I would definitely recommend Norm when purchasing a car, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to helping me pick the right car. Although I had an idea of what kind I wanted he took the time to explain the options that were available within the different models. He was very easy to work with and I never felt pressured to make a decision. When it came to the financing part, I was very pleased with Eric. Like Norm, Eric took the time to explain every document I was signing and had no issues answering any questions I had. Both men were very professional and had no problem making me feel comfortable and confident in the purchase I was making. I couldnt be happier with my car and how the process went in getting it!!!
Terrible service, had to call multiple times leave message- no one calls back. They scheduled my repair appointment then tell me they don’t have the part. “Please call back to see if we have the part” what kind of service tells you to call back…would never take my car back here to be worked on.

I set up an appointment to have my 2012 Pasat’s 112K checkup. I was greeted by Steve who had me park my car in the VW service bay. He asked why I had brought my car in and I informed him that I needed an oil change, and to have service check all the fluids. Steve then asked how the car was running and how soon I would like to pick my car up and I told him around five that evening. The exchange took all but 5 minutes. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable about my car. I have been taking it in for service annually for the past 12 years which probably explains why I have never had any problems with the car. It still runs like new and I believe I have Steve and the VW technicians to thank for that.
The staff is always helpful and kind! I love it that they wash my car before I pick it back up! Super about getting me a loaner while my car is being fixed! Steve is awesome!
Recently my wife tried to start her car but failed. It appeared to be a battery. She took my car to work. I wanted to get fixed for obvious reasons. I called VW in Davenport to schedule a maintenance visit...next day. The car was towed, arrived on schedule. Testing was completed. Battery was at fault, but a serious oil leak was brought to my attention. All was replaced. My cost was for only the battery since the gasket under warranty. My wife picked up her car that afternoon. I couldnt be happier with the service experience that I had.
I had the best experience with my service while my car was getting fixed. I don’t live nearby and needed a Volkswagen dealer. When I called, Steve was very helpful, understanding and answered any and ALL my questions. They gave me a car to drive until my car was diagnosed and once they decided it needed to stay and wait for a part, put me in a rental car from enterprise. Once it was finished they dove my car back to my home and switched me cars. This was the overall most helpful thing ever, as my work hours and drive didn’t work with theirs. I highly recommend them and will be using them for any of my car needs in the future or even car shopping.

I was looking for a new Atlas and I found the exact one I wanted at Volkswagen QC. I worked with Eric and Steve in securing the financing, trade in, and details of the new vehicle. They were both fantastic to work with and made the process super easy! Steve even drove almost 2 hours to deliver the vehicle to me so I didn’t have to make the drive. Service was good, however they could have a few packaged treats or donuts for those of us waitinh for our vehicles! I have been coming for service for almost three years now and never a bagel, donut, or pastry during my wait! Also I nice cup of coffee would be nice too!!

First time using VW of Quad Cities and will not go back. As a matter of fact, I was thinking of purchasing a new VW and will not do that knowing the level of service offered here. I waited 2 hours for an oil change and never did get a car wash. I was charged $95 for diagnosis of two issues one of which was a language change to the voice activation system. To fix that is another $150 on top of the $95 diagnostic charge. Should be a simple system change to the program, not another $150.

Norm listened to our needs and directed us to the VW Atlas and the VW Tiguan. We had many questions about the Atlas and the Titian. Norm did an excellent job of explaining the difference between the two cars. Norm showed us both new and used cars in each model. He did not push us to purchase a new or used car or an Atlas or a Tiguan. After we decided to purchase a new Tiguan, Norm explained financing.
Got a quote for a new tire for $139 went to pay charged me $190 for it asked him about it he said was maybe a mistake they had the same tire on tire rack for $75 I wont be back unless its warranty
I had a 20k service done. Very friendly team and very efficient. Constant text messaging updates reporting there findings with possible replacements options and how much it will be. You can then choose to accept the replacement and cost or to skip. There was one issue that they bent over backwards to resolve, very quicky and professionally. I can definitely recommend Volkswagen of Quad Cities and will be back.

This was my first visit and lost my way to the auto service. Eventually I found it after leaving the car outside. I got an excellent customer service by the managers. I had to replace my old car battery and get an oil change.The service was excellent and timely. I will visit Volkswagen of Quad Cities again.

I had an oil change done but was surprised they didn’t use the VW recommended VW 508 oil. No green dye. I don’t think it’s a big deal or what special additives it has and why it’s recommended but I thought if I had it done at the dealership they would use it.

Service was great, just found the prices very high. Vehicle was done within 45 minutes. $430.00 seams a bit high for a keyfob and programming. The 45 minutes also included a free courtesy inspection.

My Volkswagen was there for 3 weeks to get a key program that should have took 5 minutes. Then I was charged Almost double what I Was told.

Due to the COVID epidemic, arranged for pick-up and drop off of our 2019 VW Bug. Service was superb and as a bonus, we were allowed to use a loaner while our Bug had an oil and filter change. It was returned after a bath looking spanking new. The driver was courteous and wore the requisite face mask to protect both of us from possible problems. Kudos!
Lujack Luxury is a fair business. They are courteous and get the job done. But that’s the most I can say. Took my VW for a manufacturer warranty repair just before the warranty ran out. Lujack did the minimum possible to get the car running and out the door. Let me be specific. I had 1 of 4 injectors replaced. The amount of work required to replace 1 injector is almost equal to the amount of work it would have taken to replace all 4. But instead, they did the minimum. I would have gladly paid for the parts to have all replaced at the same time, as I know the other 3 will fail soon. But as my warranty expires in 1 month, they bank on me returning to have the other 3 replaced. However I will not give them the opportunity. So, they are good at doing the bare minimum+a very subpar car wash at the end to make it look acceptable leaving. But minimum is their strong suit. Good job for being average.
My wife and I went in with the intentions of window shopping for a used vehicle. However, the staff were amazing, and the pricing was very attractive. In the end, we took home a new 2020 VW Jetta (surprising, all things considered). The “evil finance department” (sorry, Eric!—LOL) was far from it! Absolutely nothing to fear, as everything was well explained and smooth. Not once did I feel I was being pressured, nor did I feel like I was being bent over a barrel to take something I didn’t want. Anna in internet sales was amazing as well (she took care of us most of the evening), patiently listening to my never-ending questions. In the end, it was one of the best (if not THE best) car buying experiences I have ever had. I’d recommend this group for new or used. There is a good chance they have something to fit your needs. If nothing else, you will be treated with respect and without the pressure used by other dealerships.

Dealerships tend to get a bad rap about service etc. . . however I have had nothing but great honest upfront service! Just moving here and having car problems as I was driving here on moving day, I did not know what to expect and was a bit skeptical. However they were able to take care of my car in a timely manner provided me with great courtesy vehicles, and just great friendly service. I was looking at a few vehicles before I left and Michael S. came out to speak with me. I was honest about when I will be able to buy but he took the time to answer my questions, let me look at the different vehicles I was eyeing and was just so pleasant to work with! Just an oil change but they checked out my 2019 VW Tiguan.Very efficient.
My 2006 Jetta tdi had to be brought in. The ignition was shot. Was quoted 2-3 weeks to get the part I was only in town for a funeral so based on the timeframe I was quoted I decided to rent a car to get home and come back in 2-3 weeks and pickup. I got halfway home on the 6th day in shop they called it was fineshed I had to turn around and return for the car so a bit of wasted time and money but glad my repair was done quickly and I’m back on the road with my tdi

Edit= Almost 6 months and still no help from the dealer. And we havent heard anything. Even 2 weeks after they claim they were reaching out. We purchased our first new VW Atlas from Anna on August 24th. She was helpful. The next day we noticed a stain on the plastic console trim. Dealer said to bring it in. They agreed it was disolored and needed replaced. Long story short its the end of december and we dont have it. They have not once called us first. We always have to contact them only for excuses. God forbid something happens that we really need soon. I can see how this is going to go.

Great service
We were on a cross country trip in our 1999 VW Eurovan when we lost one cylinder. Limped in to VW of Quad Cities and asked Steve L. in service to help us out. Steve was a good communicator and involved us in all of the decisions needed to find the problem. His tech was excellent as well. Turned out the the problem was a failed fuel injector, most likely due to ethanol in Iowa gas. Note to self - no ethanol for older vehicles that have not been using it continuously . Thanks VW of Quad Cities for getting us back on the road.
