Bought a 32” chrome steering column from Gearhead enterprises from e-bay to find out 90 days later that the turn signal unit inside was bad. Tried calling them 5 times and they will not talk to me. wrote 2 e-mail from eBay and no response.Find a better company!

Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. Bought a part on Ebay, which didnt fit my Chevy. It took me 3 MONTHS to FINALLY get a response out of them. The GOUGED me on a restocking fee. Absolutely a TERRIBLE company. One guy there hung the phone up on me about 10 times in a row. Acted like a complete CHILD. Could NEVER get a hold of any management or supervisors. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
