Very nice customer service,although it could use a little tiding up. Large variety of things. They have beds and couches,pillows,hair products and Christmas things too.

Went today to pick up a desk there was a mix up with product code and I was charged wrong they made that right and brought out the last deck that was on the floorEveryone was so kind friendly and helpful we truly appreciate their assistance and want them to know it was noticedGreat Team JobThank you

This is a good place to shop. Employees are nice. Just be aware, not everything is a bargain here. Some are higher than regular retail stores.

Plenty to buy, store personnel offered assistance, and the bathroom was clean. Worth the drive.

Big Lots is always a great stop. Lots of home decor, toys, and furniture options that are functional, trendy, and affordable! They were in the middle of seasonal remodel when we visited, that just means there will be more fun finds next time!

I used to love Biglots because the location is behind my home and the selections for goods were unbelievably great and the prices were reasonable. Now the selection is minimal and the prices are higher than some other local stores that have been considered high priced. I have a 3 star rating because they are still close to home and if I cant get a ride to a different store I can still make emergency purchases.

I have enjoyed this store since they opened. They have a good selection of household items, reasonable prices, frequent coupons for card members, and it is easy to pop in and out quickly. Love the large selection of cleaning supplies and headphones. Love the dollar spices for cooking. They even have some decent budget friendly furniture. They carry both name brand and off products of many things.

Went to buy a couch. Everything we wanted, they didnt have instock. So we looked at dressers, they didnt have it in stock. Nothing in stock here. Go somewhere else

You have one employee doing all the work and a really rude manager!!! But that one employee deserves a raise wish I would have caught his name!!!

The prices seem to be getting higher and higher for a discount store I dont want to pay full retail price for something.

The store was empty there was not a lot of stuff there and the staff seemed unaware of where you can find the items that you would need. The check out cashier was annoyed and seem to take her anger out on other customers

The local Big Lots store is a place of extremes.When Big Lots has good prices, they are great. When they dont, theres little pricing difference between Big Lots and the high end retail stores. When Big Lots has problems, they have serious problems. When they dont, theres little difference between between Big Lots and any other discount store.Big Lots seems to be trying to improve and for the most part they are succeeding.

Used to love this store....seemed kinda pricey this visit. New store just opened in Illinois at the Southpark area in the old ToysRUs store... havent been there yet. Dry foods, garden, rugs, furniture, household goods, seasonal items, pictures, watches,movies and music, medicines, office supplies.....wide assortment

Im using a sliding scale for big lots. Does it really compare to a Target or Walmart? No. However you can find great value there and the staff has always been great.

Not much distance between registers. Social distancing is non existant at checkout. Staff was friendly and masked up.

I have not been there for quite awhile. I was impressed with how clean and wide the aisles are. There products are better quality and the employees were attentive to the customers.

First time Ive ever been to the store I found it very friendly and have a lot of variety and it wasnt a junk store like I thought it was going to be Im going to get a couch from them and maybe a bed. it was much much better than I thought it would be and their customer service is very good and their employees are well now that have a lot of knowledge and really took their time thank you Big Lots Ill be back p

Biglots have nice products for a closeout store but a little on the pricey side for closeout items.

They dont have a baby aisle no diaper no bany wipes no bottles no formula.... Now i am forced to go to walmart

Good place to come if you need cheap furniture, it doesnt last but i mean come on, youre gonna bang it out on a couch and end up breaking it, just get the cheap stuff.

Surprisingly cool store

Its just dirty in there and randomly stocked. But I found what I was there for.

The store is a lot nicer, better stuff, but the selection of guy stuf, tools and other things has dwindled to the point that I dont take the wife by the store. But good job to the staff and management for making the store nicer.
