This place is always very clean and provides you with everything you need for crafts. The best part is if your a member you get rewards! I find every thing and more to create magical creatures

As there were issues ordering online, I had to call and have the ordered fulfilled. I never received an order number or confirmation. I called this store and they confirmed the order was ready for pickup. I didnt know ordered items to pick up in store had to be picked up in a certain amount of days. When I was able to go to the store, my order had been cancelled. However, the ladies were really nice, my item was still put away, and the online price with discount was applied. Overall, I was satisfied. I just dont know why or if the person I called cancelled the order after I confirmed and mentioned it would take a few days for me to pick up.

Love this store. Its close to where I live. They have every supply for any craft that youre working on. The workers actually asked me if I needed any help. I didnt have to go looking for them and they exactly what I was talking about and where it was at. They also have things that have nothing to do with crafting things. If u need a candle for candle holder they have everything. I will be going back.

This store NEVER has people working on the floor. I live very close so I go to this store for convenience but I’m better off driving farther to another craft store. Every time I’m here and need help finding something, I can never find anyone. The only one or two people working that day are at the registers or hiding in the back. One day I literally walked around the store yelling “hello, is there anyone who can help me?” And after circling the store twice, I found no one. I left without one of the items I needed.

I could spend over an hour here easily roaming the isles for DIY crafts! Def sign up for the rewards !

I always enjoy shopping at Michaels. This location has a wide variety of products to choose from. The employees are very helpful and can easily direct you in the right direction. I love to go here when theres clearance sales. Definitely sign up for the rewards program! I get coupons through email on a weekly basis and updates on all the sales.

Found what I needed for a really good price

I dont go into craft stores often but was driving by Your Davie location. Walked around the store looking for halloween decorations. Very hallmark halloween vibe, wish there was some more spooky options but I found something I like in particular. Apon check out there was a sweet and professional cashier named Fari who was knowledgeable and checked us out in a timely fashion and as well answered all of the questions we had. WHICH IS NOT NORMAL in South Florida as people here are usually cold and rude. But she was warm and sweet for sure making me want to drive to this location even though its father from my house than other locations. Thank you Fari for a great experience. When I see good work and a great attitude I need to say something.

I dont frequent craft shops a whole lot, but I needed a replacement frame for an odd size picture (12x20 inch) that I have.The Michaels in Sunrise/Plantation is closer, but the few experiences I had there were not great.This store is conveniently located in a strip mall with lots of other great shops like Trader Joes.I really just needed the frame, but I browsed the whole store. In addition to the typical craft shop items, they also have a limited amount of home decor.There seemed to be a lack of staff on the floor, I would assume this is a place where people would have questions or need advice about what to buy for their projects.I browsed the frame section, which is huge, and I was a bit overwhelmed. I did eventually find what I wanted for under $12. If you need frames, this should be your second stop after Walmart (which will be a lot less).They do have the professional framing section, but its quite costly.Prices here are a bit on the high side, but they do have sales on a variety of items.I came in here mid-day on a weekday, the store wasnt too crowded, but the line to checkout was long.

As expected

I love crafting and I was in the middle of painting (so I was looking pretty crafty 😏). So I decided to pickup a few things from Michaels off University & I-595. Not only did the customers look at me with discuss the cashier toke 1 look at my items and in a sarcastic tone said, you do know that is $69.99. 😠😠 The last time I checked. I was a woman of a particular age with 2 degrees. I do think I know how too read. That was my first time there in years and it will be my last.

The chain of stores has always been a favourite of mine, but my last experience was so horrible I left everything my nephew and I were going to buy (about 6 months worth of supplies) informed the manager why and refused to go back into the store.What was so horrible? Well let me tell you, for the hour or so my nephew and I walked around the store picking and choosing items we wanted, needed and simply had to have, a store employee followed us! At first I thought maybe it was coincidence, then I thought maybe shes trying to help, but when I asked for her help, she was startled that i noticed she was there AND had no bloody clue about the products I needed assistance with. At this point I had to face facts, I am of mixed heritage with a solid British accent and a misleadingly youthful appearance my nephew though 15 is 63 and we were during her most obvious harassment the only people in the store with tanned skin whether natural, bottled or sun baked and the appearance of being under 25.And she followed us down every isle & staying in the isle for no reason until we moved to the next, and repeated the process I tested this by crossing to the other side of the store... and guess who was there doing nothing 30 seconds later. I refused to spend time or money in a place that teaches racial discrimination and prejudice. I informed the manager & was asked to finish my shopping, I said no. The manager finally acquiesced with a few words about retraining her. Ohhhh kayyy and while youre at it.... maybe help with the fact that im speaking English and shes speaking... spanglish at best. Im still livid.

All the Christmas decos I bought were 50 percent off. Would be interested to see if this remains so come November 3 through 9 when 25 percent off entire purchase is available.
