I found what I was looking for very easy .and loved that store.it was clean and everything was easy to find

Clean & well stocked. Open later than most thrift stores, & on Sunday, which is nice if you need something & dont want to wait. Their prices arent the lowest, though, if price is the foremost concern, be sure to check other thrift sores as well. Their dressing rooms were not open.Clean store, free parking.

Excellent! When we came, they said 25 min wait. Okay,chalked around - they texted 13-15 min, table is ready! Polite courteous personal, tasty food, perfect drinks and disant prices! Really, really good!

One of the managers an african american woman with glasses is very terrible and inconsiderate. I tried to do a simple return for something that was worth the same price and she wouldn’t allow it because i didn’t have the copy of the items i got. Even tho i brought her the receipt showing that i paid for it. Terrible customer service doesn’t know how to manage properly. if the fitting rooms would have been opened i would’ve been able to try it on and wouldn’t have had to buy it in the first place.

No one around to assist you. Items with no tags or prices.

I shop here often. They have a fairly decent Halloween display happening right now in September.

Today was the first time I shopped at this store in Davie. I was pleasantly surprised at all of the great items I found. The staff was friendly and when I checked out the woman who I dealt with (sorry I didnt get her name, but will next time!) was extra nice and I was impressed with how she seperated then added up all of my items to ring up. She had a system that was pretty neat! I will be a regular shopper!

The only reason they are getting 2 stars is bc how clean it is.. this store is so unorganized. There are tank tops mixed in with regular tshirts and blouses.. and the sizes are all over the place. I was excited to come here bc of the reviews a read but very disappointed.

I do prefer color day, but 25% off is not bad!

No lock in the restrooms, no toilet paper and the hand dryer did not work. Check out line do give out bags anymore for purchases.

The staff is semi friendly and the store is pretty big. They recently changed things in the store and I havent been able to find anything worth buying. Odd selection of items and some overpriced.

I like this location, is clean and organized but I noticed that the prices increase and quality decrease, they used to have good stuff but unfortunately I dont see that anymore. I donated some stuff while ago, the process was easy and staff were friendly, I hope my stuff were used for a good purpose and offered for a reasonable price as well.

This store is good for house items!! I came here a few times for business casual clothes and not much luck, every time the clothing is a bit disappointing. So this is my home decoration store. You can find some really good frames, collages for no more than 5$, baskets galore and decor, Ive gotten some really good couch pillows for 3$ each! Be warned clothes not that great - household items are its best asset!

Try to check out. Not going to happen very rapidly. I’m writing this Today, Sunday at 6:00pm. They close at 7. I selected one item after looking around the store for about 45 minutes. I am a very careful and knowledgeable shopper, and often shop at Goodwill and Salvation Army stores When I approached the cashier area, there was a line of at least 10 people with loaded carts. Only one register open and it appeared that it wasn’t going to improve. This seems to be standard procedure at all Goodwill’s lately, no matter the time of the day. I promptly decided to leave my selected item and exited. I have patience, but there is a limit.I wonder how many people have and will do the same. I will say that the Goodwill in Deerfield Beach is an exception. Two or more cashiers working. Never that check out problem at Salvation Army.

Been going there weekly and I see a noticeable decrease in the quantity and quality of goods. I noticed about 2/3 of the art work disappeared overnight and the other small, easy to sell items are completely gone. Shelves used to be stuffed. Now, about 1/2 empty. I also hear other customers complain that they think the staff in the back is withholding the best items for themselves. It really does seem that the donations are not making their way to the sales floor. I, for one, have no reason to return and/or donate anything further.

So I came here to look for a white dress. I didnt want to shop at regular department store because I knew I would never wear again and didnt want to spend a bunch on it. With that said, I found the perfect white dress for $5! It couldnt have been a better shopping experience.The store itself was clean and well organized. The staff was super nice and very helpful.The only thing negative thing I would have to say was that they didnt have any bags to put your clothes in. The cashier informed me that they hadnt had bags since December and it would be another 6 months before they got any. That was kind of strange to me.

Unfortunately this Goodwill is around the corner from my house! I’ve been going to Goodwill all my life.! And by far the prices here are Ridiculousmy High!! The Haitian Manager is the rudest person to deal with!!! Every time I go in there I give him a chance to see if his having a better day! But NO as usual he’s always rude!! I saw a really nice tall lamp and asked him if I could get for a better price, and not only did he say no but he put up the price 10 dollars more!! They have regular coffee cups and glasses more then 3 and 5 dollars ! I mean come on the Dollar has glasses and coffee mugs for a dollar!!!Everything in this store is way to high!!!

Big store. Plenty of merchandise. Stock a plenty. The ladies are extremely nice, but they only speak Spanish. Great selection and good parking.

I am not one to leave a bad review about people but this was the worst experience ever! I came on a Friday carrying my 2 month old on my baby carrier I decided to visit the store for the first time. Grabbed a few items but I couldnt try anything on since my baby was sleeping on the carrier (hanging from my chest) purchased 50+ in items. I asked the cashier if I could return items that didnt fit me she said yes within 7 days as long as you have the little plastic colored tags you get your money back. This is the first time I visit a goodwill store so I dont know any policies or anything other than what the lady told me. So I go home tried things on before I wash them and some of them didnt fit me. Next day I visit the store I asked one lady how could I return, she looked at me as if I was crazy, then she called this Supervisor her name is Nadia who came to me with the worst attitude stating I couldnt return as I was trying to explain to her what the cashier had told me yesterday she just wasnt listening kept just tossing my return matching it against my receipt ignoring me. Then she said I can only give you store credit I said thats fine I will keep coming but you should instruct the cashier who told me that yesterday what the policy is instead of saying something inaccurate she said thats the policy etc complete upset and very arrogant. She left saying she was getting my store credit, then came back storming with the papers asking me to fill out the form I did and then I said thank you she didnt answer and stormed back to her break. Horrible customer service! Would never come to this store JUST because of this bad experience.

Personally bad good experiences. Store is clean, well organized and theres things for everyone. Snagged an awesome ihome alarm system for a couple of bucks. Love shopping here for random stuff.

The AA lady stayed starting inside and waiting to me to carry all belongs looks like they are doing me a favor. I put everything back in my car and dumped somewhere else.

Amazing selection!! I come to this Goodwill at least twice a week ( it’s getting to the point that the employees recognize me ) and everytime that I go i find entirely new things to get. I’ve found $200 Neimen Marcus skirts for $5, Kasper skirt suits for $8, Steve Madden heels for $5, and so so so many more fantastic deals. Also, the staff is very friendly. I’d reccomend going to this goodwill if you’re ever in the mood to thrift

Please stop using sharpie and paint pens to mark the prices and in huge letters. I was about to buy a cart full of bags and they are all ruined with huge sharpie marks. So disappointed.

The staff here are always friendly, Millie is super nice! If I were reviewing the staff it would be five stars.I dont know what has happened at Goodwill but the way they price stuff is just ridiculous and there is no rhyme or reason to it. An example? I was looking for glass baking dishes...one day I found a large pyrex dish for $3 dollars, two days later I found the smaller pyrex dish but this one was $5. A few items Ive been looking for were actually priced higher than retail...the whole pricing mechanism seems random and whimsical.

Typical goodwill. Looks clean inside. I went to drop off some things. The representative man inside was more annoyed than grateful because i didnt know to drop it off on the back of the building.

I thought the jeans in particular could have been organized by size and gender a bit better but I found what I needed, eventually. Great service.
