I get my medications from this place, it is usually a pretty quick visit. The store is kept clean. The employees have always been nice to me.
The pharmacist was rude. Wasnt able to answer any questions about covid testing other than to give me a piece of paper for their website. This is not the first time that I have received horrible customer service from here.
The pharmacy has always been troublesome, but its gotten much worse in the past year. Not notifying me when its ready, sending the script to other stores without telling me, unknowledgable staff when it comes to insurance, inconsistent service each visit.
They suck at customer service
Its a conveniently located, the service is good and weve gone there for years.
I’m on a blood thinner for life. My insurance no longer works with CVS, which is unfortunate as for years I could go there and 5 minutes later I’m out the door. Every time I go to Walgreens to fill a prescription, plan on burning a half hour. I called in a refill on a Wednesday, Thursday I waited in line 15 minutes just to be told they were waiting for doctor authorization. I called my GP Friday to let them know Walgreens hasn’t received any authorization. Was told I would hear from the pharmacy within an hour or two about my refill. Nothing. Sunday rolls around, I go in, for once nobody is in line, but still, three people behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge my presence for several minutes, just carried on their conversation. Only to be told they don’t even have anything in their system for me. Now it’s Monday, I’ve been without my thinner for over 48 hours, I call my doctor’s office, they called it in immediately on Friday when I talked to them. In summarization, I wouldn’t go to Walgreens. They take forever, they don’t acknowledge their customers, and they clearly are overwhelmed & under-staffed to the point they can’t fill a single prescription, even when given several days advance.
Loved costumer service at the beauty department today . Beauty consultant Katie Suierveld was really nice and helped me after a bad experience in another establishment today she made sure I found what I needed and even helped me out with the application of the make up. She went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer.❤️
Busy store but well managed. The store manager I spoke with at this location was very helpful as was the pharmacy. This store is actually able to manage its phone system effectively... much better than the Walgreens store near Utica Ridge Road.
They have a really mean women here . Bitter,(Older women, grandmother 👵 ). It always seems like she does not wanna be there. Never a heartwarming welcome when she is at the register...I Had three bad encounters with her. 1st had attitude and got aggressive because i wanted to use my points to get an item. Said “points do not go toward sale item. “Not true2nd and 3rd time was told i can not use a coupon on an item on sale. Like fr ??
The pharmacy itself is not bad but every single time I get to the checkout at the front of the store, its a ghost town. No cashier within a 3 block radius. Every single time.
I am checking out and mrs Point Police is grinning because I am using up all my points down to ZERO but little does she knows i buy stuff like every other customer in order to accumulate all that. I do not like rude cashier. Smh.
I went to get my Sisters baby shower invitations made, I am not completely familiar with their machines, a CSR named Sharon came right up to help me, mind you I had my twin girls with me, she was so patient and so helpful! A true aset to your company! Thanks Sharon for all your help it is truly appreciated
We have had issues with this pharmacy location for months now. When requesting refills, they dont have it ready by the quoted time. When we go to pick up the med the next day (or call to check the status), we find that they havent even started filling the prescription and are told to come back in another day. When we call to complain, the management doesnt care what happens in the pharmacy, and when talking to the pharmacists about an issue, they talk right over us as we are trying to convey our concerns. When they do listen, they dont seem to know what they are talking about or cant give us a straight answer.Poor service.Poor public relations.Poor interpersonal communications skills.Poor customer service.Today, my wife and I found out that a prescription for our 13 month old, which we had requested the refill on 4 days ago, will not be filled today as had been promised; this is after being told the same thing each of the two days prior. Its been one excuse after another. Today they told us that they are out of the ingredients to create the compound... even though the refill request was placed 4 days ago. They didnt have the sense to order more of an ingredient that they knew they were low on and would need in order to fulfill a request. And when I tried explaining my concern over this to the pharmacist, I heard her talking to someone else off the phone, showing no concern whatsoever to the risk her pharmacy was placing my child in!Im going to find another location to fill my childs meds...
Best store in the Quad Cities! Its small and quiet most of the time and the staff is top notch very friendly and willing to help at any time!
After having a bad experience at another Walgreens, this one on West Kimberly took care of me without issue. Very fast service at the pharmacy!
I like Walgreens but the location sort of sucks. Its hard to get in and out because of the traffic light.
Terrible, extra slow and inconvenient on all levels. Might just be a walgreens thing though
The store is a bit older and they are always busy and friendly.
They have something for what ails you.
Rude!!
