Friendly service knowledgeable reps

Due to our overall experience with this company, I would not recommend ANY rent-a-center locations. Our family is experiencing an unexpected financial crisis. And RAC has been to our house three days in a row, KNOCKING for 20 minutes each time. Today, I had a neighbor call me about them being at my house AGAIN ( WE WERE NOT HOME)... AFTER we had already sent them an email EXPLAINING that their things will be ready for pickup on Monday. To which they HAVE REPLIED.My husband also WON a Galaxy Note 20 from Hy-vee on Rockingham road... and it was some how connected to RAC... SOOO they are demanding back the phone as well. My husband has been looking for a job to provide for his family... and he is unable to communicate with any potential employers because RAC turned off the phone THAT HE WON.OVERALL. TERRIBLE COMPANY... HEARTLESS EMPLOYEES. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND RAC AGAIN.

I had a heck of an experience working here moving and refurbishing furniture, Customer service and collection calls and visits. I met a lot of nice people here and especially miss the boss man! Matt is a heck of a guy and great to work for.

Would give zero stars if it was a option. Horrible experience. Dont want to work with you during tough times and the manager was very rude. Never will I return again.

Ive been with rent a center for almost 10 years now, Ive bought many items and still am renting. Matt and his crew are AWESOME, I most certainly can say before Matt was manager I dealt with some crappy people, he has turned that store around and he is definitely fit and his profession is GREAT!

This location is easy to miss driving by so pay attention. The store seems to always be understaffed. The staff I’ve dealt with always seems to be caught off guard by any questions I may have. No very reassuring when I’m getting ready to lay out money.
