They are rated one of the very best in the Quad City area. Talked to a fellow, Matt, made an appointment, we drove all night to make sure we didnt miss the appointment, waited and waited and he never showed up. No one called, either. After several hours of waiting, called the company in Davenport and they were rude, sarcastic, nasty and NO ONE EVER CAME. WE STILL HAVE NO DOOR. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Ive utilized Raynor Door of the QC for both residential and commercial work and came away impressed each time. The door quality was excellent, service timely and pricing competitive for the industry. For example, recent severe weather damaged one of our doors and Raynor was out immediately to repair the door. Highly recommend!

Our service tech was excellent (Rich). He was very prompt and friendly.Rich fixed the door in about 15 minutes and gave us instructions on extending the life of the door by making sure to oil the tracts n a regular basis.

5 to 6 service calls in less than a year. They came to fix an issue yesterday that keeps happening. Guess what, first time today door is opened the wheels fall out of the track again. This is good when wheels come raining down on your head. Love being charged over and over again for same issue.At least they are nice when I call.

Raynor came highly recommended and I chose them based on word of mouth. The install crew was great (1star) and the price was fair (1star) . The communication is beyond bad -1star. Multiple calls went unreturned and I couldnt get ahold of my salesman. If you call, you may get connected to a call center who meeds to ask a dozen questions.My salesman said 1 door needed replaced for nealr $800 in additional costs. A repair tech said the door was fine and the repair was simple (-1star). Finally, I cant award a 5th star because there was no wow factor. I was underwhelmed at best.

We recently had a garage door spring break and called Raynor Door of the QC to have it repaired. The service department indicated that they could do the repair on Monday, if we paid Overtime as they were booked. The said if we could wait until Tuesday they had a driver in the Muscatine area, so we said we would wait. Once the work was completed they invoiced us for 40 minutes of drive time as the driver was dispatched from the Moline or Davenport area (they werent sure) and said well the Muscatine work fell through, so we have to charge you for the drive time.You would have thought a reputable company would have indicated this in the very beginning, since it is always difficult to justify what a driver is doing in that dispatch time, he may be taking a lunch, or enjoying a well deserved break. However, the company takes advantage of potentially making up some losses or improved incomes at the expense of the customer and again all while not fully disclosing their policy..P.S. the install didnt charge for drive time.. I would recommend using caution when scheduling Raynor Door of the QC.. Make sure they explain up front the charges they will apply.P.S.S. The work performed was outstanding, thanks goes out to the technician
