I really like going to Sallys Beauty store when I can. My mom used to be a beautician. She would take me and my sister to Sallys when I was younger. They have great customer service and have some of my favorite hair stuff here. Nice place.

This store has been open past few days & for what ever reason is closed today. Its Monday Im bummed, hope all is ok but i really needed something here today.

I love Sally beauty in Huber Heights, OH! Upon entering they always say hello and offer help. Their store always have whats on sale and plenty of stock! Had a recent return with no receipt, the manager went above and beyond to help me get the return exchanged. Would highly recommend this store!

Both girls working tonight were very helpful. Knew exactly what I needed and suggested other very helpful products to get my desired effect.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!I have shopped here very frequently and have bought a multitude of different items from this beauty supply store. I cannot express how disappointed I am in the service the workers provide there. I am fairly savvy with most things beauty related but sometimes I have questions that I want answers too. Whenever I approach one of the women that work there with a question they NEVER have a good answer for me. For example: I wanted to do my own acrylics at home and asked them what products they recommended. Their answer? The manager looked around in a confused daze at the plethora of items and said Just buy this kit. The product suggested was a piece of crap starter kit which I foolishly bought under her recommendation. I have asked them about other products as well and it seems they dont know anything about the products they sell and it is obvious they have never used them. The women that work there dont even try to look halfway decent and it is painfully apparent none of the workers or the manager have ever even been to a beauty school. If you are new to beauty and have a lot of questions that you need answered about individual items this is not the store for you.EDIT: 7/25/13There is one younger girl in her 20s that works there who is very helpful! She knows a lot. I guess like anything in life going there is a crap shoot. Some days youll get one of the women who doesnt know a thing about beauty, but if your lucky youll get this young lady!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Gave me and my friend dirty looks the entire time we were in there with our kids and anytime you ask for help they huff and puff or try to avoid you. I know go out of my way to go to a different location.
