Horrible experience. 1 month ago me and my mom stopped here on the way back to Mass. They have an employee thats outside smoking a cig. Employee(white) goes back inside having a convo with the cashier from the convenient store. While having that conversation with a black employee shes describing a customer and uses the n word while walking away. I reported her to dunkin and all I received was an email saying theyre sorry I had that experience. Not satisfactory, not even close. My mom will be writing a review also..... she actually bought something at dunkin and the same employee was swearing at the customers. Im guessing she was on some type of drug.

Absolutely horrible. Avoid this place at all costs. The employees stay in the back areas for 30 mins, leaving customers yelling for them. Then they come out eyes rolling, that they should make a cup of terrible stale coffee for you.Do not make a mistake, move down to McDonalds to get coffee...and thats saying something.

Cant believe I just recieved a medium cup of coffee with coffee grounds all inside the bottom of my cup.. Definitely disappointed that something so simple could be over looked. Try getting a mouth full of ground coffee. While youre driving after a simple pit stop.

Just went to get two coffees. Beautiful morning. I arrived I said hello Good morning. No reply from the cashier ... I ordered my coffee .. I said thank u .. again no reply... then she goes and said .. here is ur coffee and turned around and left right away. No acknowledgement... not a positive sales and DD representative ... this is not good for business owners.

Esther was so nice as well as the woman working with her, polite, friendly good people. Ms Esther makes the best vanilla chai with love. Wish more nice people like this in the world, thanks Esther!!!!

Order the two for wraps. I took bag and hit road and only one item was in bag. So if you get anything check your bag before you leave.

Just ?over my receipts from my trips and this shop I arrived at about 12:30 am after leaving the US Open. No Covid last year. I do remember ordering (2) coffees because I didnt know how Id feel; whether to drive home to RI or stop and rest first. I definitely didnt want to stop again for more coffee. The clerk and I (Elicia H it says) were joking about it. So the place was nice and clean, easy in and out so whats not to like

This place is the worst! Whatever you do, dont have Vilma, C take your order!!! The worst attitude, cant understand anything or anyone! Botched my order 3 times! Incompetence, Ignorance, and Illiteracy is the best way to describe it! Where do you hire your staff from????? This place needs new management or some decent human beings who know what they are doing!!!!

Very fast service and friendly staff. Hit the spot just where I needed it during a long road trip. The menu was clear and easy to see. My only complaint would be it was kind of hidden away in the back of the road stop. If my buddy hadnt stumbled on it playing a game we wouldnt have realized it was there. All in all a great place to get some energy for the road, would recommend for anyone who needs a little push

I ordered a medium hazelnut iced latte. The gentleman who made the drink made me a hazelnut iced coffee. Turns out the cashier took my order down wrong. No worries. But he assertively told me to go back in line and have her ring it back up so I could pay “the right amount.” I went to do so, and he said never mind and instead ridiculed the cashier in front of everyone and told her he doesn’t like making drinks twice. So he made it again and gave it to me. When I left, I realized he put WAY too much of the wrong flavoring in (it tasted like I was drinking nothing but blueberry syrup.) My husband got a drink soon after me (another iced latte) and he put the wrong flavoring in HIS drink, too! It was way too sweet and tasted like straight sugar. Never again will I make the mistake of stopping here again!

The night crew that works until the morning shift is so lovely. They were all so well mannered and respectful. I thought the woman on the cash register was a great addition to my waking up early to get back on the road, and she was so sweet. The man that made my sandwich was also very nice and did a fantastic job. It was one of the best breakfast sandwiches Ive had at any Dunkin Donuts before. Also, the girl who made my drink did a terrific job. All around this has been one of the best Dunkin Donuts Ive ever been too, and if Im ever passing through this state again will be sure to stop there. Thank you to these employees!

I was me and one other guy in front of me, thats it.I ordered sesame bagel with bacon and cheese and a black coffe. They gave me, plain bagel no cheese and coffe with milk and sugar.Imagine if this place was packed, I would have turkey club with juice.Needless to say the bagel tasted like shoe sole.Never again.

Very good DD. The only thing that they never have is jelly munchkins.

At 1am I stopped to get coffee from dd but I waited at the register for 5minutes and nobody has come I guess they are sleeping on the back.

It took me a half hour to buy a sausage egg and cheese and a coffee at 6am with a line of 3 people. Worst DD ever!
