If I could give zero stars I would. This company is horrible. First they charged my card 50.00 for a deposit for an order that was 2.00 with a promotion. Every day that they were scheduled to deliver they would send an email rescheduling that same morning. Save yourself tome and a headache and go with culligan. I canceled hinkley spring and called culligan band they came out and installed the same day. They are cheaper and easier to work with

The first cooler unit leaked water onto the floor. Ive had multiple missed deliveries. Then they make you wait a week or longer to make it right and in the meantime youre without water. Im no longer with Hinckley springs. I dont even want to give one star but cant post without it.

Does not respond to calls, would not deliver.
