Just went in to upgrade my iPhone 11 to the new iPhone 12 Pro Max and omg!! Amy Erps was the associate that helped me today and I would recommend this to everyone I see! She was extremely professional and made everything clear so there wasn’t anything popping up out of nowhere. I also switched over from Verizon and even though the whole process was a complete mess, she stayed calm and slayed it! Definitely happy here.

As always the USCellular location on West Kimberly Road is an amazing location. They are always trying to take care of you to the best of their abilities. Jessi the store manager is amazing. She is the main reason I keep going back to this location. I have a different location closer to my house but, she always remembers me and that is awesome.

I went to this location to get a phone for my sons birthday and Jessi was amazing! She was extremely patient and reviewed different options with me. I was so pleased with the customer service and the willingness to go above and beyond for the best customer experience!

Avoid this store, maybe US cellular in general. I purchased an iPhone 8 plus that is defective. Made several trips to the store for a replacement and was given the runaround and lied to repeatedly. Was denied the ability to even return my phone. Now i am past my 15 day return period/quality guarantee and stuck with a defective phone. Apparently they don’t find it necessary to follow their own policies.
