I have had an issue with mice eating my RO line. Culligan continues to send a tech out to fix the issue. No questions asked. The tech that comes is great! He is friendly and knowledgeable.

Culligan of the QC has been our drinking water supplier for over 30 years. Recently, we built a new home and decided to install a soft water system. The rep who came to our home to discuss the installation was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The installation was completed in record time and we have been very happy with the product. We would highly recommend Culligan of the Quad Cities.

The water quality inspector was very knowledgeable and friendly. He offered only the product we needed at an affordable price. We received the units in a reasonable amount of time and they were installed professionally. The cost of the softener and RO unit is very reasonable and has vastly improved our water. Soft water has helped me so much with my daily cleaning. Dishes look great. Using way less soaps and clothes are much cleaner and softer.

Culligan has provided excellent service. We have a rental agreement for our purified water. The filters were changed at the end of July. Unfortunately, our water was contaminated in mid August. Culligan changed the filters again, and installed a new water dispenser at no additional charge. The service men were very professional and timely.

This company earns the highest praise I can give. From installation to a problem we encountered a few months later due to my well system, Culligan has been top notch. The employees I have encountered, Jeff, Mike, and Will, are true representatives of customer service. I will be a life long customer and my only regret is not installing a softener years ago. Bought a house with a new system installed. Called to have it serviced and was told the warranty was only for the original purchaser. Interesting that the purchaser was one of the salesman. Accurate warranty policy or just unethical?Contrary to the response posted by the company, no attempt has been made to be in contact with me or make up for the dishonesty of one of the salesmen. I recommend Kirby if you want to deal with a reputable salesperson and company.

The improvement in the quality of water was the first great thing we liked. However, just as important was the level of service. The people who answer the phone were great and the issue I had with the tanks was resolved quickly and efficiently by the Service Manager, Jeff Claussen.

Bait and switch tactics. We bought a house with a Culligan softener installed, but it went bad shortly after we moved in. We called to have a service repair done, and instead they sent their salesman out to scare us and tell us our baby was going to turn blue and die if he drank city water that wasnt filtered by a new upgraded system he was trying to sell us. We declined the new system and asked to have the existing system fixed. He told us how much the new parts and installation would be, which we agreed to, so he scheduled the repair.When the repairman showed up a few days later, he changed the whole story and said they no longer stock the parts for that system and that we will need a whole new system. Why did they come all the way out to our house if they dont stock parts for that system? Couldnt they have just called and said that? Shouldnt their salesman check and see what parts they stock before scheduling the repair in the first place? We said we would have to think about it and we would call back. The repairman said we would still have to pay for him to come to our house - even though he didnt repair anything and was here for less than 10 minutes - and refused to leave without us signing his work order. A few days later we got a bill for $60. When we called to dispute the bill the service manager was very rude and said we have to pay it or he would see us in court.Update: We got several calls a day on our phones and received multiple threatening letters in the mail over the bill. We made several additional attempts to speak with the service manager about the bill and on one occasion he swore at and hung up on my wife. We finally just paid the bill because we want the harassment to stop. Culligan of Davenport is an unethical company run by rude, unprofessional people. They have shady business practices and their salesman lied, baited and switched us and left us with a bill we had to pay for no services rendered. I recommend you save yourself the headache, dont call Culligan, and instead call Frank at Eastern Iowa Softwater. They were able to install a whole new system for HALF of what Culligan wanted - and the Fleck 5600SXT system they installed is TWICE as effective as the Culligan Medalist they were trying to sell me and comes with a way better warranty. Frank and his grandson did top-notch work, and even came back and helped us do some small plumbing tasks related to the softener, saving us a ton of money.

Culligan of The Quad Cities is horrible. The first couple of months was spectacular. As the months went on the delivery driver would miss us and be in our area less frequently. Our bill also kept increasing despite no deliveries. The secretary is VERY RUDE. On numerous occasions she answered the phone rudely and was very unhelpful.
