. So an hour later after an unneeded fight with AT&T I call the UPS store back and she told me I needed nothing but the package. When I went back to the store I tried to talk to her and she told me the other girl would help me and then the other girl started to say the same thing about a return sticker, then they got into an augment about how to send the package. Finally they figure it out and She says this would have been a lot better if you would have just told me it was an AT&T package after I know I told her at least four time “I’m not sure what return sticker your talking about AT&T told me to just bring the package to you and you would send it no problem” I’m not sure if this was an attitude problem or just an under trained problem but both need to be fixed.
Print 4 pages $.25 eqch but need to pay the computer use minium $2 So expensive compare to Staples. The price not make sense to me. Never again. The skinny guy horrible.
Poor customer service this morning in Daphne. Needed 11 inches of tape to return the fifth sound machine I have tried for our newborn. I look like a new mom and anyone with half a brain would have said we can help you though this time and give you some tape. Not happy. I will continue to use FedEx for all my business shipping. You never know who you are giving poor customer service to...I have learned to treat every customer with care no matter how messy they look.

Only visited this store one time to ship a business product I had sold. My package got lost and was untraceable due to not being scanned properly in the storefront. Unfortunately, I received a negative review and had to refund a customer for its disappearance.
