Good store nice shoes best Nikes and some crazy Js there..

Was there last week and got helped by just about every worker. I then came back again yesterday and nobody wanted to help me. I simply asked how many pairs were left for the obsidian 1s and they said we still have some. I continued to wait outside the store until 3 until which is when they said I could buy. I watched everyone come out but no retro 1s in hand. At 3 they come out and tell me they are sold out. Definitely feel like workers got a nice pay day off those extra pairs. Definitely won’t be returning again.

Treated 13 year old grandson like he was the one buying product. Excellent customer service. Good sales. Wide variety. Very helpful. Will visit again. Enough staff to assist everyone.

This store is the definition of lazy staff (visited twice). And does not show any type of Costumer Service skills. Staff member was all into her cell phone and made me actually put my own shoes strings in the first shoe I tried on. Got jazzy with me using hand gestures when I ask her about a certain item. Very unprofessional I will Continue to go to Finish Line. If you like honestly like Footlocker that much I would shop online.

Terrible, terrible management. The “manager” who helped us sort out an issue with wrong pricing and percent off on a jacket (was supposed to be %40 off; they only gave us %25 off) was very rude, made a comment saying “it’s just a few dollars” when we were asking for the difference that they charged us when the jacket was actually cheaper than what they charged us. Did not act professional what so ever, and didn’t even apologize.

3 employees in the store no other customers not one employee asked if they could help me and when I approached them over a shoe I was looking to purchase the young man said no we dont stock them . To funny my grandson was in that same store the day before took a picture of the shoe on the shelf and sent it to me so I could see what he wanted. Will never shop in the Northpark Store again.

Always good deals and service

It has great workers and great shoes.

Bad customer service. Store manager was a broken record and would not listen to our needs / concerns. Will no longer shop there.

I went to return a pair of shoes and the so call manager Timothy had a poor costumer service I wont come to this store again

Went in there and I was the only customer there...3 employees...Not one asked if I needed help...Too busy gossiping with each other...

Wish they would carry clothes for women.
