Walked in and asked the guy, who was behind the desk on the phone, we were looking for a California King bed. His response was basically no they don’t have one and they’ll never have one so he can’t sell us anything and we should leave. We get that Cali king beds are not common but we’re just trying to see what kind of mattress we want and he was a jerk

Good prices. Better than most. But you better hold on to your receipt for the life of the bed or frame. I bought a frame with lifetime warranty. Seven years later, I walk in and ask to warranty the frame. I didn’t have my receipt and apparently they don’t have computers to verify the purchase. The guy actually said we don’t have computers. So I’m to believe that a multi-store with a warehouse doesn’t have a computer to track inventory, accounts payable, receivables and sales??I understand the frame cost 150.00 at the most. I have 150.00. When I bought the frame I was going to buy the cheaper frame, but he sold me on the warranty..

I got a broken bed from this store! I still have my warranty but every time I call them to change the bed they hang off the phone and do not give me any solution to get a new bed in good conditions. This situation is unacceptable, this store is totally unprofessional.

Owner was very nice and tried to make a sale with us. Its just the prices were still too much for what we wanted to spend, even though he said he would mark it down. Thank you anyways. But he was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Absolutely horrible experienced that mirrored another users 1 star review on here.When we walked in we had already been to 3 or 4 stores and had a pretty solid idea of what we were looking for. Rather than allowing us to go and focus on the mattress style and firmness, the guy tried to force us to lay on multiple different mattress we knew already were completely opposite of what we wanted. When we tried to explain this to him, he interrupted us telling us loudly that he had a process and experience to back it up and that we needed to follow his multi stage process of finding the right mattress.We were tired and didnt have time to play car sales bs. He absolutely would not let us get a word in. After 10 minutes of this we said we were just going to go.Thats when he immediately went to insulting us. He actually started yelling at us across the store saying that we didnt know what we were talking about and his x amount of years of experience knew better than we did.I asked him how his method was doing in what would have been a guaranteed sale walking out the door.He called me a putz as we left...The same day we bought a king sized mattress with an adjustable base and mattress protector at the Mattress Firm off Stirling and University in the same block as the Target. Ask for Joseph he actually knew what he was talking about and wasnt the slick rick car salesman that we encountered at Bedding Barn.Its a shame, I was more interested in supporting local small business, but thanks to the experience we had they earned anti-referral for life from us.TL;DR Avoid at all cost. We were yelled at, basically told we were stupid, and literally insulted when we tried to leave. Ive never had a worse customer experience.

I purchased a Serta mattress over 2 years ago which I had issues with sinking. I called the store and had no problems with a warranty exchange. Very easy process! Glad I bought locally.

One sales man for several customers and once he did get to me he was short, uninterested and they did not carry what I saw advertised, pillow top for a queen size bed or for any size. Theres also no prices on anything, why has buying bedding become like purchasing a used car? I will not return

We got there today, the salesman had us lay on at least 10 mattresses and then asked us what we were looking to spend. Barely had the opportunity to pick and choose a mattress cause they had no price them (70% of them didnt) and he was upset if we tried to lay on any mattress that he had not directed us to. It was insane. Very confrontational...very bad sales skills...i would say terrible. He should sit back and let people choose what they want. Thats why theres a warrantee...let people red the rules and make their decision. He got $0 from us. I would never ever buy at this store. I dont even know which mattress i liked best cause he had us lost trying so many. All i got was a sweat at 10am. Ughh. Lol believe me. Horrible.

The name is deceiving They do not sell bedding. They sell beds. They have some bedding. Not enough bedding to make it worth stopping to look. They do have a realy large selection of beds though.
