Fantastic service! Excellent food! Amazing coffee! Clean bathroom! Clean showers!Great security! Chrome shop! Truck Wash! Did I mention the folks that work there?!? Oh, I will again.. FABULOUS!! Absolutely ANYTHING a truck driver and or spouse may need! Absolutely worth paying $22.50 a day for secure, clean parking (we stayed a 2 nights, they also have an hourly rate parking area) My #1 favorite at the Diner is the Coffee, coming in second is the Cuban!! Get the Cuban Sandwich, you will not be let down. Thank you 595 Truck Stop for being you!

All I can say is, don’t go for the liquid gold. I felt like I was at my kids school eating this Mac n chees. Come on 595, y’all can do better than that now. Geesh!

Been seven years since Ive been here and it was the first place I ever had a Cuban Sandwich. So my expectations today were a little high. The pork in my Cuban sandwich was burnt and the fries were greasy. Perhaps the cook was having an off day but the service was great otherwise. Prices havent been inflated like a lot of restaurants recently. The other patrons seemed to enjoy their orders so no reason not to try again someday.

Good food served in huge portions. A little pricey but you pay for convenience. Good service compared to what you get at most truck stops. Their coffee isnt bad either.

Waitress was friendly but my meal just didnt seem too appealing to me. The tons of grease didnt help. Lighten up on the grease. Try to remove as much grease as possible before serving the food, we already got other things in this world trying to effect our way of living. I lost my appetite after a few bites.

Actually chose this place for a lunch meeting with clients in the area... surprised it was a truckers pit-stop... but once you get passed the rough exterior you run right into the classic Im on the road diner... good eats, tasty, clean and comfortable! I recommend emphatically!!!

This is where I get my medical card. Not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. Id say its just right. In my case, its convenient for me. Also, the chicken wings are pretty good too.

I don’t know what those other reviewers are complaining about. My order was very well seasoned with generous portions. It was also cheaper than a TA or Petro. $18 for breakfast, espresso, AND giant coconut shrimp. Great variety, quality, and price is a knockout combination. Finding this place just made trips to Miami a whole lot better!!

Great little diner. Menu is very big. They have oxtail. The food is amazing and the staff is great. Maria was very attentive and made sure I was well taken care of. Julio is an excellent chef and even the dishwasher Roy was cracking jokes and singing songs. I will definitely be going back

Sat myself. Not a big deal. Had to wait for the hostess to get off her phone to get a menu. Got coffee to drink. It was cold and bitter at $2 a cup. They didnt have what we wanted off their menu so we left. This used to be a great place to eat. 😔

Service was awesome. The servers were personable and helpful. Ordered the Oxtail and the wife Beef Stew. Definitely had a Cuban twist to it and both were very tasty. For a truck Stop restaurant it is one of my favorites.

I went in after fueling and was surprised to see they had a DOT examiner’s office. I got my DOT exam there and it was and good experience. I would recommend them to anyone that’s around the area.

This Diner serves excellent food. We need to be honest when writing a review and I can confirmed that 595 Diner serves excellent food like Churrasco, Beef Oxtail, good deserts and excellent drinks. The service is excellent and the manager Julio a great person.

It was just ...OK....My soup was...Can we say mush.. the rice was way over cooked and it was only 11am! the day before my pot roast was..ok..I was expecting a BEEF ROAST, my bad. One good thing REAL mashed potatoes!I was told breakfast, before 10 am is the best . And for anything else go to the lounge.

The servers were fine. I ordered a taco salad which it came out and was really big. The lettuce was whole leaves which needed to be cut to be edible so it dont look like im cramming food in my mouth. I literally had to butter knife cut my lettice myself. Now the beef tastes like a hamburger cut up, which is fine. There was no taco seasoning at all. It tasted like a hamburger salad with fried tortilla. I dont know the amount of customers you guys get being considered inside a truck stop, but the food seemed fresh and edible. Is why I gave it 3 stars as you will not starve here but the cooks need a few lessons about a kitchen.

I ordered through ubereats and im not complaining that the food was semi warm due to me knowing the downside of delivery food, but the pancake and french toast was not tasty. Pancake taste like too much baking soda. The eggs were good though.

Last week I went in for a steak, $21.95, a bit pricey for a diner. I ordered it rare but it came out gray on both sides and gray all the way through, and tough like leather. I sent it back only to get a steak that was gray on one side and not even turned over, it was red raw on the other side.Today I went back and ordered a roast pork dinner. I got about a cup of pulled pork and 2 cups of fried onions. The pork was black and dried out so bad I could not chew it. I sent it back and the owner came out complaining Im sending back and asking if I see on the menu sliced pork. He says all they serve is pulled pork and when something is sent back the waitress has to pay for it. WHY THE HELL SHOULD A WAITRESS HAVE TO PAY FOR A MEAL THE COOK SCREWED UP?The owner then said he does not need customers like me and told me not to come back again. I am over 60 years old and have never had an experience like this. I am also handicapped and often times both handicap places are filled with cars not displaying their handicap tag. One of the cars is owned by the healthy dishwasher who is not handicapped. All businesses are made or broken, one customer at a time. Im a customer that has been going to this diner long before this owner bought out the place. Sadly, this owner does not understand this and will soon be out of business.
