My new hair store, I literally found out about this place a few months ago and it is awesome. Great customer service, decent prices, and a variety of everything you need. The point system is great too every time you spend money, you earn money!! Thank goodness I found this store and I def recommend..

I went in with my little girl yesterday... The music was inappropriate for shopping and the customers and workers language was not at all professional. Fowl language coming from the customers and workers.I didnt feel comfortable spending my money in a place where the music and the atmosphere was raunchy(as in unprofessional).I havent ever been this disappointed in taking my child with me to the beauty store to get hairbows for school.*I shouldnt have to be cursed out and grossed out by the music and then, have my ears subject to cursing...Yesterday was NOT a great experience at all.*I was honestly disappointed.

This is the Best spot to go and get my many variety colors, fashion, my edge control prices was killing it!! Plus its always a helpful Smile in every isle!! I also love that they are protected..Mask On!! Plus my Stunin Shades 4 the summer racked up!! Price tag down..quality, Friendly, Familia Success!! Love love love!! 🤩🤩😘😁😁

I’ve shopped with Celebrity for year and have always been a happy customer but today I went in there and got the WORST customer service and then the owner threatened to physically harm me. Shop at your own risk! If someone threatens you after spending your money with them be CAUTIOUS!!!

I drove my wife here from North Central Iowa to get a wig. A four hour drive. I had researched this store and it was worth the drive. A great selection and the young lady that waited on us was simply awesome. Her customer service skills were right on point....this was our first time but will not be our last. Im always in this store. This is my go to beauty supply shop. Connie is sweet and the staff is pretty nice also. Love the selection of products and they have hair selections for all price ranges. The store is always neat and clean. 💋💜💜

Wont be back to shop here. I spend money so often here for my children but customer service as far as management and the owner really sucks. They literally wont accommodate you in anyway whatsoever clearly even if it was a fault of their establishment

We have been going there for 3 years now and went to get hair one day and they didnt put it in the bag. Then they lied about it. They will not have out service anymore.

Amazing service!! limited stock because they supply whats in demand but if you are willing to spend the money then what you need they can get it for you.A one stop shop for all your urban and ethic needs great for natural and relaxed butThe hair is whats giving me life from them they have all the basics 6 & 27piece, basic human and high end bundles and wigs for every occasion. Long time customer and always will be.

My first visit to this establishment and I was very impressed with its set up. I did make a small purchase. But, one of the two persons staffed at the establishment was somewhat helpful the other was not all. So, I left feeling as though customers should know what it is they want and not to bother asking for help with product. That visit will probably be my last. I spoke with a friend a short while later and she made the comment she had wondered to herself why she had not returned to the store?

Worst experience ever I was accused of stealing and when she looked at tapes never apologized

Broad selection of cheaper wigs, a couple nice expensive ones. Lots of cheap makeup and accessories. Dont expect much in the middle though. Most $40 wigs dont look that great.
