Julie was FANTASTIC to work with!! I was moving from out of state and arriving on a day the office was closed (Sunday). Knowing how stressful moving is, Julie followed up with me to ensure I had everything I needed. She even drew up a map of a couple ways to get to my unit and shared a video clearly presenting their special lock method. Everything went smooth the day of move in, even with no one in the office, due to her attention to details and preparing everything in advance. I feel confident my items are safe and secure in this temp controlled building. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing for storage. I’ve used a couple storage companies prior due to moving to different states and this place is by far the best. Julie made the whole process a breeze and was very accommodating. The entire building is climate controlled and let me tell you moving in the middle of summer is not fun, but being able to load my unit with the AC on was a much needed reprieve. The units were VERY secured and the facility has controlled access with your own personal code. They even provide dollys at the entrance (may need to walk to the other side if people used multiple to grab one, but that was no big deal). Overall I was VERY happy with my experience, and would absolutely use this place again if needed in the future.

I currently have a storage here I was late on one of my payment and they helped me by understand what happens and allowed me to pay it late. The lady who helped was amazing. Plus this place has great security system.

Friendly staff, quiet place, reasonable rates, easy entry. It was an old metal works shop so you will have to cover your stuff and the the staff will up sell you literally everything. The rates are decent but not as advertised, they require their insurance on your space which raises the advertised rate somewhat. Still reasonable.

Julie was amazing! I ordered my storage space online and she followed up quickly with a phone call to verify my information and to make sure that I knew how to get to the location. Once I arrived she gave me a fantastic tour through the facility which is extremely clean climate controlled very nice setup. Shes very helpful with accommodating size and being sure it was exactly what I wanted. And then she also showed me how to work the locks and make sure that I understood how to get the door open if it seem to be stuck and it was very thorough on making sure I knew how to get a hold of her or anyone else that may be in the office if I needed them. Would highly recommend this place to store things customer service is fantastic very clean very happy with everything

I have used storage units before but I have never been so happy with them as I have been with Devon Self storage. Climate controlled, and security are just the first things you look for in a unit. Accessibility and cost too are factor especially for those precious pieces. Personal safety and cleanliness are also important. To find all of this and a management team who is there for more than just to collect the rent is the ultimate cherry on top.Ive written many reviews before for Google and Im not shy in saying what I honestly think.Devon Self storage is one of the best run units in town.The staff is sincerely interested in giving you the best, most economical unit they can. They listen to your needs and actually care that you have the best experience possible. I am so pleased with this team that I have absolutely no hesitation in giving them a five star review. Devon Self Storage has been all it promised to be. The facility is clean, nicely temperature controlled and staff are pleasant and eager to help and answer questions. Any extra needed supplies are made available if needed. The carts for us to use are very helpful. The price is reasonably priced compared to other places for what is provided. I went Saturday, 3/14 to get a tour-since it was snowing out, Julie called and offered to reschedule if I wanted to, which I thought was very considerate. I showed up at the appointed time and she was well prepared and waiting for me. Initially, I was going to rent a 5 x 10, but she showed me a 6 x 10 in a better location, for only $4 more. The tour was very thorough-the facility is very clean, well-lit and secure. Julie walked me through a few deals to see what would be the best bang for my buck. I am very happy with the level of service and quality of the facility.

I normally dont or wont write reviews for a business unless they deserve it. On 07-14-2020 my friend was in a bind when moving in to a new home that was a lot smaller then he was used to. My friend was older and could not walk for any type of long distance and was on a small budget but after a short time the very helpful staff had show us many options that would work for my friend the and worked with my friends budget and seeing my friend had health issues they where able to get him the storage space he needed with a short walk to his unit because they want to make sure he got a unit that was easier for him.Due to his health issues . I just wanted to give a special thank you to the most amazing employee for being patient and understanding and so helpful to my friend thank you Julie youre amazing and very smart person keep doing what you do.

We are moving back to Iowa (my wife from Kansas originally) after many years in many locations. I was in the Air Force, and retired in Las Vegas. My wife’s work moved us to Reno for several years, and now it brought us back to Iowa. We have rented storage units in several cities, and Devon is truly superior. The pandemic complicated our move in many ways, including moving a lifetime of accumulated belongings halfway across the country. Packing and shipping schedules were altered a few times, and are still changing. While I was still back west trying to keep things moving, my wife had moved to start her new job. We had no idea when our household goods would move, but she had to be ready. There was definitely a need for storage of many items until things stabilized. My wife found Devin highly recommended, and rented a unit. She said everyone she dealt with was extremely helpful and courteous. The facility is better in every respect compared to others we have used. It deserves every star, all gold.

Started renting a unit from here... and WOW! The office staff is amazing! Not the normal grumpy people you run into a lot in this business, they were smiling happy and incredibly helpful. Beyond five stars!!!!!!!! I wish I could add more. The facility is in excellent conditions. Temperature controlled. Clean. Monitored! The service is beyond. Allie and Julie made everything so easy from the moment I reserved a unit. They checked in on me as the move was coming up and were able to get the lease generated quickly. On moving day, my movers got there before I did. And Julie was able to get them in without a hitch. She even was able to look at my stuff and suggest a smaller unit which saved me money. She showed me around and actually showed me how to use the lock. I stopped by the unit another day to store more things and found out my door was stuck. Allie was so kind to help out with that and soon I was on my way. They have beyond excellent customer service. I really feel like my things are safe and I feel taken care of! Wonderful. Will continue using!

I had never rented a storage unit before I went to Devon Self Storage and I wasnt sure what to expect. WOW! The facility is super secure. Plenty of security cameras and a secure entrance was just a start. The units are locked with the safest locks available. The facility is very clean and well lit. The prices are very affordable and they have moving supplies in the office. The owner is very friendly and helpful. She explains the process in great detail and after I told her what I had to store she actually recommended a smaller less expensive unit that would better suit my needs. Long story short, great experience and I would recommend Devon Self Storage to anyone who would like to have an AWESOME rental experience.

It started with their hours of operation. (This was a Saturday morning) Very few self-storage companies are open on the weekend to begin with. I had called two other companies prior to contacting Devon Storage. Neither of these companies could accommodate for my immediate needs. They took calls and Saturdays, but they were not available to provide access to a unit. The initial call to Devon Storage was effortless. Kia took my call and provided me the basic information I needed and input my information into the system to make my in-person experience quick and easy. I was contacted in a matter of minutes by the manager, Allison, to schedule a time to come in for processing and to obtain the key. Allison’s skills and knowledge are beyond compare. My career is in customer service; therefore, my standards are ever higher than the average expectations. This was not a typical encounter. Whether you are in a position that you just want to obtain storage at a high quality, secure, clean, climate controlled location or need to obtain storage immediately in an emergency situation, Devon Storage and their staff will accommodate your needs and provide a unit at an affordable cost along with the luxuries you wouldn’t expect.
