I have been a proud customer of KIA for 14 years. I have never had issues with the KIA make and models (Optima, Sorento, Soul). This Service Center was one of the most professional Ive come across yet! Additionally, they walk you to your vehicle. Not something I needed but the gesture made it all the more welcoming to conduct business with this center. It was slightly rainy that day also and yet the manager escorted me to my vehicle that I had already noted its location upon arrival using the free shuttle service. I hope to see them again, but not too soon lol.

Did some recall work for an electric issue for my Kia sportage they also wanted to rotate the tires and replace the interior air filter for $106.00. I felt their price was a little high, but I guess they need to make money pay their bills. Had the work done by my mechanic for about half the price.

I was glad they got my Kia in very soon and they gave a pretty detailed report on many things that needed done on my car that I did not originally go in for..but it was a good experience on how I was contracted via text and was sent a report to accept or decline what I wanted done.The service center is immaculate and clean and very nice guys. So far I am very pleased at all the work they did to my car.

Smart Kia provided far superior service compared to Audi QC. Josh is the man!!I only bring my Kia to the dealership! They do not disappointOverall Excellent service!

I was at the Kia Service center for an oil change. Very welcoming upon arrival. Offered coffee and wifi info along with shuttle service if needed. Car completed and cleaned in a very timely fashion.

Treated so nice by Bob (shuttle driver). Shout out to Joshua Henry for letting me take over his phone & dialing the phone# for me. I especially want to mention, Eddie Pena (Asst. Service Mgr). He greeted me as soon as I pulled up to the service dept. Explained everything in great detail revealing his knowledge/expertise in the service dept. Eddie even help setup another appt & volunteered his time to speak to another rep to ensure I would receive the same treatment/respect he extended to me today. Eddie went above and beyond. I will ALWAYS bring my my car back here to get serviced. I went to another company for a diagnostic previously for this same issue & was almost taken to the cleaners!!! I came here for a 2nd opinion & received the best customer service & a wealth of knowledge about my vehicle! THANK YOU, EDDIE! Lujacks is extremely lucky to have you on their team!
