Last week I came into this store and had a really great experience. Everyone was very helpful. I had a billing issue and they were able to break my bill down and explain what all the charges were. I upgraded my phone and also added a line for my son. They set up everything up for me and my son very seamlessly. I would really recommend coming to this location for your Sprint needs. This crew is very helpful and they really sound like they know their stuff.
Bad experienceTraded in 2 phones and they didnt apply that to the deal i was supposed to get. Phones that i traded in are nowhere to be found. Probably sales man sold them on E-bay already :)Instead of getting me better deal than Verizon which was 150.00 a month now i get charged for the new phones i got and my bill is 297.00 a monthShame. shame, shame

This store is AWESOME! I went in because I had a problem with my device. They were all very helpful and very knowledgeable. I was able to upgrade my phone and also got a FREE tablet! My phone had an issue with its sim card. Larissa was very helpful and attentive and she didnt try to push me on getting a new device or upgrade. When Im ready to upgrade, Ill be sure to see Larissa to assist me.

Waited over 40 minutes to hear them say they can do nothing! Other sprint stores are welcoming and ask what you need as soon as you walk in the door. Instead of making you wait for no reason. But here there was a guy messing around with his friends and didnt say a word. However the lady that was working there was hard at work helping costumers. I will never go ther again though.
I recently switched from Boost to Sprint as the Sprint Darien store had an awesome special going on. I have to say the service I received in this store was TOP NOTCH! Carlos and his Team were GRADE A with customer service. On top of the special offer, Carlos and his team really spend their time answering all questions and going above and beyond with providing detailed information to be sure I am fully informed and not surprised with any unforeseen bill charges down the line.Thanks to Carlos and the Sprint Darien Team -- You guys ROCK!

The people here are racist. I have been using sprint for years. Today I tried switching my phone and rusty denied me service. I will definitely be switching companies!!

I signed a 2 year contract with this place. Off and on the whole 2 years they tried to raise the terms/price of my payment each month. I video taped it when I returned the phone. They lied and said I did not return the phone and placed fraudulent information on my credit report. I put the video all over the internet, contacted FCC, Attorney General Fraud department and other agencies. Next I will sue them. I will never take the video off the internet, and will host it privately if they try to get it taken down.
Absolutely terrible customer service today. I had purchased a phone last year from a sprint store and never ended up using it. We went in today to activate it, however, there was a passcode set on the phone that we did not remember. So we asked our sprint rep (Jason medina) if he could help us with this. He claimed there was nothing he could do and basically our phone was a “paperweight.” So basically anyone who forgets their sprint passcode might as well throw their phone away? He then repeated many times that we could just upgrade. I explained to him we had a phone that had never been used and we paid money for at a sprint store. He then said we can take it to a phone repair place and MAYBE they could help clear it. At that time a second associate came up to collaborate with him by saying that not even a phone fix it place would be able to recover any information fromthis brand new phone. He even gave us his card on the way out as if he had done a good job helping us which is the only reason I even have his name for this review.I called customer service and it took about 10 minutes for them to walk me through resetting the phone. Then we took the phone to the store on cass avenue and they activated it without any issues.Very aggravating experience considering my family have been sprint customers for MANY years.
Your boy John S. is going to give you an absolutely terrible time. Naturally, going into any sprint store, youre already wanting to chug bleach. However, with John S. your in for a whole new world of pain. First off, he was vaping at the desk. Makes me give him a report of why I want to return my charger, and to cap it off sighed after I demanded he let me return it. Very scary and uncomfortable experience.

Me and my boyfriend went to the store on Christmas Eve to have our new phones activated. We were helped by a gentleman named Eric Gardia. We were very upset with Sprint customer service.... but Eric was really patient and took care of us. He made up for our poor expierience with customer service. Not happy with store manager i think his name is NEAL. I BOUGHT A PLANTRONICS VOYAGER LEGEND FROM THE SPRINT STORE EVEN THOUGH IT CAN BE HAD ON AMAZON FOR HALF THE PRICE BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF ANY PROBLEMS IN THE STORE.SIX MONTHS LATER I HAVE A PROBLEM AND AM TOLD THEY WILL NOT HELP AND CALL MANUFACTURE. SALES REP SUSAN TRIED TO HELP BUT WAS TOLD BY MANAGER NO.SUSAN WAS GREAT BUT THE MANAGEMENT AT THAT STORE SUCKS.NEVER AGAIN.
Terrible customer service. Was told I have to wait n hour when a salesman sold me the wrong phone at a higher price. Plus he set it in Arabic. This is why sprint is losing customers every day to Verizon and at&t because of ignorant moronic nonsense. Never going back look out for the Arab with skinny jeans hes rude and unprofessional. Id give 0 stars if possible. You just lost a customer for life. And ur commercials are lies u dont care about ur customers or youd treat them with respect especially since Ive been with u guys for a decade. But no more.

Very disappointing customer scv.; refuse to deal with Note 7 recall or function as customer advocates to SPRINT Corporate... ok I am calmer now after tweeting the CEO and finally getting thru to the executive offices. To be fair, as someone who spent 18 years with Ma Bells parent company, Upon reflection I would venture to guess the staff was anxiety ridden due to fear of doing something wrong and getting in trouble or punished. I hope SPRINT turns the pressure down a notch as the market differentiation that made SPRINT great was innovation and chill easy to do business with awesomely technically competent staff.Defensive argumentative employees acting out of anxiety about results will lose marketshare (and as the now infamous Jumping Joe Nacchio used to say it takes one dollar to keep a customer happy... but $10 to win them back if you lose them. I think he was right, and his early 1990s observations still hold.)

If i could, i would give this store a negative review. Went in to upgrade my equipment, in checking out the sales clerk added another phone line to my account with out my permission. My fault, I should of read my receipt. Went in a number of times to get the added line removed. They assured me that it would resolved. Three months later the problem has not been resolved and I am being billed for an additional line. I will never use that location again. I
