Once again they did awesome work installing my sub and amp into my vehicle. I have been here numerous times over the years with different vehicles. They are also pretty booked up so if you need work done call asap.

They are 100 percent all the time, I am a car guy so I buy lots of cars they have done at least 15 window tint jobs for me, I have had couple remote starts done as well and they stand behind their products and warranties, got new remote for remote start free of charge when it broke, had a tint issue after 3 years on my Jeep and 2 weeks later they fixed tint for free no questions asked. I will not go anywhere else for my car customization needs.

I had an aftermarket system, amplifier, and back-up camera installed by the Precision Concepts team in 2018. My experience was extremely positive at that time. 3 years later, I updated the firmware on my installed system and wasnt sure if this may have reset any installed settings. They fit me in the very next day and not only reset all the necessary settings, but also made a few other adjustments I requested -- and they charged me nothing for these checks. I continue to be amazed at the level of customer service. Im go glad I have a great team to come back to for future vehicle upgrades. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and installation knowledge and experience! Answered all my questions about adding a remote start kit. Prices are comparable to everywhere else, or lower. Great to deal with. Very responsive to questions. Took the time to go thru all functions and features both inside the store and then outside in the car. Great place to do business. My only complaint is that theyre so reputable and good at what they do, theyre booked weeks in advance of the major holidays, so dont wait!!!

Back in July these guys installed an amp for me. All the wiring was there they just had to hook it all up as I didnt trust myself to do it right. They were kind, affordable and quick. My only complaint is that how they wired the amp and where they secured it, I had a hell of a time getting my spare out when I had a flat time. I now cant even get the spare in for fear of ripping out a wire. Im really disappointed that it feels like the install wasnt planned out. Because now I have a tire taking up space in my trunk.

There is NOT enough good things that I can say about Precision Concepts. I had window tinting, front and rear camera and a K40 radar detector system installed along with paint protection. Scott and his employees were extremely professional and great to deal with. The products were installed and ready on the time promised. There was an issue with a part of the radar installment, NOBODYS FAULT, it was a mechanical issue. Without an appointment I stopped in and Scott and Mike took care of it IMMEDIATELY!! They put everything else on hold to take care of my issue. In todays day and age, thats not commonly done. They are truly an AMAZING business and their customer care is the best. Oh, and they do damn good work also!!!! Thanks again Scott and thanks to your employees!!

Very good shop. Audio is kind of the usual generic jl and alpine. Prices are pretty high too, but their tinting jobs are amazing. Would definitely go back or recommend to a friend. The people are very nice and fun to talk to.

I had a clear bra (Paint Protection Film) and window tint installed on my vehicle. These guys explained everything and showed me examples of the PPF they had done on other vehicles before I made the decision. I am very particular with my vehicles and have been extremely pleased with the work they did. The windows looks like a factory quality job. The PPF was applied very well. Anyone that looks at it comments on how well it was done. I have called back for some other items and always had good customer service from them. I will definitely look to them for further service if needed on other vehicles and would highly recommend.
