The manager was Awesome, I went to the Oakbrook store where they messed up my phone more than when I brought it in. I went 2 times to the Yorktown in the Lombard store and they mislead and Did not help me. But Darien manager not only fixed my problem he did some extras on my phone so I left smiling and skipping. Its a great store!!
Merlin was great at up selling & trying to sell me everything but, what I wanted; had he been more into what I truly wanted I would’ve probably bought more things from him. I felt dissatisfied entirely & won’t return to that store again. I feel as though people are more about the numbers & bottom margin than truly wowing the customer! I was referred to Best Buy to buy the glass covers for a very expensive phone that I bought because apparently AT&T don’t put them on for the customer anymore but, Best Buy will for a fee! My thought was why don’t AT&T do that, charge a fee because they nickel & dime you for everything else! So, I told Merlin to put the glass covers back I’ll go & buy them from Best Buy then at lease I’ll get the product & the service that I want! I’m the end I felt rushed & pushed out the door 🚪 for the next victim of mediocre service at best!
Manager Leo was the best. Focused, helpful and got the job done!!!!! Go see him and you will positively be surprised.
I had a great experience with my Retail Sales Consultant, Siddrah Mansoor. She went above and beyond to help me with updating my new phone, picking out a good case and finally a phone screen saver. The entire process was less than a half hour. I have always been an AT&T customer. Siddrah has the best customer service skills I have ever been greeted with in years of being an AT&T customer. When I booked the appointment online to go to the AT&T store, it asked to state a reason why I was coming. I chose from YOUR menu that I needed help setting up my new phone. When I arrived at the store, I was told that service is no longer allowed. As a matter of fact, the salesperson said they arent even allowed to touch my phone. He gave me a number to call for support, AFTER HE TALKED ME INTO PURCHASING THE SERVICE! He also tried to talk me into switching over to AT&T for TV and computer! I will never do that! Your customer service is pathetic and your cell phone prices are outrageous! Hmm, I wonder why I was the only customer in the store!! That store will be closed shortly and more people will lose their jobs. Very disappointing.
These stores are just for selling phones. No use for technical support, no use for account issues, no ability to correct mistakes that corporate have made to your account.
Matthew was great. He has great customer service skills. If fact, after switching my information to my new phone, he researched my old policy to realize that with a new policy I could add a line and group insurance without changing the price of my bill. Thanks Matt

Not very helpful. Service is directed to a third party. There is no customer service by this company. Once u make a purchase, they have nothing to do with u after that.
This is the first positive review I’ve ever been able to leave for a cell phone store. My experience was amazing from the moment I walked in and greeted by Phil. They were quite busy, but he showed me where I could check out the new Samsungs while continually updating me on when the next associate would be free. It wasn’t long until Marlin was available and he walked me through the entire process. I’m not very comfortable with phones, but I left feeling good about my plan and how to use my new device. I’m especially excited about the “Link to Windows” feature. I recommend this AT&T store to anyone!
My experience at this store today was great. Philip took the time to help me find the best phones and plans for my mother and me. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly and I never felt rushed. It was such a pleasant experience -- 5 stars indeed !!

The team at the Darien store is an example of superior customer service. This weekend I called ahead to request if someone could assist my mom in picking out a new phone. I couldnt be there with her and technology related purchases are a challenge for her.London, store manager, let me know who would assist her, what to expect and was genuinely happy to help. Everything he committed to was then carried out, and then some, by Phil, store manager, and Matt. They phoned me several times during the process to check in about the new device being purchased and to suggest helpful and upgrade related changes to my account.This store isnt the closest AT&T store near me, but will be the only one my family will use going forward.A huge thank you to the Darien TEAM! I was sent to this store from another with the promise that they would have the phone I was looking to upgrade to. When I arrived a very nice associate sat down with me and made sure I was on the right plan and was very throw. However they did not have the product and also had to send me away. I do understand that stores have limited stock but it ends up I have to order and have the product shipped to me because none of the stores they sent me to have stock.

But most important he alone solely know who how to take charge and make my phone sets function correctly after trying to Pro techs attempted to fix but never finished the job!!One additional outstanding truly best features he help provide was to install two sims to have two separately functioning phone lines on one phone! Which Matthew’s super smart thinking how do this feature for me was phenomenal!!I would highly recommend Matthew as Best Agent for this person me!!
I had a very good customer service interaction at this store. Long story short I took advantage of that iPhone 12 promotion when trading in a an older phone. I preorder the phone 12 online through the MyAT&T app and received the the Iphone 12 within in a week. I received instructions in my email on how to trade in the phone with materials that get sent to you, except I never received the materials after about 2 weeks. I was on the phone many times with AT&T customer service which eventually lead to no where. I then went to the store and spoke to the Manager, Phil about the matter. Phil said he could not cancel the promotion since a shipping label was created and awaiting the phone at the UPS store, however I showed Phil that I could not send the phone in because I never received the shipping materials and shipping label that got sent to my email was invalid. Phil advised that the AT&T uses a third party company that handles trade ins and such and advised I would I have to call them. Instead of giving me the number, Phil went above and beyond and called the company on my behalf while I waited in store. After of sometime of waiting, Phil was able to speak to one of the companys reps and explain my situation. The rep was able to cancel my promo order and Phil was able to redo the trade in promotion in store. Phil really saved me, If I couldnt trade in my phone for the promotion, I would be forced to pay the full retail price of the phone and more most likely. Phil was really knowledgeable and gave me insight on the whole process. The other AT&T customer reps that I had to deal with on the phone before going to see Phil were little to no help. I would strongly recommend going to this store to see Phil and his team there!
Follow up to 1st reviewI decided the android was my way to stay after switching to the I phone after 12 years. I called Ennis and asked if he could put a phone on the side for me to come in and exchange. From the time I walked in the door he was on top of my exchange transaction and the whole process took about 15 minutes. Once again he was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I couldnt be happier with my Samsung Galaxy S20 5G. Awesome phone.

September 6th at 12pm. Employee was aggressive, disrespectful, I was afraid for my physical integrity. She went in my face screaming. Manager did not apologized for the employee’s behavior and did not provide a solution. I’ll update with more details about this severely abusing experience. Please do not go to this store, you deserve good service!
5 years att customer,never feel more ashamed in one of their store.Today I went at this store to upgrade with new phone.As always,the things are going slow and there is a long wait before you get helped.I was first in line,waiting like that almost 1 hr when a lady comes in and was second in line.One of the 3 employees become available,he looked at me and just told me someone will help you soon and he call the lady and start working with her.Even the lady said he(me) was here before me.On that the employee was asking both of us like are we sure...I mean,before this lady come I was the only one that was waiting at the store for almost 1 hr...no chance you didnt see me.Pure discrimination.I felt like I had a sign on my face no money so this employee chose to not pay attention to me.Im surrprised how people like that guy get job as a seller.Poor job from the menagers hiring him.

I went through 3 phone calls with att tech support and they literally made the issues worse but when I went to att darien Ennice was able to accurately and immediately fix them. What took an hour with tech support and still didnt get fixed took 10 minutes with Ennice. Highly recommend this store and the associate Ennice as well. Thank you again!!!
Sale rep Ennis provided very thorough service to help myself and my daughter get her a new phone and transition her old phone to me. He explained the most efficient way to back up my phone using iTunes and we were able to do it at home to minimize face to face time under current COVID procedures.

The Sales Person at this store Timothy was very rude from the time we walked in, until the time we left. He acted like he didnt even want to be there. He didnt even make sure that my old phone information transfered over to the new one. He handed me the phones in the middle the data transferring, asked if I wanted a bag for the box for the new phone and said we were done. He went onto the next customer. Will never go back to this AT&T Store or will ask for a different Sales Person.

Ennis was very helpful! his manger phillip also helped out and made my at&t experience a lot smoother! I just switched from Tmobile and it was the best decision with all their help! They followed all Covid guidelines and made sure to follow social distance rules. Definitely coming back and definitely recommend to come into this store and ask for ennis!

I usually hate going to att stores. I went into this store for a small issue and was pleasantly surprised by Jose. A lot of the time I feel like I am being ripped off but Jose was super honest and comprehensive. Adrian was incredibly helpful with getting set up with a new wireless plan. Transferring a phone number from AT&T Business is apparently a gargantuan task, but he made it much easier! Hes very friendly and personable, and kept us laughing as we waited for everything to get set up!
One of the employees (Jose or Joseph not sure couldnt see the whole name) is extremely helpful and efficient! He fixed my phone in like 5 minutes. AT&T support over the phone could not fix the problem for like an hour.

Dont go to this store. Per AT&T, they are not real representatives of AT&T although the sign say they are and they are all wearing AT&T shirts. They sold us a plan that was supposed to give us a free phone over the course of the year and lower our final bill. WRONG! It doubled our bill w/AT&T and AT&T will not even give us a credit back even after we went in, cancelled the plan w/in the week and paid cash for the phone. You can do better anywhere else.

Went to the store to check on service plans for an unlocked phone. The sales consultant was very helpful and explained all the available options. The store was well lite with many phone samples available to review. Its worth your time if you are looking at AT&T to be your service provider. 🇺🇸

Excellent experience!! In this time when everything is done via internet, it has been refreshing to receive excellent customer service at this store. Joaquin treated me like family. I had a complex scenario that needed to be resolved over the coarse of a month. Joaquin and his team were always on point and were always addressing my concerns of the status before I even asked. They are knowledgeable, respectful and deliver on customer service. This will always be my at&t store and I encourage everyone to come experience the care.

If it wasnt for the exceptional customer service we have always received at this AT&T Store, we might rate them lower. The wait time here has always been agonizingly slow, and every transaction seems to move at a snails pace. But, we always work with knowledgeable sales staff who get the job done well. The store is clean and brightly light, but the store needs more air movement. When one spends in excess of 2 hours in a store, it should be well ventilated.
Shawn was amazing!!! My handicapped friend could not swipe on the home screen to make a call, so Shawn said “Let’s make it easy for her” and he put two phone icons on the home page and moved all the other icons away. He was so fast and helpful I wish there were ten stars!

Great customer service!!! I visited the store in Darien because I needed help to find my phone, which I had lost at at a local gym. And also advice on a plan in case my phone could not be retrieved. Fortunately, I had a super employee, Andrew who helped me. Using the Find My Phone. he was able to locate it, still at the gym. Andrew then called the gym, explaining the circumstance and had a message of IF YOU FIND THIS PHONE, PLEASE RETURN TO THE DESK, placed on my phone. Within a couple of minutes, Andrew got a call back, saying they had found the phone! I am forever grateful to Andrew for helping me, his patience, professionalism, and his expertise!! A million thanks for helping me through this crazy ordeal!! 100 STARS!!!!!
If you go to this location ask for Jose. My phone wasnt working and I didn’t want to get a new phone cause I was paying so much for what I have. I came in and was greeted by Jose. The guy is a true professional he change my plan and added a phone and it was 20 cheaper then what I’m paying. I came in upset I left happy. This is the first time I ever had a great experience with att.

I had a difficult problem, from a purchase i made in Colorado. The manager, Alberto took care of it right away ! At&t i say you take a look at what he is doing. Because customer service has been lacking...and i was ready to go to a competitor. Corporate, restore customer service the way Alberto was able to ! This was ongoing for 5 months.
Stores a joke. I’ve called for 3 days straight now 5 times each and not a single answer from anyone or a call back. How does a phone store not answer the phone? Called at 11am, noon, 1pm and 3pm never got an answer for about 10 mins each time.

As a non-technical older person, I was VERY happy with the time and patience I received from Adrianna and the staff at this store. We encountered a few connection and setup problems when I was trading up to a larger tablet, but she was persistent, not afraid to ask for help, and stayed with me through the whole process -- truly exceptional customer service.
The service here was very friendly. I didn’t feel like I was being ignored and got what I needed hasslefree. Joaquin was particularly helpful.

I went to this store originally to get phones because a previous store didn’t have the phones in stock. It was a mess because they had to rerun my credit and I had to pay more for the phones. To make a long story short despite the back and forth I had to go thru once I sat with Adrian at this store I felt like he went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Even after I left he followed up with me as promised and even though he personally didn’t get the sale, he still made sure he did what was best for me. When checking-in as a walk in the initial wait time was 20 minutes. Ended up waiting over an hour and a half and had to leave. Before leaving representative told me I should have booked an appointment online beforehand. Why didnt they tell me that in the first place? Waste of my time. They should just be upfront when you walk in. What is your time frame? How soon do you need be seen? Would you like to set up an appointment layer to get in amd out as quick as possible? Rather than watch 5 employees walk around with tablets never explain that there were also 5 booked appointments that wpuld take priority to my walk in. Know I know to book ahead. Well have to see of booking ahead actually works.

Love this place, truly a genuine clinic that cares deeply about each and every patient! I sat there for about 15 minutes and within that span, about 5 people walked in and were all greeted by name.
