Good value - short wait a checkout, but OK

Got in and out of there todayEveryone for a change was on the ball. Loved it.

I stopped by the pharmacy to inquire about the Pfizer booster after being ignore for 15 min. I went to the checkout where no on2 was waiting. Was told to go back to where I was being ignored and someone would be over to help me. 5 minutes later a lady came over and started out with a questionnaire about my previous shots. I completed that and she asked for my insurance card. I asked if she meant my Medicare card she replied I guess so. I gave I to her and after about 5 min. Of tapping around she asked me for a different medical card. I gave her my supplement card and after another 5 min. She called someone else over and they poked around again. The other girl walked away and the clerk was muttering about that being no help and called the other girl back. At that point I just said it wasnt worth the time it was taking and asked for my cards. The second girl gave me a long form to fill out instead. I repeated that I just wanted my cards and the first questionnaire back. She said it would only take another minute. I had to insist that I be given my cards and the document I had signed. Finally after about 30 to 45 minutes the ordeal ended. I will not be getting ANY shots from Wal-Mart in the foreseeable future. Amazing place to shop for your brand new phone. The OSL Wireless Specialist there really knows his stuff. He saves you $100-$300 on your phone and hes so polite and knowledgeable. He doesnt go for just the top phone. He makes sure you get the right phone for your needs and usually talks more about the cheaper phones.

Very low on their stock. The staff was very nice that I dealt with. Very frustrating when all the bags when checking out are in a pile and stick together. The aisles are nice and wide, however store could be cleaner.

Things are easy to find and workers are friendly and helpful

Checking out was easy but the one thing we went for they had no variety of Halloween yard blow ups

It was going great,manager in automotive went above and beyond to help me with my tires but couldnt get my size. So went shopping for a few hours it wasnt until the very end that a couple of employees started following me. Your job is to stock shelves not follow paying customers around.

The store is almost always busy at any given time, but with the self checkout its usually a hassle free time there.

Id give zero if I could. Shelves rarely stocked. 1 cashier, rare occasions there are 2. Doesnt matter the day of the week or the time. Always the same headache.

I would like to personally commend one of your employees named Sebastian. On May 3rd I ordered two photo prints through the Walmart online app. After a few weeks I received confusing information regarding my prints and called customer service. Customer service was very courteous but were not able to track down any further information regarding the status of my prints, and told me I should personally go to the Walmart store for further help. When I arrived in the designated photo print area there wasnt anyone available or working. I was ready to leave when an employee coming out of the restroom suggested checking with someone in electronics to call someone to the photo print section. I was immediately greeted by an employee named Sebastian who said he would try and help and walked me back to the photo print area. Sebastian then looked in an alphabetical index but could not locate my photos. Sebastian also checked a computer data base and again could not locate any information on my photos. I was ready to accept my photos were lost but Sebastian kept reassuring me he wasnt giving up. He used some info from my tracking numbers as well as some ordering dates and continued looking. This young man literally looked for several minutes through the computer and files. Then he looked in a miscellaneous file box and proudly proclaimed he found them. Now I know to some two photo prints is no big deal but Sebastian made two photo prints a top priority when some might not care. He went above and beyond, was very courteous, professional, and extremely upbeat. Lately in the news and even social media you only hear about the negative in people; but today I got to witness the good. Please thank Sebastian for me and commend him for providing excellent customer service and finding my photos that are extremely important to me.

If they have it reasonable prices on food!

There is never a dull moment at the most visited place for shopping. Everytime is a new experience. Some days are better than others. But youll have that sometimes

Lots of general merchandise products not on shelves. Check ahead of time before going to make sure they have what you want to purchase.

They never have enough registers open and are trying to force people to.self checkout. I get no additional discount and dont work for free. Customer service is poorly staffed and getting bottles returned, well there is never anyone there do then you go to customer Service, which is always short of people in the morning. They tell you to come early,it is safer, then you are forced to stand in long lines. Not so safe.

One of the employees probably in her mid-40s with a blue vest on asked me if I needed any assistance which I thought was very kind and then proceeded to hover over me well I window shopped for what I needed I felt very uncomfortable and yes I understand that they have multiple shoplifters at Walmart businesses however I felt like I was stereotyped for some reason and watched over for no reason at all....... I did in fact turn around and ask her if she needed some assistance because I felt like she was hovering over me I spend an excessive amount of money in Walmart on a monthly basis I am there no less than once per week and Walmart and two other places are my go-to for all of my shopping so to be treated like that and put into an uncomfortable situation really bothered me since a numerous amount of the staff know who I am from my frequent shopping at their place at business I will never ever ever shop nor encourage anybody to shop at the Elmore avenue Walmart on the Davenport bettendorf borderline again I would rather drive 4 miles across town to visit the other Walmart on West Kimberly where I have always been treated with the utmost respect that honestly I have earned and deserve as a repeat dedicated customer. The employee who did this ought to be ashamed of herself. Should I ever find out the employees name I will post it on because I feel that her behavior and judgment of me as well as anybody else who has been putting that predicament I feel that she should be reprimanded for her judgment upon people possibly because I have tattoos or the way I was dressed or whatever it may be I was preyed upon by this sorry for the negative review but I wanted everybody to be aware that the Elmore Walmart is not somewhere you want to shop unless you feel like being hovered upon and treated as though youre a thief. Thank you again for allowing me to vent, speak my mind and warn others of this employees disregard for return dedicated customers as well as her judgment about people. As compared to all the other walmarts Clintons is substandard no faul to the employees. Corporate needs to up grade this Walmart really not worth shopping.

Like Walmart very much. Low prices and very convenient for me. That being said, need to stock better and little more variety. Like the online purchasing,only problem there is the currier sometimes. Overall very satisfied.

Today was super busy, of course its Labor day. Alot of shelves were empty or almost empty. Same goes for meat. Not very much to choose from. I shouldnt have gone on a holiday.

One register open. People lined up to go thru. Went thru self checkout. No bags and couldnt find anyone to get some. Never shop st that store again.

I shop at Wal-Mart quite a bit would love it if youd have a few more cashiers and not just one, Im a cashier myself at our local grocery store we dont let it get past 3 shoppers, will make you look bad!!

Always a good experience...can always find what I want and need

I was well taken care of quickly in automotive but i had more than a 30 minute wait to get a front end cashier to get my groceries and other items. Seeing the long line my daughter decided to go thru the self check out and wanted to pay by cash. The machine would not accept her cash and she was told either pay by card or wait for a different register to open and re- ring all of your items in the different register. Which was frustrating because she had to pay a fee to add money to her net spend card and then couldnt use her cash for her transaction and now needs to add more money to her net spend to pay her school fees and cant because there is a limit. Most of the time people are friendly but there are not enough people to get things done. Also i got 4 new tires on my car and no where to sit down. The waiting area was closed so people with carts full of groceries are standing by the door waiting to be able to get their vehicles. There is no point in closing the waiting area if the lobby by the register has 6 people standing around each other uncomfortable shoulder to shoulder just waiting for their car.

Horrible dairy selection compared to other supercenters. Never have anything in stock.

Went to cash my check at the walmart on elmore and their check machine was down. i called this one to make sure i could cash my check there and the lady told me (after waiting on hold for ten minutes) if i came in they would cash my check for me. get there just to find out that BOTH of their check machines are down as well. really frustrating that i spent an hour driving around just to find somewhere to cash a check. lady on the phone could have saved me a lot more trouble.

The people are super sweet but its very different from Louisiana and Texas

Most of the associates have little to no personality. Still not enough help in the store, but talked to the new Mgr and he is working on it.

There was 17 people in the self checkout lanes so I went to a cashier that has 2 people in it. I waited in line for 29 minutes! It was so slow. I wish they would have more cashiers available and not over work the 2 they had on a Sunday afternoon.

I am handicap and they never have a mobilcart and they are never in stock of most of the stuff that you be looking for but if you go to Hy-Vee you can find the stuff.
