Dave was great... within 20min of my initial call I had a replacement radio installed and I was on my merry way. Im not sure how you can beat that for 40 bucks!

When I called he picked up, told me what to bring and where to bring it. He even texted me a link with the items I would need off of Amazon. When I arrived to drop the car off we talked briefly about what he was going to do, it took about 2 hours and it was done. Excellent job! I’ll be going back to Serrano electronics for all my car audio installations.

Dave is a great person to deal with. Knows his stuff. He fixed my radio in my truck, had it out in a jiffy and came back later that day for an install. Very reasonably priced and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend him for any of your electronic needs. Dealer I bought the truck from could never figure it, dave knew what it was before I even got there, squeezed me in and had it fixed in the same day.

He helped me out and was absolutely great had it done in 2 hr at most. Hes a great guy and has a great attitude! Highly recommend and will be a long time customer!

Amazing service. What a wonderful person, called just out of the blue today, Dave picked up and right away told me that I could stop by and see what had happened to my radio system and ended up installing it for me that day after my boyfriend absolutely destroyed the installation trying to do it himself. Thank you so much again! Definitely my number one place to go to now, and will be telling my family members, friends and others if they ever need great quality work like this done! This man is absolutely amazing at his job!!! He does stellar work for a cheap rate way better than dealerships and places that do stereos such as Best Buy, Solar Vision and Mobile Wiring etc etc! Also what is so great if you dont want to get rid of your stock stereo and want to keep all original well he is your man! He redid my wifes Tahoe took him about a hour! He even took the stereo out and let me run errands to fix and called me when it was done! In and out about a hour and half!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Our rear entertainment system malfunctioned and wouldnt eject the DVD. Serrano Electronics was able to quickly schedule and fix the problem. The owner was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and was very reasonable. I would recommend Serrano Electronics.

Called to see if they had room for an appointment on a Sunday, or if they were even open since the hours aren’t posted. The man who answered the phone seemed irritated and very rude. He hung up immediately after I asked him.
