Emily was absolutely amazing! She went out of her way to find the perfect diamond for my wifes engagement ring. She still raves about the wow factor of the ring to this day, 1 year later. Insanely helpful and would highly recommend Doland Jewelers/Emily to anyone! We needed to get the ring resized a couple of times to make it fit the wedding wrap better, and they were more than happy to help make the whole ring set look amazing. Friendly staff that greeted me as soon as I walked in. The women that helped me was very knowledgeable and willing to help me find what I wanted. They didnt have my size and would of had to order it in a size smaller then have to send it off again to have it sized bigger which I didnt like.

Took my wedding set into Dolands to have prongs rebuilt on center stone, overall rings checked and Rhodium plated. When I picked it up, it was absolutely beautiful! Hasnt shined like that since brand new! Very reasonable pricing too! Would definitely recommend them for Jewelry and services.

Honestly the best jewelry store Ive ever been to. At first I didnt like the idea of going into a jewelry store because I didnt want to be pressured into committing to anything or sold something I did not want. When I went into Doland, Teresa was the first one I talked to. We talked for about an hour about ring engravings and I felt that she was listening to what I wanted and that all of my concerns and questions were heard and answered. After that I decided to shop engagement rings. Teresa spent a few months looking and found me the perfect diamond, the diamond I wanted without ever trying to force me to buy one I didnt want. Will helped me custom design the band and after a few weeks of re working it we got it perfect. The ring is gorgeous and the staff at Doland have been completely amazing throughout the whole process. These guys really do exceed in all they do. They have outstanding customer service and everyone remembers you and talks to you when you go in. I recommend everyone go to Doland for ANY jewelry needs. This is the only jewelry store I’ve been in and they have not pressured me into buying something. When I first went in I bought a pandora bracelet and a few charms. While there I started to discuss engagement rings with Teresa. She took notes and help me understand diamonds and it’s quality. Unlike Neckers, Teresa did not pressure me into buying anything but worked with me and helped me through the process. I moved away from the area but made the trip back just to work with Teresa to buy my ring. I am thankful for Doland because they genuinely care about the customer and not their pockets.
