Horrible rude people.... Will probably wind up collecting goverment assistance rather than coins!

My friend and I went here to get an appraisal on some very old uncirculated dollars. He knew nothing about handling the coins, dumping them out in a heap and picking them up without gloves and not by the rim. His offer was so low it didnt even cover the current silver rate. Really rude that we did not accept his offer. He knows nothing about coins, but definately about pawn shops and how to cheat a customer.

Always a pleasure to do business with Erika and her father. They have always treated my son and I with respect and have always given us fair deals. Even though we live in California, we look forward to our visits to the Quad Cities and Midwest Coin & Jewelry!

Very rude and had no knowledge of silver prices. Couldn’t even tell me how much they were selling their silver for. Would not recommend.

The proprietors were very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Everything was explained thoroughly and we were encouraged to ask questions. Would highly recommend.

Stopped in QC Coin and was offended by their attitude and attempts to pay nothing - they seem to like their clients not being educated.Then came here to M-West Coin and was treated professionally and politely AND was treated honestly. Looking forward to dealing with Erika again very soon with more silver and give them profit potential! :)THANK YOU for NOT being like QC-COIN!

I hardly come here . If i have a question i will stop by, each time i do the man is real rude ! Quick to rush me out the door ! When i ask a question, he responds what makes you think this is worth something ! He want even bother telling me what the item is !! Several other people had the same experience !!

I was offered a ridiculously low amount for my silver. I declined their offer and went elsewhere. That dealer gave me almost double the amount Midwest offered for the same items. I wont be going there again.

They 4 in a hurry to see what was in my bag to see what they could get me out of and then once they got me to sign and neglected to point out that all sales are final at the bottom of the receipt they ripped me off of some family heirlooms Ed could have been more valuable than another place I probably could have taken it elsewhere and got more so these people dont by dont let them by dont go there run run as far away as you can they are rip-off artist

He said everything I had was worthless but i just went somewhere else and got paid$$$$$ Midwest coin sucks
