My spring that was installed by a different company broke. I contacted Lee in their Davenport office and he had a crew at my house within a few hours. The guys had my door functioning in about an hour of arriving. Job well done and I would recommend Barron to everyone!!!!

I use Barron for the dealership I manage and have always received great service on our overhead doors. Today I had an issue with with my garage at my house. One of the torsion springs broke leaving my garage door with limited movement. I called our rep Lee who doesn’t handle residential but rather than just tell me to call their office, got me all set up. Excellent customer service that I appreciated. Within a couple hours a couple guys arrived and had my springs replaced in half the time I had expected. They were friendly and informative. Outstanding service for a very fair price. Barron has responded to my text message. They did so in a very quick fashion too. Two technicians arrived and they did some adjustments and lubed both my garage doors. Now my door is closing snugly again. I appreciate that they did care enough to respond, even though it was long after the initial installation repair was done. Most companies since the pandemic have very poor customer service & dont respond to you at all - once they have money out of you. Then they just walk or run away, even though they are well aware you still have issues/problems, or still should be receiving something from them!!

Two man crew showed up and had the job done in 20 minutes. Also their service vehicles are well equipped for basic fixes which eliminates waiting on parts. Great service.

Did their job, but made a huge mess in my garage. Soaked the floor, work bench, wood and all my tools in degreaser spray. Honestly looks like they did it on purpose.

We had an ancient garage door opener that finally gave up. I called Barron in the morning and Tony came out in the early afternoon. He explained the options without applying any kind of pressure. We chose an opener with WiFi and a battery backup, having been without power for 6+ days after last August’s storm. The guys were here to install two days later, shortly after 7am, and by 8am they were done! The opener is great, in terms of both features and performance. All in all, we’ve had a great experience with Barron and Liftmaster.

GREAT customer service! Called about getting spring replaced on garage door this morning and they were here within an hour after calling. Definitely recommend to anyone needing garage door work done.

Our garage door died on a Sunday. We called Barron and left a message on a weekend but did not get a call back on Monday as expected. So we called on Tuesday and Tony came out the same day to do a bid on replacing our two 22 year old garage doors. We accepted the bid on Wednesday morning and he had a crew out to make the temporary repairs to the broken door on Friday morning. Rich (with Bobs help) was a magician at fixing our door which looked beyond repair. We should be able to limp by now until the new doors we ordered come in to be installed. So far, we are very satisfied with this company and their employees.

They were able to get out asap and took care of the problem! Very pleased with the service!

The spring on our garage door broke!! We could not open door so we were stuck at home. Called another company about it but they couldn’t come for 3 days. My brother recommended Barron so I gave them a call. They were here in 3 HOURS!! The workers were quick and very friendly. Barron installed our garage door this past summer and after about seven months of use I want to give a review. First, the staff at Barron were very knowledgeable and provide many options for us to choose from. The install crew were efficient and professional and the door was installed very quickly with no mess. The door has performed flawlessly and the app to control it is great and gives peace of mind as you can check to see if the door is open or closed when you are out of town. The insulated door is really doing its job by keeping the garage warmer than the old one that we had. When it was in the teens a few weeks ago I didnt have the ice buildup at the entrance of the garage as in the past. The entire experience at Barron was exceptional and if anyone is in need of a garage door, this is the place to go.

My garage door fell of its track, I called at 8AM and Barron was here to look by 11AM. Gave me detailed, honest information on repair vs. replacement. Decided to replace the door, and they were out the next business day to complete the work. Install crew was here first thing in the morning and done in two hours, and gave me a run down on the new equipment. Its hard to make someone feel good about spending unexpected money, but they succeeded. My new garage door is nearly silent, and has security features my old door and opener did not.

I had a brand new special order garage door installed last September, 2018. It looks great and it didnt take long to install. In April of 2019, I backed into my beautiful garage door. I called them up, and they were there the first thing the next morning. I didnt need an entire door like I thought! They just had to replace the bottom panel. Because it was special order, it took two weeks to come in. One guy showed up and had it done in less than an hour. It looks brand new. Thank you Barron for your awesome Customer Service! Garage door spring broke 2 days before going out of town for an extended period. They came within 2 hours of my call and did a great job. You dont see that kind of service very often anymore.

Called with an emergency garage door repair and to install a new opener. Staff was extremely friendly and punctual, and showed up right on time. The work done was great, very friendly and informative staff and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a repair or new install.

Over priced and fixed nothing. They put duct tape on the window and charged me an outrageous price. Make sure you ASK before hand how much the service call will be. I made that mistake and paid dearly for it. To add insult to injury I had to find someone else to install our door.
