My entire ADT experience was an excursion into Hell. It started with calling your customer service reps twice and receiving contradictory information. Plus the headsets they were wearing made them difficult of understand. Those headsets didnt allow for two way communication so it was IMPOSSIBLE to interrupt if we didnt understand something. We had to shout STOP TALKING several times to get the person to listen to us. In the end, you guys couldnt fix our problem, yet you are still willing to charge us an exorbitant quarterly rate, sell us more expensive stuff, and sign long term contracts. If you fix anything from my answers, for Chrissake, at least get your customer service reps decent phone equipment. IN short, its hard to imagine a worse customer service experience than what we endured. And to think we pay you folks $171 every quarter.

Cant wait until our contract is up. Their customer service is awful, they are rude and have no clue how to solve the issue I have been having since September and STILL havent had any luck with fixing the problem

My experience with ADT was great! The professionalism and knowledge made me feel secure even before Trent, My installer, had completed his task. He was a teacher thru the entire process. Instructions were the best!Thanks Trent & ADT!

I have been trying to cancel with ADT since yesterday and it still hasn’t happened. I was on the phone for over half an hour yesterday and am working on being on the phone with them for over half an hour today. I keep getting transferred to people “who can help”, but they haven’t. They just ask for my name, phone number, and password and transfer me to someone new. I’m very frustrated with the whole situation.

ADT Security technician James was very helpful and knowledgeable about his job and product. He has very good people skills and would make a great trainer in customer service. His ability to diagnose and repair a problem was excellent. He has been to our residence on multiple occasions for issues and he has always been very easy to communicate with and answers questions about how the system works.

William from ADT Quad Cities was awesome. Very knowledgeable about the ADT system, stayed on time, was on time did a fantastic job
